I have not come to this HEB at Guadalupe until today. The low prices of the goods are a welcome surprise. No wonder a lot of people are shopping at this time.The flower/plant section was a beautiful sight to see and the fruit/vegetable area made me hungry.Julian at the Self-Check counter happily assisted us when we asked about the coupons. He was busy on his feet helping everyone. Thanks, Julian, for a great service.

I took my own bags and requested not to get any plastic bags.... sacker wasted space in my bags and I ended up with 9 plastic bags I did not want... I felt ignored and disrespect towards the environment.

This store has a big selection but, there are always long lines. If you have to get more than 15 items prepare to be in line 30-75 minutes.

I usually do not write reviews but I've been having many negative experiences at HEB Guadalupe. This is by far the WORST HEB in Laredo. I've always felt that customer service has declined in many areas post COVID, but this HEB consistently gets it wrong. I have been an HEB partner for 5 years, and most of the employees at this location are the complete opposite of what I was taught to be as Partner. They are rude, never greet, or offer help. Most avoid you and the store is never fully stocked too, which is highly inconvenient. I would visit this store almost every morning and I note these flaws consistently. I have mostly interacted with a manager there named Lety and that lady always has a nasty attitude. I kindly asked today if a CNA could help me outside with my groceries, since I had a recent surgery and could not carry heavy things, and I was also accompanied by my grandma who also cannot carry heavy things. I was denied help in a cold manner. Where else could I go to express a complaint if the managers are cold themselves? When I worked for HEB Laredo 06, I made sure I went above and beyond for my customers and it's sad that this is not reciprocated by fellow HEB employees. I despise coming here so much but this is the closest store to my home, I will now make accomodations to go to a different store. May I note as alternative stores that HEB Saunders, HEB Zapata Hwy, and HEB NorthCreek always offer stellar service, for those who may want to also avoid this store.

Went to pay on the scan and go . But didn't like that it stopped every time I would scan something. Thank God the cashier was very helpful and glad to help me without getting mad . But the machines need work.

Erica,Cashier, and Esmy, sacker, were concentrated on their personal conversation. They were not customer oriented, not considering an elderly, disabled customer. Esmy even asked Erica to tell me to take her my basket after i unloaded it. She was only a couple of feet away. All she had to do was stretch out for it. This HEB has been in my neighborhood for over 65 years. Sometimes I travel across town for better customer service.

Everything is great here, the only thing is that the prices are a little.. over board.. like i tried getting a 4 pack of batteries from Duracell and those costed 5 bucks, but other than that its a great store, employees are nice too!

Old world charm right down to authentic tamales and other local hispanic mexican treats great rotisserie chix salad sandwhich I do get around again picked up at SATX drove my riders to Laredo literally to the boarder at Zarzagoza then was hungry where did I stop HEB of course sandwhich gatorade because it's really hot there and a box of pink frosted cookies "ALL" for me shhhhh, don't judge lol

The store was packed but not enough cashier's . Had to go to self-checkout and that was packed also with a line that was twice the line of the area itself . A lot of empty shelves . No half n half ,butter limited amounts there ,plenty of empty shelves in the can and dry goods areas . Cold cuts plentiful as well as fruit and produce . Good luck 🤞 finding what you need .

Great quality on produce, groceries, etc., not to crowded like the one on Calton Rd wich is the one we always stop before crossing over when traveling...we will start going to this one, since is not far from the international bridge...we really missed the one they used to have by Flores Ave. That's the one a lots of people including me and my Family used to go when I was younger and growing up just to get some groceries and didn't have a car...

Great prices always find what I am looking for. The staff is very corteo us and knowledgeable of the store. The self checkout is very good,and even has a scan gun to scan the heavy / bulky items ,like cases of water. And there is always someone at the self checkout to assist you with any problem. Love this store. Here Everything is Better HEB.

It was ok, like a regular day. But too many people, but the cashier was kind of fast, the line went faster, which it was great. The only thing I didn't like, is that the cashier gave me the eggs, and didn't put them in a bag, so I told the other cashier to please put them inside a bag. We pay too much, and they dont want to give us a chip plastic bag.

Store needs more organization all around. Managers could speed up the check out lines if they would pay more attention. Today's cashier was very polite and helpful with questions regarding some products.

Love me some HEB groceries, one of the HEBs I frequent and enjoy to visit, but beware on the first of the months, as the welfare queens will amass here. Specially with us citizens abusing the system and living in Mexico. Beware, they will leave nothing behind

I rate it 3 stars always long lines.Selfcheckouts are the worst.Alot of still don't know how to use them properly for that it takes longer.More check out lines need to be opened to speed the process of crowding people especially now with the pedemic.It takes longer waiting in line then what it does for me to pick out my groceries.

Been shopping here since it opened way back in....Small by new store standards but they do a great job. Very busy location. No reason to go anywhere else.They rearranged the store recently, didn't even notice any interruptions.
