Absolutely loved their service! They were very attentive with both of my pups. They made sure that my dogs were comfortable with their surroundings before starting. They were also very gentle and careful with one of my pup's leg injury. I will definitely bring my babies back here for their future grooming needs. Highly recommended.

I take both my dogs to get groomed here and I love how great they are with them. My dogs can tend to be quite nervous but the people here know just how to handle them to ease their anxiety.

It took time to find someone to help me. There were very few customers in the store. When someone did help me, they didn't seem engaging and helpful. The store did not have some of the basic things you would expect them to have in stock. I was asked several times to visit the other store because they have a bigger selection. I ended up ordering what I needed online.

Customer service here is really great. Everyone we have encountered has always been so willing to help. Everyone is very friendly as well and for the most part the store is very clean. The only reason for four stars is because they never seem to be fully stocked.

My dog Belle always loves getting her Day at the Petco spa. She’s always well received and they take special care of all her needs. She needed a good de-shedding, especially with this heatwave. Very pleased with how Belle turned out. Would definitely recommend.

Recently went to purchase insects for my animals, and was met by disrespect and looks. One of the staff, Jimmy, disrespectfully turned the other direction when i asked him about dubia roaches and when the next shipment of insects would come in. And as small as a detail as this may be, the animals were scared of him. There was a cat who had recently went up for adoption, and the cat did everything to try to get away from him when he passed by. Do note, we were next to this cat and she rubbed against our hands when we were with her, but would run away when he walked behind me. This has been an ongoing issue for other people as well but when we want to report he turns away. Putting it here hopefully will bring more eyes to this place and see what this individual may be doing to the animals and how he treats his customers. Don’t be Jimmy. Other staff are aware of how he acts.

I have a terrible experience at Petco, I did paid for shower, nail cut and ear cleaning for my little dog, they offer me and extra service for my dog to cut the nails (12 dollars) but I decided just the regular service, when my dog was ready I noticed litlle blood on her stomach and one of the rear leg nail bleeding and the lady told me that’s because I did not paid for the extra service to cut nails and this accident could happen, I got mad because the regular service including nail cut doesn’t say that this could happen, I think Petco needs to hire more professional people to treat your pet. Please be very careful with your pet.

It also appeared a manager was in the store. Cashier in front could not leave register, so the one hard working guy was tasked to help customers who DID ask for assistance. He did not look happy either.Wayyyy to expensive also. So, if you're in no hurry to purchase pet supplies, purchase on Amazon and save yourself a bunch of money

Great place, usually find what I'm looking for at this location. Usually very clean and staff is knowledgeable.Only bad thing is the fact that many times I've struggled to get assistance or to pay. Usually no one by the register and on one occasion when I asked if someone could charge me an employee mentioned, "I was taking care of online orders and those take priority"...... so stood there for a few minutes more waiting to pay.

I always have trouble in this location. Went in to buy some worms for my lizard and all worms were dead/moldy and smelled bad. Maybe they should actually check what they’re selling to people instead of making sure they have the fanciest products. Will rather go to the San Bernardo location at least it’s way cleaner and organized over there.

I went to this store with my aunt. She searched online and other stores for a particular dog toy. She wasn't able to find one, but this store had it. Her dog is once again happy and not crying all night for the lost toy.Then to make the visit more enjoyable the girl at checkout was very personable and treated everyone very nice. It was unexpected and completed the successful visit.
