It’s a joke here came to get an alignment done talked to store manager Miguel who took forever to attend me. he told me about two hours. Cause there was a car ahead of me and it takes no longer then a hour to do. Ok called the store 2 hours inn asked how was it going left me on hold for 30 min. Three hours and forty five minutes later I get back my truck was still in the same spot with all the doors unlocked walked inn and just asked for the person who lied to me name (Miguel) and my keys and walked out. Sucked was really looking to get my alignment done.

I went for an oil change and it took over 4 hours. The guy at the desk did advise me that there were 4 people ahead of me but 4 hours. Also I feel like they forgot I was there since people who arrived after I did were finishing before me. Also the restroom was nasty.

I want to say thank you to Miguel for helping me out on my son’s car oil change . Miguel was so helpful showing me that the part I bought I didn’t need it for the oil change . I used to take my car to the old mr frogs for my oil changes but now I’m going to take my bussines to pep boys . They tell you what are your car needs . Thank you Miguel and staff loved the service see on the next oil change . I give you 100 stars ⭐️

Worst place, don't go there, inwent for trasmisión Oil change and they didnt put back the cover case, I drove 3 months without that cover risking major damage for the transmission. So irresponsable.

Toribio - Was very atentive & provided EXCELLENT Customer Service; but some of the other CSR's leave much to be desired as far as Customer Service is concerned!!!When my daughter & I walked in, there was no one in sight; so I walked all the way to the back & Toribio was taking care of a customer, another rep was talking with a customer on the phone!!!In such a competitive market; Pep-Boys has room for improvement!They have the products; now they need more competitive pricing & the "Customer Service Touch", to be OUTSTANDING!!!

But other than that the service was excellent and was done in a timely manner. Got my sons car in and out with some new tires. and got it ready for there out of town rode trip.

Great atmosphere and employees. Everyone was very helpful and quickly to respond to our needs. Prices are well better than a car dealership, but would like to see more coupons for regular services. Coupons are only for oil change and breaks.

Thought I had a major electrical issue and was racking my brain to figure it out. Everything looked good to me, but there was no current anywhere. I've had great experiences with this Pep Boys and they were my first stop. Nicole Vela and her team took the time to troubleshoot and find the bad connection. 20 minutes later I'm back on the road at no charge. They say customer service is dead. Not here! Thanks to Nicole and the rest of the team. You'll be my go-to from now on!

Price alone is a 5 on my book, I went to dealership and got a $1,000 quote for front and back brakes… at Pep Boys got only back brakes done, because Pep Boys said front brakes were not as bad, omg what a difference on the price 😳 plus great work by mechanic Manuel 👍🏻Cesar and Nichole were very nice and helpful.Getting front brakes done in a couple of months, definitely coming back.

Took my vehicle in for a leak and it was heating up, paid $1800 for a condenser which stopped the leak but my car still has a temperature issue. I constantly have to put antifreeze every 2 weeks because it just evaporates. I have taken it back 3 times but I'm told it's an air bubble in the radiator or air pocket in the coolant. Very disappointed with the service. Soo much money and 6 months later still having issues

The worst service possible. You make an appointment and 3 hours later belatedly bring your car around from a simple oil change ! Oh and make sure they don’t try to up charge you as they tried to do to me. Never again will I give them my business. Unless you plan on leaving your car or are incredibly patient, go anywhere else.

Everyone in the store was very patient and knowledgeable as they explained and provided their services. Unfortunately, the appearance of this place doesn't match the quality of service provided by these hardworking employees. Higher paying salaries will be another topic to be considered.

2 hours behind schedule AND your tech doesn't understand check the washer fluid motor and instead fills the reservoir! Spent over $1,000.00 today and am very disappointed with the lack of comprehension of thr English language. Seriously, Washer motor needs attention not additional fluid to teservoir!

I'm not from here and not sure if this is just the way mechanic businesses are in Laredo But to try to keep this as short as possible... I had a horrible experience with one mechanic so I turned around and took my vehicle to Pep boys thinking because it's a "real company" that I wouldn't have that problem and was assured by the main manager that I wouldn't. I took my vehicle in on Thursday and was told that it would take a couple of hours and here we are Wednesday of the next week and I still don't have my vehicle because I've been passed around from person to person and blatantly lied to with every person I speak to contradicting the last and then found bogus charges on the work order. They are very sketchy, inexperienced and unprofessional.

Good service! They got my vehicle in quickly. I went it for an alignment and suspension check. The alignment was over adjusted the first time, but the shop was quick to take the vehicle back and readjust the alignment to fix the car.

I showed up at 4:00pm to buy 2 new tires. It took the lady 15 minutes to come out. When she finally comes out, she tells me its to late. She went out and spoke with the mechanic,who was on his phone, and he said no... so I decided to take my business to discount tires tomorrow... Didn't look like they had lots of cars but oh well

Mediocre Service; they could have provided much better service than what they did 🙄I was specifically requesting they check and top off all fluids, requesting PSI on tires at 40 Lbs and neither one of those things were done 🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐Out of 5 people there, seems the mechanic is doing all of the work, others are on the phone entrance door is broken, lobby area and receiving counter is dirty, windows are long over due on cleaning and removing sticky stuff from windows!!!This branch NEEDS DESPERATE TLC AND LEADERSHIP IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND; EVERYONE IS SUPER NICE; BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN IT CAN REMAIN IN IT'S CURRENT STATE 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
