Was previously top notch service, but with the current staff and new ownership, they have really done poorly. They claim to extract glands, and this is the second time that I check myself when I come home and our dog's gland/sac are full. Also, the groomers there think they are veterinarians and constantly give medical advice or diagnosis regarding their health. Stay in your lane and just focus on doing the job and fulfilling your obligations.

I took my dog in today, this place was recommended to me by a good friend who also uses this groomer. I can say I am highly satisfied with the work they did and the price. My Penny smelled so clean no perfume needed. I had an appoint at 830 dropped her off about 9am and they called that she was done before 12, I am very satisfied and my fur baby looked happy as well. I will be back again, ***I recommend this groomer***

Visited a week ago...called day before, was advised no appointment needed....took pet in next day at opening time, but called before no answer....arrived made contact with staff, right before walking in, staff worker comes out, and says they have 5 dogs ahead. Apparently our large dog would cost time for them...they took another small dog for service as we left.No upfront straight estimate either.Staff apparently lack communication skills.

I have been taking my dogs to this wonderful place but then it changed owners. Lately I had to ask the assistant to please pick up my dogs from the chest and not from the legs. My dogs' bodies are heavy to be picked up by the front legs. Last week we took our dogs, again, the same worker picked up my dogs from the legs. Additionally, two of my 3 dogs had their collars but my Yorkie did not. We called about five times to ask to talk to the owner after the assistant had been of no help but no luck. The assistant was very rude. Instead of saying that he could start calling other pet owners to see if they had placed my dog's collar in theirs, he said " I looked for the collar and we don't have it" (in Spanish). I asked him to please look for it again and asked if they had some form of system to prevent losses? To this he said in Spanish, "well, you have to talk to the owner and tell him how to run his business". He said, "We don't have it. We'll check the cameras to make certain that you brought your dog with a collar." We didn't get a call from the owner who is very courteous possibly because the owner was never given our message.

I’ve been taking my dog there for 6 years (even after they changed ownership). I’m not AS satisfied with the haircut as I used to be, but it’s still better than the dog spa place we tried in June. Plus the pricing is pretty good for all the services it includes. My dog likes going there so I know they treat her well, and that matters more than the quality of the haircut to me.

This service was by far the best I’ve had for my dog. When I took my dog to go get groom she had matted fur but when I revived her back she still had no more matted areas and more fur then I would’ve expected for what needed to happen. I was not expecting the outcome but I sure was pleased of how she turned out. Great Service!

Amazing Grooming. I thought they would never be able to groom my dog . He was so matted up . They were so good to him and took every knot he had off. He is such a happy dog now. I now keep up with his grooming and he loves when we get there.It is like a spa for him. Thank you Dog House

The owner or groomer that attended us provided very poor customer service. She originally told us our dog would be ready for pick up at 4pm, however she notified us at 245pm that we needed to pick up our dog at 3pm, otherwise we would be charged an overnight fee. She also failed to mention that she no longer accepts debit or credit cards. Either of those changes would be forgiveable considering it is a small business, however our dog smelled of cigarettes and cheap perfume when we picked her up. We support local establishments, when it is deserved, but the dog house pet grooming fell very short today and will not be going back.

First of all when you leave a nasty voice mail saying if I don't pick up my dog by 3 your going to charge me by the day is not good customer service. Your a cash only business? We are not in in the 50s lady get with the program invest in Square Card even the raspsa man has it. I highly do not recommend this buisness with a nasty tempered owner. They didn't even do a good job on cutting my dog's hair. DO NOT COME HERE.

I absolutely loved the owner! She went a little above and beyond for my little girl🐶. Went in for just nail trimming and came out with a little gift. She really showed the love for the animals since the first minute she spoke to me.

They said my dog got a bath n do. Last told me the dog was really clean with no signs of fleas or ticks. As soon as I got home my son found a tick on him.
