We love shopping at our Laredo tractor supply but when it comes to the supervisor Ivonne she is the rudest employee, we asked for vaccination cards and she literally said “did you get them from there? If you don’t see anymore then that’s it! I understand sometimes there’s limited amounts of things but her ways we’re just wrong.

I’ve been in this store a few times recently and it seems they don’t want to sell me anything. I Wanted to buy cowboy boots for my daughter. No one even looked in our direction to bring the other boot because there are no complete pairs on the floor. We just walked out, frustrated. I also tried to buy a chicken coop (pictured attached)they have on display. They refused to take it apart and then the manager proceeded to tell me I didn’t want it because it couldn’t be put back together properly.

My company says gated no overnight parking, there is a place to overnight park here outside of the gate it is very quiet here no one around no riff raft or people roaming around probably much much more safe than parking at a truck stop. They do not open the gates until 7 am

Terrible customer service. Staff is rude and unwilling to help. There is an older family member who often finds himself having to shop there because it's the place with certain supplies and parts for ranch equipment and such, but at times something is not available at store and can only be ordered online; he doesn't have the knowledge to do anything online but the staff have been very dismissive of his needs and have rudely told him he needs to do it himself. The one time he was assisted with placing an online order, the lady behaved very annoyed to have to help and even yelled at him for supposedly throwing his credit card at her (he did not, he simply placed it on the counter for her). Is it so hard to understand that there are people out there (especially older folks) who just don't have the skills to use the internet? Whatever happened to the days of a store being able to order things for customers? That incident was several months back and nothing has improved. They continue to have a bad attitude, even when they're not being asked for help with an online order. It's not fair when a customer (especially an elderly one) practically dreads having to go to a particular store. Something needs to be done, don't just post some random message here about calling a "customer solutions" number or that it's going to be addressed with the store team. Address it, sure, but make sure changes occur, especially as I see there are many other reviews complaining about the lousy customer service there.

Never been here!Nice variety of items for home and garden. Clean store and friendly staff. Felt rushed however, at checkout. Pregnant girl did not bag/offer to bag some of my items. Had to bag them myself, but that's ok. Nice shopping experience

I order fly bait , and costed 18 dlls a can , and I think that is extremely over priced . I order curbside, and I think convenience cost , but this folks aren’t ready for curbside business

Be aware that they will not refill a propane tank if you are driving a pick up truck and you don't have straps to tie it down in the bed. It cannot go in the backseat of the cab. If you are driving a car, the backseat is fine. They make you show them the straps before they will fill the tank. This is the only place I've ever had this problem. Fortunately there are other places to fill propane - and they are cheaper too!

For a store that sells propane they should have a secure location to fill up, instead the assistant manager Cesar told me to get a milk carton from stripes and tie it with a bungee cord then to take it to them. One of the better stores to shop at but this really disappointed me

Stopped in today to get tank filled for an upcoming family cookout. I took a 5 gallon propane tank and i thought it was going to be simple and easy like always. I enjoy going here because of its inexpensive exchange and it is convenient since it close to my home. I have been coming here since the store opened. The gentleman did not want fill my tank because i did not carry the right tools to transport my tank in my truck. In the rules and guidelines it does not say i need to have a "strap" inside my vehicle to transport the propane. I understand the dangers and safety i always keep my propane tanks upright and secure when transporting. I understand the rules and safety measures on transporting propane but the experience i had was not courteous and not friendly. The gentlemen was rude and ill-mannered and assume i did not have the necessary tools to transport my propane tank and he bluntly denied my service.

I have used tractor supply in many different locations and had great experiences at all of them, except for Laredo TX. The staff is rude, unhelpful and lazy. I don’t do many reviews but when I do they are deserving good or bad. Don’t waste your time at Tractor Supply in Laredo.

Two month’s ago I went to fill propane cylinder they told me it was to dirty had to go clean it and bring it back instead I went to Walmart and exchanged it today to fill to cylinders cleaned them before I went just to find out now you need a milk carton to carry cylinders to refill but conveniently they sell them for $6.99 regardless I went got a milk carton got them filled but really great way to sell milk cartons and by the way they were out good job tractor supply

Curbside pickup takes forever. I was there at least 30 mins waiting and my order was incomplete. I had to go down and get a refund. They need better replenishers.

Just got the cub cadet st100 works Great.My yard is a Field, I got weed eaters and brush cutters. None worked as smooth as this st100. Note any litter that might be in your path will just get pushed to the side. Not obliterated as with other products.So, far Very satisfied 😂.

Tractor Supply is a large chain, this store is a far cry from its standards and in general a joke of customer service. The workforce is totally disengaged and you will see it in their attitude, accuracy of answers and complete disregard for the customer and product. As a customer, I have never had a good experience (over 5 times) in this branch and will never attempt to give them my business in the future. This is not a seasonal issue , it is clearly a deeper one.

Poor customer service, as I walked in and was looking to buy some masks a young Lady yelled at me Sir Sir you need a Mask! I told her I dont have one not giving me a chance to tell her what I needed she asked me to leave, as I walked away she told me thank you in a sarcastic tone, and as I walked away I told her you're not welcome. The store is awesome!!!But there is one big tiny problem.No wheelchair available for the disabled person and the aisle are too small.
