Where do I even start. I joined my family here to get food from out of town and it was absolutely horrible!. They got my parents order wrong 4 times and served my mom chicken with blood running out! They obviously missed the food truck they didn’t have over half of the menu (drinks included) and waited for everyone to order just to keep coming back to the table saying “oh we don’t have that do you have anything else? We don’t have that either”. During our time sitting there a lot of customers came in and left out. The only professional worker was the Hispanic lady who greeted us when we first walked. They said they ran “out” of all this food but when I kept looking to the back almost everyone in the back was making plates and eating in front of the customers. Trashes couldn’t even close from being full and the smell was horrible. Only good thing was the buffalo fries.

The workers here have no brain, beyond dumb. They shouldn’t have dropped out of school. Go back to school and learn proper English grammar stupid idiots. Service was horrible. Paid for 44oz drink but I get a 32oz drink and when I ask if I was charged for the 32oz or 44oz I’m told it’s just 1 size I was charged for… you aren’t answering my question. And then the lady called my girlfriend a racial slur because she couldn’t hear her. Never will go to nasty bushes again.

Not sure what’s going on with this location, it’s one of our stopping points when traveling. A month ago we had beautiful chicken strips fresh and moist , yesterday it’s like they cut the strips in half before breading and cooking. On a positive note the fries weren’t double dipped in the grease to reheat them, they just served them cold …. Looks like new staff

Tenders tasted off, fries had no salt. Not even 8pm and they're out of all sides except fries, no gravy, wasn't given ketchup or offered dipping sauces as a comp. Dining room was locked up but hours say open till 10pm. Forced into drive thru, it was 40° weather, not even a trash can outside if I opted to sit at the picnic tables to stretch my legs on a road trip. Then I watched 6 other cars around me or show up after me get served and duck out of there, watched them watching me, then they walk out of sight and my card is in their possession an unnecessarily long time for the transaction taking place. Just felt sketchy and strange, then the food was bad too.

Food was amazing as usual how ever the night time managers customer service skills could use some work I ordered 3 meals she then proceeded to try to make them the same I told her no as the larger meal was suppose to be different she then got annoyed with me because of this and then gave me the side I didn't ask for if I'm paying for the food I feel that it should be my choice on what I am getting

Yesterday I stopped at the Bush’s chicken in Lamesa to get lunch. The manager came out to take my order. She was the BEST! She was fast, efficient, and very sweet. Every thing in the order was correct. The food was hot and very good. Thank you!

Every single time I order a large family meal they always forget one side!!! Every time! I live 40 minutes away and look at the order when I get home and boom no mashed potatoes ever. Flavor is typically bland and chicken strips literally the size of a French fry. Sadly there isn’t much for family size take out in town so it’s the only real option in the evening besides pizza. I’m not one to speak negatively on any business but this place seriously needs to be replaced with a bruams or Chick-fil-A
