Don’t go here, Jackie thinks she’s better than everybody else, another worker that’s BIG and wears glasses here with all that clown makeup is hilarious, she even looks funny. Jada, Alex and an older lady is the only ones that have respect and class here, everybody else is nothing but an OVERWEIGHT EMBARRASSMENT| that’s why nobody cares to come to this Stripes let alone even work some place like this lolol Jackie looking like an Oompa Loompa off Willy Wonka 😂

Stopped in here early morning. Besides the usual snacks and drinks they do have a small kitchen and buffet style cooking area where they had a small variety of fresh hot food

Stripes just needs to shut this location. Went in this morning to pay for gas, there were 3 people in line ahead of me. There was 1 employee in the kitchen cooking who looked at us and kept cooking and the only other employee I saw was outside smoking and on her phone. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

We were traveling and needed a restroom badly. The woman’s was closed & NO ONE was in there except my family. My daughter stood in front of the door while I ran in. The entire time I was in there the lady ran her mouth about how inappropriate it was for me to be in the mens restroom. This was her store and on and on. It literally has a stall with a door and my husband and daughter were watching the door for me. This lady was PHYCHO!!!

Went in to use the restroom, pay for gas and buy snacks. The ladies working were too busy having a conversation with each other to bother yo check me out. They kept looking at me, one sipping a soda and two others talking. To each other about the burden of ther job. Nobody helped me. I left. Will get gas somewhere else

Why is there only one young man behind the counter at night at a gas station on the highway?This place is horrendous! I like stripes since they built in Waco, but by God, I've never seen such sad employee health. I've seen a few people there but usually only one. One of the younger looking men there has dark bags like he hasn't slept but says it's his only job and I believe it when I see him 3 different far different times of the day.The lot is usually littered and sometimes has some junkies wandering around, and the bathrooms aren't always the best either. Conditions here are terrible

These ladies that work at this store are intentionally rude. And then laugh about their rudeness to each other. I wouldn't be giving a review but this has happend to me on numerous visits to the store. Same lady everytine. I'm going to try to get her name and report her to corporate. And I will update my review when I get this information.

Workers not wearing masks or gloves, even the one preparing food. I watched food prep girl making food and then come right over and start taking money. All while no gloves or mask. No less than a dozen customers walked in maskless. Very inconsiderate and irresponsible.

They sold me a can of chewing tobacco that was 4 months expired, and then wouldn't let me exchange it the very next morning. They said I should have checked the expiration date before I left. What a joke of a customer service policy

It's a good place the pumps are getting a little old couldn't pay outside with my card other than that it is a good clean gas station

my wife was charged for a drink that she accidently drop while waiting in a long line asked to speak with the manager , all i got was all kind of excuses this is the most horrible store i been in its also so dirty as well , i will be getting a hold of corp or the head of franchise on this issue

Terrible customer service I was having trouble with my card and was waiting to transfer my funds over to another card I was there for maybe 10 minutes 5 inside and 5 at the pump until the worker came out and threatened me with calling the cops if I don't move
