I do not know why I continue to give DG my money. No more!! I can literally put every coupon on my app and they tell me they aren't on there. I get a blank look stare and turn to show me the screen. Came home took app off and will never go again! They could care less. SMH

Sunday morning clerk today seemed pissed that she had to check me out. Sorry I didn't notice the self checkout I wouldn't have had to bother her. Also the freezer section is almost always empty. The store has been pretty messy every time I've been in there.

Best Dollar General I’ve ever been too. Super friendly, helpful etc. Person who runs cashier if I’m not wrong goes by the name Bryce. always helps me when I need help with something, makes the lines move fast and just really nice to talk to him when u need to grab by to get something. Definitely would recommend this dollar general!

You know, last minute shopping for the Milk I forgot at Big store?Thank goodness they had it. My gravy was saved. And they are always there to help and are so sweet. And if you have a sweet tooth? Cookies by the register, perfect touch. Have a great day everyone.

"It's okay" describes this store perfectly.I am aware there are more Dollar General stores located throughout the Dallas territory (cities, towns etc in the area) and inventory is different per area but the two I've seen have mixed odd goods and not at all affordable prices.It's not awful. The granma considered it good so that's the only reason why I give it a 3. Personally wasn't impressed with items for sale or prices.So far, Dollar Tree 🌲🌴 is my go to. Haven't seen "The Dollar Store" yet like the one we had in Hawaii back in the early 2000s but these two new dollar store like shops are interesting alternatives to the Paradise state version.

By far, the greatest customer service I have experienced in Dollar General. Visited this location 3 times this past week (working in area).Chelsea & Nathan went out if their way to be helpful. Another male employee, there on Saturday night, always pleasant, speaking to customers. Store well stocked. Perishable items separated from canned goods. In Blue Ridge & Farmersville, am used to all the canned goods, cheese, candy bars, etc, being crammed in same bag. Bag always tears before I get in car, much less in the house. Just wish this store was close to home. Would definitely visit frequently.

If I could give no stars I would! walked up to the door at 9:54 and the lady locked the door and walked away store says open till 10pm and she wouldn’t even walk up to the door to acknowledge me. Being a small town with no other store it’s inconvenient when they don’t hold their employees to policy and stay open for the hours they say. The little girl that drivers the white car with the Bob haircut is terrible. She was smoking inside the store and had her hands in some guys pants laughing while about not letting me in. My child was home with a fever and sick I needed to get some medicine for her and they wanted to lock up early. Took a video with time stamp and of the employees that were enjoying their fun while people stood outside asking why they locked the doors early. I will be reaching out to the manager and Corp. this is sad that they would rather mess around then leave the doors unlocked for 6 more min.

Like I said in the other Dollar General review, Mrs.Sylvia and her team our amazing... they friendly helpful and basically do the shopping for me... they know what I get as well as my sister and my cigarettes are already at the counter ready, my Swanson chicken in a can.. The manager Mrs.Sylvia keeps them stock to the best that any person could. I come buy them when she's not in.. but there always there, and my pistachios... It's great to get what you need from somewhere close even if I am walking... 🙏😁😁

Finally some good staff. Miss. Pree is very helpful and takes pride in her job. Very friendly and a breath of fresh air. I quit shopping here due to some unsavory people they’d hired. I had to pop in for a cold and flu medicine run and I’m glad I did. I will be a regular customer again. Thank you Pree for being you. You’re as real as they come and the best I’ve seen in over a year at this store.

Well-managed store clean good prices on everything and a genuine concern on the part of the staff about with your happy with your purchase. No problem asking questions about where things are so you can get in and out of there quickly that's well. Would recommend to anybody.

The store appearance and customer service have improved immensely! The store manager is on top it and is working hard to make sure the store gets better and better. A night and day difference to what it was like a couple of years ago!

The newer cashier treat me like I am a bother to her every time I come in there and not a paying customer. She is a rude, ugly, stone face person with no personality and I will not step foot back in there as long as she is still working there. The manager should stop hiring her friends. The store do not carry hair or skin products for people of color. It don't deserve the 1 star I gave it.

I come here just because it is close to where I live. The other store is 15 miles away and this store is 3 miles. The staff don't really interact with you inless, you ask for the help. However, there has been times that I have asked if they had something and I was told no, don't think so. and I found it after looking all over the store for 20 mins. The store has lsle of stuff and then they will have the same stuff over at the other end of the store on a different isle instead of all together.

It's dirty inner appearance with poor lighting, shelves in disarray, and narrow aisles make it the perfect place to buy cheap beer, lottery tickets, pregnancy tests, and Hustler Adult DVDs. Actually, this store is always super clean.

Beer rang up different than price its was marked on cooler. Manager wouldn't adjust the price. Said he couldn't - it as the law (Yea - sounds like BS to me).

well I went there to buy something at two different Dollar generals and they said because they messed up on the pricing of those items that they could not sell them but they are being displayed and if you have items for sale I don't understand the legalities of that but I believe you're supposed to sell items that you have displayed, right?

Somewhat cheap crowded with items in the Isles in your way to see stuff you want to buy you got to move the stuff around to get to it long line to wait to get checked out some stuff has dust and it's old you're better off going to Walmart

Isles are always crowded with boxes. Never enough help at the register. Employees are always grouchy, rude and the place smells of bathroom waste all the time.
