This place is nice, clean and affordable, the staff is respecful and atentive,They have a great selection of meats 🍗🍖🥩🥓 drinks 🍾🍶 , snaks 🥨 🍩🍭🍬🍨🎂 and more🍯🥠🥟☕️🍼🥚 🥫🥗 however it needs to be more organized in the storage área, there was a little mess in that area!I love the tripas they sell, this is the only place that has it. I am not buying fruts and vegetables in Claborne's, every time they not to goodYesterday I went to the restroom and there was a rude lady insede there, I'm not sure if she is part of the staff, but it's ok, their behavior talks about her, not about me!!😔 The hot food station ladies are awesome, they have a great costumer servicices 👏. and good food too.

Bakery::Love the workers but I have ordered cakes in the past loved them but recently this month (December) I have ordered 2 cakes one for my daughter all wrong (her name)and ordered white I getchocolate then I ordered one for my husband what do I get work name and chocolate when I ordered white very very disappointed.

They stock items I prefer that United doesn't and never will. So I prefer to shop here when I'm in town even if they are smaller.I get the sense they are associated with H-E-B.Water refill station outside or across the street.

I enjoy shopping at Claiborne's because most of the employees are friendly and always treat one with respect but there are a select few that I avoid because their rude or can be rude! But overall the prices are good!

The customer service at the service desk is horrible and it is always the same person that has a horrible attitude. She was too busy on her phone to tend to the customer. I don't know why they have her working the service department when she looks annoyed that she has to put her phone down and do her job. If you hate your job that much find another job.

It's exactly the kind of store you expect to find in such a mediocre town. They have your basic staples with almost zero specialty items. For those you'll have to trek either to Lubbock or Midland to a decent grocery store.The people are friendly and the service is good. It is what it is and it serves the community as best it can.

Between this store and United I prefer United. If you're looking for cheaper prices than this is the grocery store for you. I will say it's set up out better than United, it feels more spacious and you don't feel crowded in the aisles, buts that's really the only thing I like.

Great food but alot of there items are over priced bought a yellow watermelon and it was 10.00 dollars when I was told from a farmer that was selling them the fruit for about 3 to 4 dollars for each one that's one hell of a profit ,fresh deli has great food.

Not family friendly beware...Management in this establishment have no compassion for a child in the hospital. Mother was working the register and received a call from the hospital that she was unable to take awaiting Rebecca, manager, to relieve her from customer service to call them back. After mother calling Rebecca 10 times she finally gave relief with complaint. After finishing the call in less than five minutes and returning to post mother was met with Rebecca having attitude for relieving. Upon mother quitting job today after being aggressively sent home mother was met with even more attitude while Rebecca , manager was leaning against service counter gossiping to called in employee about mother’s personal and medical business. Highly unprofessional management and unethical conduct.

Love Claiborne's Thriftway, always fair prices and great sales. Produce is fresh, and the Deli menu and food is terrific! The employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this grocery store.

Okay like 3 of your tellers are actually cool but the rest of them including management seriously need to go back and learn some customer service, I try to stick to United Supermarket at least there they have some knowledge of customer service!

Claibornes should be prepared for 12 o'clock Sunday crowds by now. You got good chicken and people want it. Have it ready next time and put a price tag on it so I don't have to go all the way back to the deli!
