Cleanest, freshest, full stocked, variety grocery store you will ever find. Excellent staff, with speed at checkout and finding items. As the newest commercial suggests, you can only love HEB. And may I add, the backers items are to die for, excellent, best in United States

I have been shopping here for many years since buying a home here. Daytime employees are a bit nicer. The prices are constantly mis-marked or advertised wrong, including coupons of all kinds. When something is priced wrong they will not honor it. They will have a coupon for let's say $10 off $40 bucks, but they make the product $39.98 so you can't use the coupon!A woman Mngr. that works at night, makes sure she is very rude, nasty & superior to you! This woman gets a thrill by doing this, she literally took all my food from my cart & made me buy just 2 products instead of asking me if that's what I'd like to do -as the customer-!She smokes constantly, everytime I enter she's smoking & I have to inhale her second hand smoke! There is a Texas state law that says 15 feet away from an entrance to smoke!I've never called any of this out for fear of small town politics but this needs to be said. This woman wouldn't have a job if not for customers. I get way better customer service at the Walmart in town. It's a shame a paying customer has to shop elsewhere b/c a personnel, (night Mngr. at that) for H.E.B., seems soo happy to make you feel badly.

I've stopped at this HEB location on several occasions without issue. The aisles are clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly. I like this HEB because it is smaller and easier to get in and get out.

Love the store, but truly hate the new buggy design. It’s not functional for folks under 5’3”, especially if you’re shopping with a infant/toddler

Recently moved to Lampasas from Copperas Cove, I love the HEB in Lampasas they have great produce and shelves are usually well stocked with what's available. I don't always recommend grocery store sushi but I have to admit the selection at HEB is pretty good and tasty. The workers at Lampasas are helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

There is nothing wrong with this store. I'm from a city with a population of 1.5 million. This store is in a city of 7,500. Simple math. More population equals more customers equals more buying options. The staff was awesome. No. Complaints. 👍

The produce and meat departments had full shelves.I was able to get my weekly shopping in just one stop. The restroom was clean.I spoke with three associates while I shopped, all ready to help. There was a lady putting together fresh flower arrangements to sell in the store. My son got HE-Buddy bucks at the check out. He was able to cash in his Instant Winner stickers for a prize at the Business center.Fuel prices were down 2 cents from yesterday. I filled up my van, and was happily greeted by the Gas Station attendant when I needed to pay cash instead of using my card.

Yes this is a gas station but on the inside is the country version of Walmart. They have everything and things you wouldn't even thought of. My experience here blew my mind. Just no not all HEBs are the same

I love HEB. But I’m not happy today. I got my groceries, the checkout lines were longish. As I put my groceries in the truck I saw the empty 5 gallon water bottle I’ve been trying to remember to return. I walk back to the store, push the bottle into the cage, but it didn’t give me a ticket for the deposit. I go inside to the “customer service” desk to get a ticket, only to be told I must go back through a long checkout line again and get one from a cashier.First, why not keep the return machine in working order? And since it isn’t, why send the already disgruntled customer back through check out? How difficult could it be to have a few deposit tickets at the customer service counter??? Customer Service not. So I left and gave up on getting my deposit back.

Most of the time my orders are perfect. Some things are out of stock every so often. I thoroughly enjoy curbside pickup. I still do not like the limit of 5 bottles for the Crazy Water because there is no limit when you go into the store. If any limit, there should be a limit of 12 or 6. Maybe you should order more if there is a demand. Or you could sell the water by the case.

This is one of the smaller HEB but still is very good for this town. Like every HEB you visit they often have most everything you need. If you are visiting TX go try one of the large HEB's you will be impressed.

Always busy when I seem to go in and they never seem to have enough cashiers, the lines were really long. It would be nice if there was a way to pick up a couple items and get out of there in less than 10 minutes. The staff are always cheerful though.

HEB has got to be the best grocery Store that I've ever had the pleasure of shopping in. Everything is extremely fresh and well organized! My only complaint is that I live in NM, and my closest HEB is about 1.5 hour drive away. Wish they could build one maybe in Muleshoe, TX

I love this store! They have nearly anything you could want. The meat selection is second to none, and the staff is great! Clean restrooms, great deli, fresh produce, hot bread, anything you wish to see in a local grocery store, this HEB has it!!!

Texas version of the local grocery store. I don't believe onion should be in the turkey cranberry mix though. The grab and go lettuce meals are pretty good. Plus the store brand potato chips are good too. I will have to get used to the 2% milk having a red cap and not blue!

Well laid out but as it was my first visit, it took a bit to orient myself to where everything was located. Some items not stocked or out of stock, likely due to the upcoming holiday and pandemic. That was frustrating but unavoidable I suppose. We were able to get the items needed for our Thanksgiving meal and the rest, I'll order from elsewhere. Will shop here again as their produce section was wonderful and the meat dept staff helpful.
