My dog hasn’t been wanting to eat his food recommended by the vet and realized the food that was recommended wasn’t good at all. I went to pet supplies tonight just lost looking at all the bags and the girl that was working tonight came up to me and asked me if i needed help saved my life. Told me two brands she recommended and also told me the benefits of pumpkin. When I tell you my dog devoured his food tonight. Amazing!

I just recently discovered this place and love the fact that they carry such a variety of pet products. I purchased a variety of chewing options for my dog. He loved them. They also have a donation box for the shelters.

My big little guy gets groomed here. Jeena is truly the best hands down. My guy is a bundle of nerves but Jeena gets my fur baby all cleaned and trimmed every time. She does an excellent job. I recommend her over and over again. The rest of the staff are friendly and inviting. Always willing and available to assist you.

Jenna is absolutely, hands down, the most incredible Groomer I have ever come across. Her kindness and consideration towards my baby girl, Myndee, is truly unmatched. Not to mention her extensive knowledge and expertise in grooming - Myndee always looks absolutely perfect after her sessions with Jenna. The bond between Myndee and Jenna is undeniable, and it warms my heart to see how much my baby girl adores her.

We attended a pet event here and it was so thoughtful. The employees here are always sweet and ALWAYS ask if you need assistance (pet peeve of mine when stores do not). Good location near numerous subdivisions. Dog wash, pet maintenance available and a variety of food options for your pet.

I'm in this store at least once a week. I wish they has a larger selection of fish and aquarium products. I also wish they had more reptile products in their inventory. They do not sell live mice or rats. But all in all not a bad pet store. We have bought a few fish from them that are healthy and still thriving. We also have a snake.

Jenna the groomer never disappoints. She’s always excited to see my dogs and is so sweet with them. She texts me when they are about to be ready so I can be on my way to get them. She’s been grooming my babies for years, we love her!

Never had any problems here. I almost always get pet food here because I rack up points and get coupons . They aren’t ridiculously priced other than the high end stuff that I already know is expensive anywhere. But alot of times they have clearance bags too. Grooming has always been good.

JENNA! JENNA! JENNA! She is so awesome. She does such a great job with my girls. You want to talk about going above and beyond. I was running significantly late for our grooming appointment and I called her and she said to go ahead and bring them. She is ALWAYS booked and soooooooo busy and could've easily said I needed to rebook, but not Jenna. She was understanding about the situation and still accommodated me. On top of this, because of my work schedule she has squeezed me in without making a prior appointment. She definitely goes above and beyond to help her customers. If she were to leave I would follow her. As for the rest of the staff they are friendly. I sure hope Jenna sees this.

The first thing you see when you walk into the store is the dog food aisle, which is great for picking up food quickly. Most other stores have it stashed towards the back. They price match at the register and gave out free samples of some dog treats.

Everybody knows my dog there. She comes in and they say we love Cricket. That's my dog's name. They give veterans discounts and always have discount coupons. Love you guys. Keep up the good work.

Came all the way down for an Adoption Event at this Pet Store and the place is beautiful and clean. The employees are all very nice and attentive. I came home with my forever baby because of this event!

(Sonja the Groomer - CARELESS & AGGRESSIVE towards OUR ELDER DOG!!!)1st Time doing the Self Wash no issues at all- Approached the counter to inquire a nail trimming. Sonja was on her phone and obviously noticed us. I FINALLY interrupted her then asked if she could trim our dog's nails. Sonja gave me a quick attitude as if we were bothering her. She could've told me no as I believe she was about to get off. However, she chose to take the appt, but when starting Sonja kept Twisting and Pulling OUR 14 yr old dogs legs to the point of distress. Our dog has arthritis and spinal issues and clearly she was twisting our dogs legs to best help her get through with what she was doing. My Husband asked her to STOP and bend her legs another way and she got short with him also. My husband said "he could have done what she did with his Dremel".....! OUR dog cried and complained throughout this entire process, Sonja could have cared less. If management knows about this person's bedside manner shame on them.... if not they owe my dog an apology!

I was there a few weeks ago for the first time and it is the best pet store around. I love the hometown feel of the store. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Luis and Terel really went the extra mile. I am now a permanent customer who will also be getting her fur baby groomed there. A++++++
