Hello, so I saw that my cat had her nails cut a little too short when she got home. She has some blood left on her paws. She could’ve very well been moving as she is not the calmest when grooming however I’m sure there are technique used for different animal personalities. Please be more careful next time because it wasn’t just on one paw but two :(

Two stars for taking my dog as a walk in, but they clearly do not know how to do breed specific haircuts. My dog is a cocker spaniel. This is not a summer cut for them, and honestly- this would have been fine had her face been shaved too. She looks like a gremlin. Face is the only reason I am knocking off 3 stars. Would have rated higher as she was well taken care of.

Leaving a dog in a cage outside this extremely hot heat is cruel. If they can do this to a poor dog that was probably abandoned there imagine how they treat your pets when you drop them off and you’re not there.

This place does not deserve any stars, but i had to give one to put up this review!!! This place is a danger to the animals who we consider our babies. Our babies can not talk or tell us what was done to them. We have been bringing our babies to this place for a couple of years. Everything had been well, but what was done to one of my babies yesterday was very painful. They don't care.They shaved very close to her eye and cut her! The next day, which is today, she has a swollen eye and is closed with a cut. I called and asked them to explain how this happened and what they did. All I heard from them was that she was already like that. A bunch of excuses were given to me and denied that they had hurt my baby. I need to take her to the vet for her to get medications for what they did. If they don't want to work to provide the best care possible, they should not work at all.THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSEDWHOEVER IS DOING THE GROOMING SHOULD NOT WORK AT ALL. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE BE CAUSE OUR BABIES CAN NOT TELL US WHAT WAS DONE TO THEM AND THE PAIN THEY FELT!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Our dogs come back smelling so good and so clean. Their nails are always clipped so nicely and they come back acting really happy every time.

my dog died after i took it to this place idk if they gave him something to eat or a virus but you should consider before taking your dog to this place i called tellijg them they should contact all the customers from that date and tell them to be aware and they hang up on merip ice 🙏🏼

Amazing service!! My dogs are always excited to come! Took great care of my dogs! Grooming is great and pretty cheap love this place! Boarding is also pretty great! They treat the dogs/cats amazing

Terrible! Took our Husky to get a haircut and grooming service and they completely shaved him & the tail was left at two different lengths. The man that answered said that they have groomed “hundreds of huskies and it is a common thing to do”. The actual groomer was apologetic and gave my boyfriend 2 treat bags, but instead we hoped to get a refund for this bad job .. the other man (maybe the owner) kept blaming us saying we should have specified, when we clearly said a “haircut” not a shave-down or summer cut. Never recommending this place again.

Walk in service available, so no appointment needed for grooming. Courtious staff and quick turn around on grooming. They work until the last groom is completed. Get there early. They also have boarding when needed. A cash only venue, no credit cards.

My dog loves being groomed and we've never had issues. He came back with a huge cut on his leg. They didn't even tell us they cut him when we picked him up. Do not recommend this place at all!!

I took my puppy in for his first haircut, and asked them if they did scissor cuts because I didn't want them to use the buzzer. They said yes, asked them are you sure? They said yes ok so I leave my puppy there for his first cut ever early in the morning. They took ALL DAY with him finally when I picked him up they gave my poodle the ugliest haircut and to top it off he had CUTS EVERYWHERE!! I was so mad! I will never recommend that rinky dinky place nor take my pets there again.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I left my dog over the weekend for boarding in this facility. It was very difficult for me to leave him behind because we had never been separated. Needless to say, it was something that had to be done. I was very anxious & eager to pick up my dog the second I got back. I was very disappointed when I picked him up because he was EXTREMELY filthy. His white fur was brown, he wreaked of urine, his fur was tough, he had poop stains on the bottom of his feet & his bottom, & to finish it off his doggy bowl had poop on the bottom as well as dried urine inside. Never again.

Worst experience ever!! Took my pet and she came home with a scratched red back. I assumed she just had an allergic reaction MY mistake! The last time I took her they perforated her ears and caused excruciating pain on her the following day. Rushed her to the vet first thing and the Vet Dr. Was so upset she was in so much pain and drainage from both ears! Never again!!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Took my dog there once and when I got there to pick up my dog they gave me another dog! I was sure that that wasn't my dog! So I waited until they brought me my dog! Do not go there worst experience ever!

Every time i ask how much a full groom costs for a medium to small dog they keep telling me different and bigger prices! i cant trust these guys anymore something going on :(
