I feel fortunate to live nearby a store but as a working mom of 2 kids and 1 fur baby, I feel even more fortunate that they provide free delivery services. Thanks for what you do! Great store with friendly, helpful people! Today we used the self serve dog wash station. Includes all the shampoos, conditioner, grooming tools, aprons and even treats! Easy in and out.

Helpful, friendly, and well-stocked!We love shopping for our pets at Tomlinsons! The auto ship and home delivery options make it so simple to do so, and pet club keeps prices so competitive. We love their annual holiday food drives for the local shelters! And their dog wash stations are so convenient and nice to use.Tomlinson's is a local Austin business and we are proud to support them!

New manager is pushy and seems unauthentic. Husband and I used to shop here, we only go to the four points store now. Before the lakeway location moved we always had a good experience. . . Just a bit disappointed

Great local pet shop with friendly and supportive staff. Priced out the dog food with discounts and it's on par with Chewy. Love supporting this local business. You won't find the cheaper, low quality brands.

Today I visited to buy my German Sheppard and Yorkie some dog food. Love Stella and Chewy! My pups really needed some new toys. Looked around and eventually settled for a small ball for $1.99. Like many I’m watching my Pennie’s. Went to checkout and was asked if I would like to donate to the shelters. I would, nearly, nearly did, but admitted I had stoped myself from spoiling my own pups for budget sake. (I’m not sure if they watched, but I pulled up to the front door in someone else’s $100k car) the store clerk then asked what types of dogs I have. Not two seconds later they pulled two toys and a treat from under the counter and gave me them for free! I felt awkward driving away in such a fancy car but so grateful. I’m not sure who is happier me or my dogs. Thank you so much! I was already a loyal customer, and recommended your business to everyone. Now I have the most compelling story to back it up.

I can't say enough about Tomlinson's. Any location is great but I love my group at my local location off 620. You can ask anyone a question and they all know and are so knowledgeable about the products they carry and animal health. I've officially switched forever to different food for my cat and dogs (food that has changed for the better my pets health), new litter, and even a new great pet odor remover! Always an offer to help carry out my big bags of food and the best little homemade treats that are so well priced for how cute they are. Truly can't speak highly enough of them.

The store is by far the best one and I used to go to the Westlake location. Now I just enjoy going in getting my items that I need large variety of pet food especially for my dog hes on a special diet and he enjoys the basic cans that they have the treats are totally so many to pick especially these sardines that my dog really likes as treats. This is probably the best place to shop for dog food in the area.

I prefer to support the smaller, local chain’s than the nationwide big box retailers; even if I have to go out of my way to do so. I passed a couple big box pet stores so I could give Tomlinson’s a try. The staff was very friendly but they did not have the food I needed in stock. However, they were willing to order the food and said they will hold it for me so it would be there during my next visit. They called when the food arrived and assured me they would hold it until I came in town to pick it up. A drove in a couple weeks later only to discover they did not hold the food but sold it to someone else. Why would I drive the extra distance and pass PetSmart or Petco if my time will be wasted? I had high hopes for this local retailer but do not reward poor customer service with repeat business. Sadly, it’s back to Amazon, PetSmart, or Petco for me.

I recently moved from Naperville, IL & was in need of getting the frozen raw diet my 2 English Bulldogs were accustom to. They were able to order the frozen Tuckers, salmon & pumpkin, food I needed. When I arrived @ the store, the employees (April & another- I did not get his name) helped me shop w/my 2 pups. It was the 1st time @ the store, so my pups were @ this store & it was a bit challenging- hank felt the bone & treat section was self serve. They were able to help me locate other items in need & even sent us home w/a treat bag.I look forward to our next visit!

the high-end products are a bit pricey, but has alot of charm that comes with a small location and attentive staff. if quality is your primary concern then this is the place. i got a golden retriever puppy a few years back that had been rejected by his doggy mom too early at about 5½ weeks. he couldnt eat solid food quite yet and we were very concerned because after 24 hours he hadnt eaten, yet. tomilson's suggested goat's milk, and it was absolutely perfect because he was a bit too old for formula but not quite ready for solid food. what other pet store has goat's milk? as far as i know, nobody!

Best place to get things for your pet. They have a great selection of specialty food, plus super yummy treats - smoked bones, pig ears, non-meat treats filled with peanut butter and baked treats. My golden doodle has a sensitive stomach and I can get her treats here that dont give her any problems. Plus the staff is super friendly...everyone is very willing to help and just make nice friendly conversation. Lastly, havent tried it yet, but they offer online ordering and delivery. Austin store with multiple locations around town- if you have one near you, definitely check it out.

Really like that a local, specialized store is able to thrive in this day and age. Tomlinson's has adapted well over the years and offers exactly what their customers need: quality products and amazing service. Yes, it can be a little more expensive than what you'd find at a a big-box store, but the personalized service and ease of navigating a smaller store makes it well worth a few extra bucks.Thank you, Tomlinson's, for putting your attention on helping folks take care of their furry family members!

Amazing employees here,that really care about you and your pets! No filler pet foods here! If you love your pets, and want to feed them like the furry family members they are? Come here for your food! Educated staff! They know their stuff,and can help you choose a healthy and yummy food for your pups and kitties! Mentioning kitties? Yay! A local store that carries more than a token handful of food,and cheap, generic supplies. I have 2 kitties, and Tomlinson's has an ever changing abundance of cat toys, cute(cat specific,lightweight with velcro closures,and a built in metal snap for tags and bells!)collars, treats of all kinds, the best natural litters,cat nip, bowls,supplies and well made,sturdy cat trees! Tomlinson's knows me when I walk through the door! They will even carry bags of food,litter and heavy items to my car. They participate in a wonderful program each year, around the holidays, where they match bag per bag, each bag of food there that you purchase. Those bags are used year round to feed cats and dogs up for adoption from local rescue organizations! Care about your romping, climbing, happy little kitties? Care about your adorable, lovable pup? Go local, and give Tomlinson's a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed!

I thought this place was going to be decent, I don't like going into this store at all. Pushy, on top of you and forget who you are as if they've never seen your face.I pre ordered food twice and was told they would call when it arrives, they never did.Terrible feeling in my gut. Trust your instincts when shopping here.It's not good and they do not give a damn about returning customers.

Tomlinson's has been my go-to place for years. Now that I have gotten my puppy over a year ago and decided I wanted to have her around for as long as possible- I want to get her the very best. AND I want to support a local store and not just another big-box store. Everyone at Tomlinson's is so great and they always give Jett a healthy treat when we come in. They also remember her name and if she isn't with me when I stop by- they ask how she is. You don't get personalized service at a big corporate store, you just don't. And it doesn't matter if I go to the store in Westlake or the store in Lakeway- great service, awesome people.

EVERYONE at Tomlinson's knows how to help you find just the right chew toy, food, supplement, bad breath eliminator, treat, etc. that is just right for your pet. I've had to return one thing, a sweater for my puppy that was too small, and got to hassle at all. I love Tomlinson's!
