I took my dog to this location for grooming today. The staff here were amazing and accommodating. The lady who I was scheduled with (Tristyn I believe), was super friendly and appeared to know what she was talking about. She advised me that what another location had told me wasn’t right, and although she couldn’t perform the full service, she spoke with the other groomer who could (I don’t remember her name but she was awesome as well). They didn’t tell me that I needed to reschedule or anything, they accommodated me for what I needed. I would highly recommend this location specifically. It’s a further drive for me, but I will continue to come here for grooming. They’ve earned my trust.

I took my dog here to be groomed..I had one request not to cut..I begged her not to cut his hair around his nose because it blinds him. . He can't see for months is you cut this..She argued with me..She kept saying I'm the manager. I I picked up my dog and she cut it worse than any of the other groomers he will not be able to see for months.until it grows out. I picked up my dog in shock this was not a haircut this was a shave.. she also said negative things about the other groomer I went to which was also Petco. She wasn't sweet and loving towards my dog she just took him and went to the back. I called and reported it to the manager but I'm still angry and I want it to be known do not take your dog there or to any Petcos this is my third visit to Petco's for grooming and it's horrible.

Best grooming ever, in special the nails, ears and bath.Tristyn is very knowledgeable and took very good care of my Lola’s without any stress for her. I can see that Tristyn really LOVE those furry babies. I highly recommend her and this place. Very clean and everyone are very friendly. Me and Lola love too go there, and we love Tristyn Bray.

They lost the appointment we made and were told to reschedule. The "leader" Lyssa has a severe attitude problem. They will not finish the job if they can find a reason to ("ear infection") but you will be charged. Not to mention they will fail to open the store by 8:30 and you will be waiting for them. Our dog was completely traumatized the last time we got her back. Don't go here if you love either your pet or yourself

Marla, the groomer, connected with my high strung 2 year old Rottweiler. Marla controls Lola the way I do, sternly, yet with care and love. I know Lola loves seeing Marla. And whatever Marla has done she says Lola is ok with the hair dryer.

Everyone was so great with our pup, Kimber. Kimber was a little nervous but the staff was amazing with getting her comfortable. Soon Kimber was feeling at home and the staff. played with her. They were so loving with Kimber. We will bring her back again and again!

I made an appointment online for a bath with haircut, small dog. The cost online was $57, th3 cost when I showed up was $93 and when my wife went to pay it ended up as $111. When I asked initially, the groomers response was "online bookings are not accurate". I normally wouldn't leave a bad review, but the cut was terrible and my dog had a horrible smell afterwards. I now am set with a different groomer to clean her up properly. I'll never visit petco groomers again.

I went online to make an appointment to get my dog’s nails trimmed. They say you don’t need an appointment to get your dog’s nails trimmed, but you can just walk in. I drove 30 minute to get here so I can get my dog’s nails trimmed and they said they didn’t take walk ins because they only have one dog groomer. I called the Cedar Park store and they said the same thing. Petco, please change your information on your app and website or please hire more dog groomers. I wasted time and gas today. Very disappointed

They have your dog sit in a crate for hours next to loud machines and other barking dogs before they spend the 20 minutes doing the actual grooming. I saw 3 dogs with appointments go in within a 30 minute period and only one person was working (signing in and grooming) and were being told it would take around 3 hours. Unfortunately there’s a reason why they have next day available appointments. They are extremely understaffed in this department and it’s a complete disaster.

Staff is extremely helpful. I was switching my dogs food to a lower calorie version and the employee Amber was very helpful. I can't see the small print on the bags and she patiently read several brands for me until I found the right one. Then she helped me with automatic delivery on my phone too.

They refused to trim my dogs nails after I scheduled an appointment and drove all the way there because they have a corporate policy and won’t help dogs with a heart murmur. Be aware if your dog is not in perfect health. I only tried to come here because it was an emergency and my vet was closed. They didn’t mention this on the phone when I scheduled the appointment.
