I visited the store yesterday, 2/19, and the staff working was very helpful and kind! I didn’t plan the visit but stopped in while in the shopping center. I had my dog with me but didn’t have a leash! The girls allowed me to borrow one from the wash area so I could bring my Lucy in. This allowed me to look around the store longer and shop with ease! Lucy was thankful for all the pets and treats too! I’ll be back!

Love taking our daughter here! She gets to play with the kittens that are up for adoption with our supervision. She loves cats a whole lot, so she gets a lot out of the experience. We try and buy something each time as a sort of entry fee, but that's just courtesy on our part. The cats get more socialized and played with too! There's plenty of wonderful things to buy for your pets and are better quality than most pet stores.

I always felt like there has to be a better option when it comes to shopping for my fur babies, these main corporate pet stores are all about marketing. Tomlinson is all about giving your family member the best care when it comes to cleaning, feeding, development, all around care for them. I'm so stoked that they opened one up just here off Ronald Reagan! They have the best resourced products and a large healthy variety to chose from💜

they've got a nice selection of very high quality products, the employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, they've always got the most adorable kittens up for adoption! (they're also gracious enough to let you visit with them even if you're not in the market for a new family member)

Great location with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I love their kitten room and many of my foster kittens (I foster for the Wilco shelter) are adopted from this store. They do a great job finding perfect homes for the kitties. I love the products that Tomlinson's carries, and that their employees really know a lot about the brands and items they have in stock. Their cat toys are awesome, many are locally made, and they're different than what I can find at a bigger chain store.

The store was very clean and organized with an extensive selection of pet food and products. The staff were all really nice and very helpful. This particular store has kittens that are available for adoption from Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. I think that it is awesome that they partnering with them to help find animals homes. I am happy that one of my foster kittens will be getting the opportunity to be placed at this store for adoption. With such wonderful a caring staff, I know they will take great care of him and help him to find the best home.

Went here for the first time to use the self service dog wash and was very happy with the experience. The young lady working was so helpful in showing me where everything was and made sure I had what I needed. I really liked that it was just one bathtub in an enclosed room. The store was clean and organized. If you want to do a self service dog wash I highly recommend making an appointment online. And if you’re looking for a dog scale, they have one in store! Very happy with my experience, I will be back!

When I moved to Austin in 05 I had a pup die during the food recall era. At that point I was a, buy Iams at the typical large food chain type owner. After doing a little research when getting a Doberman pup in 08, walked in to the West Lake store and I was hooked. Been a pet Club member since 08 and our pups are regulars at the new Lakeline location. Frequent buyer program is awesome.

I love this store! Everyone is always super friendly and they have awesome variety of food, treats, supplies. My cats didn't like a specific flavor of can food and they had no problem switching it for a different one. Also during the pandemic they offered delivery and it was amazing too. Great place! They also have beautiful cats for adoption sometimes. Place always looks clean and organized, I love that too.

Staff always greets me when I walk in and asks if I need help with anything. I never have an issue with getting my raw dog food. Definitely do their membership it will save you money. They almost always ask if I need help getting to my car. Not sure if it’s because I’m pregnant or they ask everyone. Regardless I never have any issues.

I absolutely love this store. They carry quality cat food that we cannot find anywhere else. They let you return unused foods until you find something your animal likes. One of our cats has a sensitive stomach so we have her on a fish only diet and tomlinsons is the only stores that has decent options. We told the cashier what she likes and now they make sure there’s always extra cases for us. Thank you!Also that cat furniture is wonderful! It actually looks nice and our cats love it.This place is amazing. So happy we have one so close by!

Best pet store ever!!! The employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful, and the selection can’t be beat. Today while shopping for a gift for friends who just adopted a dog I was blown away by the level of service. Upon hearing the reason for my visit, Dakota appeared with an unopened box of “Happy Gotcha Day” cookies. So thoughtful!!! I didn’t even realize that he’d also removed all of the price tags for me until I can home and went to remove them myself. This is just one example (of many) of the incredible service you’ll find at Tomlinson’s Leander.

