Had appointments for a vaccine. They took their sweet time to get a vaccine people behind the desk just laughing and having a good time. They were no customers in line. Worst service I have ever seen.

No sense in having a picture print service policy of 30 mins or less when a customer arrives 45 minutes prior to closing and you refuse service because you are “already working on the last batch.” I had to drive all the way to the Del Mar location and they had them ready in 10 minutes. That’s right 10 minutes what you couldn’t do in 45! Shame on you, your customer service is ridiculous. If you are not happy working there, nobody is forcing you to work there.

Bad service, I waited three days for some antibiotics and my infection got worse, and after three days waiting, the young lady at the counter told me roughly that they didn't work for three days because someone took Covid. But there was no warning, no one who sent a notification to the doctor who sent the prescription, nothing in the application that would inform us in this regard ... we had to guess... I'm going back to the doctor and if my infection is worse I'm going to get my lawyer and demand... I have all the evidence.

PHARMACY STAFF;I arrived at 1:56p - Pharmacy set to open at 2pm from their lunch break. The Pharmacist walked in a couple of minutes ahead of me. I was circling the parking lot trying to decide - Drive thru or Go inside - 3 cars in drive thru - I opted to go inside.I'm guessing she was a 'visiting' pharmacist because she did not have a key to enter the pharmacy area. There are 3 other people in line besides me.At 2:00p, nothing, 201p, nothing. At 204p, the Pharmacist goes to find the Manager. The Manager let's her in at 2:05pAs the Manager is standing in the doorway, I see 3 pharmacy staff gingerly walking toward me. They were not at all in any a state of hurriedness- I have no doubt they knew they were late. They shuffled toward the pharmacy entry door without a care in the world!Their lack of concern about being late tells me that for them - being late is probably their norm. They open the accordion patricians and take their 1st in-store customer at 2:08pSome may think 8 minutes is no big deal - tell that to the customers who need their pain, asthma, diabetes, etc medication.Truly disappointed in these 3 pharmacy staff - 1 male & 2 females on duty 5/19/21!

So rude! Lady at the counter was very sarcastic and treating people including me like we were bothering her! She was confusing customers on the rewards including myself- Walgreens- PLEASE hire people who actually have great customer service!

Came this morning to pick up medications for my son from Zapata, Tx. Pharmacy was close until 09:00Returned exactly 1:30 and lady kinda of raised voice that it was closed it would opened until 2:00I’m just picking up medication coming in from Zapata and they would not take 1 more minute to give me medication!Nobody else was there!

Pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! Zero customer service skills. And if u need ur meds ASAP forget it. I left my script and they said it would be ready in "40 minutes". Two hours later I went back and I still had to wait close to an hour since it wasn't ready. And I had to sit and listen to the tech tell a customer her life story while she should have been getting my meds. I picked this pharmacy for convenience but I'd rather travel out of my way to get better, quicker service.

Went looking for school supplies at this pharmacy, and the clerk went out of her way to look for them since I did not find any. When she did not find what I needed, she offered a rain check. I had gone to the other 2 pharmacies, and I did not get any assistance at all. Great service.

Delays... Checked on the med pick ups and quoted 20 to 30 mins. Checked again... told 30 more mins. Bad service.Told to wait... msg for pick up ready came in at 8:59PM when they close at 9PM !!!

The cashiers are very nice but at times the pharmacy can be a bit slow. The store is always clean and well-organized.

This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. I travel a lot all over the USA and I go to Walgreens always and this people are incompetent .my Doctor faxed my prescriptions I go too pick them up and they have no clue of what the hell is going on 2+2=4 people get it together 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔Idots. Especially the fake blond 😱😱

Was on the phone for more than 20 minutes. There were 3 calls before mine. When it got to 1 call before me, I was still on hold and all of a sudden I was hung up on. Very poor customer service in the pharmacy.

Very good service, friendly and they speak Spanish. I found very good prices compared to the prices of Downtown pharmacies. In fact I found the same medicine 40% cheaper than in a pharmacy near the bus station.
