Waited over 30 minutes outside for my food. Finally went in, waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to help me, and they couldn't find my order. Waited another 15 minutes for them to fix my order, at least the food was hot when I finally got it!

Stop at this location to have a Blizzard. There were only 2 employees working and it was a little busy. The poor lady behind the counter was just swamped with people dining in & the drive up window. The Blizzard was excellent but I observed the employee using their bare fingers placing them inside the Blizzard cups without using gloves. This is unacceptable to say the least. Does the cook wear gloves! Very disappointed!Parking: Very accommodating

I have to admit that it has been a while since I have been to DQ. We stopped for lunch during work. Due to it being Tuesday, I decided to get the tacos. I didn't realize that they even had tacos. Dang! Were they good. Took me back to the tacos that mom would make us. Nothing fancy. Just spiced meat, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese in a crunchy taco shell. So delicious and a great price.

The young lady working was too busy getting ready to close. She told me she would be with me in a few minutes. She then went about her cleaning and draining the ice cream machine. After we ordered we saw a mouse run out of the kitchen area. The bathroom was disgusting as of the rest of the restaurant. We watched another customer drive away because of the service.

It took me four times repeating my order into the speaker box for them to understand, which I don't understand LOL as I was literally the only customer in line in their indoor area is completely closed. Food was absolutely fine this is a little different than east coast Dairy Queen's is a serve a mixture of Tex-Mex as well. Which was kind of interesting. Also they have small medium and large sundaes the regular ones what you also don't see you on the East Coast. But just a delay and having to repeat the same order over and over really just turn me off.

Never has the phrase “Fan food, not fast food” been more accurate. Every single time I come to this establishment, it’s about a 15 minute wait just to order, even if there’s only one other person in the drive thru. The staff don’t seem to care either, since I can often see them on their phones. Never coming here again.

If I could put less than one star, I would. We walked in and they had a bus, fine no big deal. The cashier kept telling us she would be right with us, but kept taking drive thru orders while a line started forming at the door. I ordered a large fry an a side salad. The side salad came in a small styrofoam container slightly bigger than a cup of gravy, and my fries were cold. I noticed there was no fork in the bag, so I stood at the drink fountain while the cashier made ice cream for other guests and was greeted with attitude when I asked for a fork. I do understand that they were busy, but that's no excuse for them to be giving cold food and unwarranted attitude.

There are not many options in town, so I find myself coming back here with my breath held every time. It is expected to have at least one item served incorrectly and to wait 10 or more minutes. I have been in the drive thru for over 15 minutes (counted) with only 2 vehicles ahead when I arrived. While waiting on a burger, employees may not bother to prep the rest of your order until after its done. Even managers can be seen on the floor reading text messages to employees and carrying on. I've been courteous in telling management about issues and never asked for a refund or correction, just to fix the issues, but it's still the same restaurant as a year ago.

We stopped here on the way to Odessa. It's was super clean. The staff was very courteous. There were couple of corrections to our order and they fixed it immediately and the cook himself came out to appolagize and make sure everything was ok. Smiling friendly staff!

Took us 35 to 40 min. to get our food and when we did receive our food it was all cold patties in burger and fries were cold we had to microwave the patties an fries don't recommend this place to anyone.

Waited in line in the drive through for 20 mins (yes I counted) before i even got my food. Took 15 mins to get to the window and take my money. Poor service, employees aren't happy, customers aren't happy, seems to get worse every month. This is my honest review after the 5th time in 6 months with high hopes that the franchise owner would pick things up. It hasn't and probably won't. Stay away, go to Mickey D's if you wanna get fat.

The employees preferred to ignore us and our order, so they could have a conversation with each other. It took about 30 minutes to fill our order, despite there only being one person in line ahead of us. They still managed to get our order wrong. Rude employees, and mediocre food... I won't be coming back.

There is nothing like a good ol fashion Dairy Queen while driving thru Texas, especially in the smaller towns. It's always nice to pull off the road and be received with a good friendly warm Texas smile and service. Loved that the food was fresh and made to order. Hats off for good customer service and treating the customer like they should be treated .

Omy omy the girl in the afternoon she know how i like my extra 10 times oreos blizzard.. To bad i didnt get to see her my last stay in her town.. See alot of ice cream places when you say extra they think you mean an extra spoon I mean if i wanted a vanilla blizzard id just get it. But she knew what i liked. Great customer service.

This place has your standard burgers and ice cream, but their frech fries are not crispy at all. They do not make a good salad either. I ate what they called a salad, and it had hardly any greens. The onion rings are pretty good if they're not overcooked.

Took ten minutes to get someone to take it order from the drive through. Than another 25 minutes to get the food. The order was wrong and they forgot the blizzard. Piss more management. Under staff big time
