Always willing to take our schnauzer as a walk-in and we are always satisfied when he comes home smelling great! sometimes he goes a while in between visits but with the de-matting they are able to remove those stubborn knots oh his paws and chest without leaving him completely razored down as some other places have done. Always great service.

Used to love this place at first, however, things have changed some. As of last year, the staff seems somewhat stressed or ill-tempered. The last time I took my chihuahua for grooming, I was nervously informed upon pick up time that he had "some" bleeding upon having his anal glands expressed and that I "may want to take him to the vet to make sure he's okay". Happy to say he healed fine but sad to say, we never went back.

Would not recommend this place, staff is extremely rude and they lie about their prices. We had brought our dog in for a groomand asked beforehand how much it would be, they told us the total would be $65 then when time came to pick up our dog they had bumped it up to $96. They don't accept credit cards, only cash and the $65 is all we had and they got upset and banned us from coming again but it's not our fault? Horrible experience!

Do not come to this place. The owner started yelling at me because she wanted to charge me $70 for a regular bath. She then started saying a bunch of lies to charge me extra. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE BELIEVE ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . Worst service.

The overall grooming for my dog was VERY WELL done, except that person that groomed my dog touched his eye and burned his cornea, groomer had some chemical on her finger causing burn. The cut/trim was nicely done, but it cost me allot of money at the veterinarian's office to care for my dog's eye. When I went to bring it up at groomer, I was argued with in a rude and threatening way by the owner, did not expect that kind of reaction😬😬😬

After being rejected by Petco because my Husky "will bite without warning" and negative experiences with other local groomers I thought I'd never find a groomer. Alma's took my Husky without a 2nd thought. I filled them in about my previous encounters with other groomers and how my dog is hard to handle. Not for Alma's groomers. They actually care for your pet. They make sure you're satisfied. Your "hard to handle" pet, including cats, are all in great hands. I saw this for myself.
