We love the hometown atmosphere at Browns. The prices are better then Tractor Supply or Homebase for our rabbit, quail and chicken feed.

Such nice and friendly people at Brown's. I went to another feed store in the past, mostly because I could use my debit or credit card there, but they are not nearly as friendly and helpful as Brown's. The prices are better at Brown's and they don't treat you like an outsider when you stop by. I will continue to come to Brown's for my future feed needs.

This is the Friendliest store I have ever been in.Went to buy Texas Best goat panels. When I was inside, a customer looked at me, introduced himself and shook my hand.... I got what I needed for a , really good price, but I can not tell you the impeccable small town service I received when they loaded my trailer and I went to pay, only to be told they do not take credit cards....These people took me back to a time and place in my past where we just don't live anymore in 2021. Back to a small town I grew up in where even strangers are treated like friends and trusted like family.His wife gave my wife some flower clippings to take home. My wife was in tears of warmth when we walked out of there.What a wonderful experience we had in a small town feed store.

This is an old, old school feed store. I love it. They don't take credit cards. Cash Only! Everyone was super nice and helpful. And the prices are very reasonable. We were in on a Saturday morning and there was a steady flow of customers but we only waited a couple of minutes before they got us taken care of. We were only getting a gate, but they have a full menu of items from a glance. Feed, dewormer, fencing, lumber, etc.

This is an OLD SCHOOL feed store so leave your credit card at home. Cash or Checks only but what a treat this store is. Run by Mr. Brown and his wife who know every little detail about their inventory without looking it up on a computer. Mr. Brown still writes out a receipt longhand and does the calculations in his head most times except for the tax percentage. Don't want a full bag of something, he'll gladly open up a bag and sell you just a pound or two or whatever amount you want. There is a lot more to this store than meets the eye, the back property is full of ranching supplies and his prices rival any of the big box national chain stores. When we were new to the area and I couldn't find a competent farrier to shoe the horses, I finally got the idea to call Mr. Brown and ask his advice. He gave me one name and said "he'll know what to do". Thank You Mr. Brown!!! We're still using that farrier today and glad to have him.

Nice older couple that own and run the store. The best pricing on cattle cubes anywhere around. Kind of like stepping back into the 1950s with pencil/paper ledger and old till cash register. The place is very cluttered and could use some cleaning up, but I get the feeling it's never going to happen. Still, great prices and honest, friendly owners.

Brown's is one of the cheapest feed stores in the area. However it is not set up like a store where you can browse and look at things. You need to know what you want and you ask for it and they will load you. I get pretty much all my fencing supplies here as they are cheaper than most everywhere else . They do not take debit or credit cards.

I've been going to this feed store for years and it's always been a wonderful experience. excellant service fair prices and it's a family buisness owned by a lovely couple who have been located there and owned the store for many years. Mr. Brown is a wealth of knowledge on the local area farms and ranches. we get all our goat and chicken feed there. They can be quite busy on a Friday and Saturday

Everyone there is great. No credit/debit payments but you get used to it and they can charge lower prices. I go out of my way to get my grain there. Give them a try. You'll be hooked.

Best feed store around, the couple who run it are awesome, still a pen a paper Co. So bring cash or check and be prepared to save. It may not look like much, but the have stuff almost always cheaper things that I can't fond in other places, just ask.

We have a Tractor Supply store but its corn is 3 dollars more per bag, so Browns is where all who need more than one bag of feed shops. Closed on Sunday. Prefers cash. Not aware of any delivery option.