Awesome family-owned, Austin-based pet store. The selection of dog treats and toys is especially quality and all natural. My sister’s dogs love the beef femurs and antlers. The toys are also quality and durable. Sure, there may be a slight price markup at this store compared to a national chain, but the price difference is well worth the comparative quality. It’s better to pay slightly more for a toy that will last much much longer. Also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

I love Tomlinson's! We have 3 great danes that low to chew but I wanted to ensure what they were eating were high quality and that can be hard to find. Tomlinson's always carries quality, safe, and apparently tasty treats for my pups to enjoy! They offer next day delivery and easy reordering on their website. Plus, I just found some extra heart shaped treats in with my last order! Thank you guys so much for always making my babies so happy! Love y'all.

The location is easy to get to. The store is ordered and clean. They have a variety of high quality food and treats as well as toys. I like the self serve dog wash because I have yet to have a groomer wash my long haired German Shepherd better than I do. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped wrangle my whippet puppy into a harness and adjust it to fit.

Every time I come in here they are so knowledgeable and helpful about their products. The ladies that work there are so kind and cheerful all the time. We’ve used tomlinson’s for a long time because their products are so great and healthy for our dogs. I honestly love coming here, it’s a fun errand to run when I get to bring my dog in and he gets to smell everything; he loves it. They have a long term customer here!

Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They are so loving to your animals! The staff helped me find the right food for my pup because of his special needs. Atmosphere is great. Huge selection of treats, toys, beds, bowls, leashes and collars and anything your dog could possibly need. They even knew what kind of chew toy to give my dog based on his chewing habits and how hard he chews on his treats/toys. I love the bathe your own dog room they have. It’s a thousand times easier than trying to get my dog to hop in the tub since he’s not to keen of water that’s not in a bowl. I will always stay a member of Tomlinson’s and will continue doing business with them. It is slightly more expensive than the big box pet stores but it is 100% worth it.

This has to be one of my all time favorite pet stores. They have a great variety and I can always find some unique foods for my cats and some great treat finds for my dog. Our dog loves the pig snoots, duck feet, and duck heads.Our cats love the velcro collars they sell and we just had to replace them after 4 years of use. Great quality materials. I wish there was one in the Killeen/harker heights area.

Love Tomlinson's and love this store. The Tomlinson's family lives their mission statement and core values. They aren't just words. Only the best products, and a knowledgeable, courteous staff who truly understand what customer service is all about. In having no idea what would be best for my furry kiddo, I would be completely confident in going into Tomlinson's, having a conversation with the staff and following exactly what was recommended to me. Knowledge and customer service is a lost art form in the consumer world, but not with Tomlinson's. They hire people who truly love pets and people and train them in expertise of products and the very best customer service. I am loyal for life. Thank you Tomlinson's family!Current to COVID-19 times, I'd like to add that I am so thankful and impressed with Tomlinson's position of safety for the customers and staff. Friendly staff, only thing that I didn't like is that their blow-dryer blows cold air and air comes out slow. With the blow dryer being slow, it adds a lot more time and if your there for over 30 minutes they will charge you for that extra time...

Best pet store in Austin, from quality food selections to robust toys. The staff is great with our dogs when we bring them, and everyone we meet is happy to help us in selecting items or let us browse. Only thing I would prefer is a few more non-grain-free options but the Fromms is pretty good.

I adopted a puppy from ASPCA and was given a coupon to this store. I had never been before but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed help looking for. Immediately staff was able to get what I needed and upon checkout not only did they make sure I got the best deal, I was signed up for an amazing rewards program! Much better service than any other pet store!

Very knowledgeable and friendly! Have a cat with allergies (chicken & fish) and they had a lot of helpful information for me. They knew their products well enough to point me in the direction of treats that were not made with cross contaminated machines.
