The service was okay and the prices were amazing but the birds were in small cages and they had 2 parrots super big in a small cage together the water for the birds was disgusting and they barely had any food they were all in small cages and could barely move I want to help them so bad and just clean everything up for the birds but I'm to young to do anything :( it sucks knowing the birds r so uncomfortable and I just wish the best for them :(

Worst place to buy a pet. I had $1000 to buy a companion/bird. I was trying to get some information on the birds and price the lady was just on the phone talking really loudly . When I asked her for the price of one of the amazon birds she just rolled her eyes and told me , Cuesta $2,500 está bien caro 😒😒 every time I try asking for some information on the birds she would just roll her eyes on me . I guess they don’t want to sell anything 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ What really got to me was that the birds didn’t have any food and dirty water .😢😢

I really love the friendly atmosphere in there and the birds are so cute :) I got two little parakeets and named them Mono and Six. (Yes like the little nightmares characters)
