I’ve been bringing my Belgian Malinois, Loki, since he was 7 months old to Beauty Bath N’ Dip. They take very good care of him during his grooming sessions. He’s a lot to handle and they treat him so well. When I pick him up, he’s always in good spirits. You can tell that the owner and the staff are real dog people here and do a great job! Loki’s coat is so healthy and his nails are in such great shape because of them! Loki is now almost a year old and I don’t think I’ll take him to anyone else from here on out!

Took my Shetland Sheepdogs (Shelties) in for a de-shedding treatment, bath, and trim. They were super good with my dogs, very friendly and helpful, and did an amazing job!10/10 would recommend!

Reeked of cigarretes inside location. Owner was nice and informativeabout prices. Service was kinda of long. Dog was left clean but extremely traumatized and with cuts everywhere.

NEVER COME HERE!!! WE PAID $60 FOR 2 PILLS SO MY 2 DOGS WOULDN'T GET TICKS. FOR ONE OF THE DOGS WE GAVE IT TO THEM AT HOME AND SAW HIM EAT IT (he has no ticks on him). FOR THE OTHER DOG THEY "GAVE IT" TO HIM. (HE HAS TICKS) NEVER COME HERE!! THEY LOVE ROBBING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY!!! AND IT WILL COST US EVEN MORE TO GET RID OF THE TICKS NOW!

Horrible service.. first and last time. First of all it was overpriced, I paid $100. When I picked up my dog she was terrified, her haircut was horrible like they didn’t know how to cut it or something. She had a big cut on her neck which they told me that she had it already. I know for a fact that she didn’t have that cut when I dropped her off, the cut was pink and fresh. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have trusted this place for years and have made me be loyal because of their Superior Customer Service they provide to my Schnauzer Hershey . There pickup and Delivery as well as their facility has made trust in their quality of work and not to mention the treat of pampering my dog is the best! Keep up the good work as due to their value of service my sister’s new pet a Yorkie was highly recommended for the grooming for Princess our latest addition to our family! Thumbs UP!👍🏽

They were very nice and actually waited an extended amount of time for me to drop off my kitten. My kitten was found outside, so he was very dirty. They did a great job cleaning him up, removing fleas, and trimming his claws! It took a few hours to get my pet back, but good service nonetheless.

Very bad service, very unprofessional, first time there and the last time for sure. Called around 12pm and was told "we have a spot available right now". Dropped off around 1pm, never got a call when they were done. Left my pup there for around 7hrs and the cut wasnt what i expected for the $70.00 charge. The owner was very aggressive when i called to check on the status of my dog like around 5pm which wasn't done then, i just showed up a couple hrs later and they just had my puppy in a kennel i could tell she was scared. They didnt even bother to call me and notify me when they were done. I called 2 times only in the 6 or 7hrs that the puppy was there as to not make them feel pressured. As a customer i try to be as reasonable and understanding as i can when it comes to delays or being busy, but with an outcome like this never again will i take my pups there. Its just my experience as a customer here others may think otherwise.

Don’t let these “good” reviews fool you too. This establishment is awful. I dropped my dogs off at 10am and called to see how they were doing @3pm and they still hadn’t started on them. Called again at 6pm and had just started to groom one of two. At this point I decided to drop by and wait for the second one. Upon my arrival the interior was very smoky as they were burning an obscene amount of insence. While waiting I noticed a little 4 year old girl terrorizing a dog in a kennel. The grooming was sub par at best and pricing was beyond their capabilities and service. I currently find myself at the vet because my boys contracted kennel cough. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE.

It was ok. Took my dog because it had ticks and when i brought my dog home her hair smelled nice and her hair was nice, however her nails were not cut and she still had ticks! Payed 90$ for my dog to still have ticks! Over paid for nothing.

We arrived and there was no one there but it was still within operating business hours. We called and the person said theyll be there in 5 minutes but took 10. When they arrived the person did not seem respectful or caring of animals. Treated my dog like an object rather than a living animal. We ultimately decided to leave and not get any of their services.

I took my shih tzu puppy for a hair cut everything looked good but then when getting home he was bleeding from his ear. I called and told them n they deny everything. There is no way he couldve done that by him self. He ended up getting stitches amd vet told me that it wasnt self inflicted.

Way over priced for literally shaving the dog. 80 bucks!!! Insane!! Our regular groomer was not available so I took my dog here. I already knew what they were going to do being that he had a lot of knots in his fur. Bad cut, way over priced, and didn’t even bother to give me a receipt. I’ll never take him there again.

Poor service, had an appointment for 1pm, picked up my dog at 4pm and was returned still wet. Charged a high price for the service that my dog was given. and witnessed a small dog being groomed, it was tied by the neck with the leash shortened to where it had to sit in an uncomfortable sitting position for a period of time.

Awful experience! Never take your dog here! Paid $100 for them to do a horrible grooming on my dog; to the point where they hurt her skin and I had to take her to the vet for antibiotics.
