There is hardly anyone at the counters. I sometimes have to quite a few minutes to come to the counter and they're standing right there. Then they will call someone else up there to help

I went in there about 8pm. Store was busy and I usually don't shop there as I get out of work too late. I work 2nd shift. Cashier was friendly and helped me with my debit card as the machine reader was slow to accept my wanting cash back. Took 3 times but I got it. Nice store, clean and friendly service.

Usually only one or two people working which makes handling a rush kind of overwhelming. The store doesn't stay organized very well. Still a quick place to grab what you need without going to the larger stores. Overall a good place.

Store is ALWAYS very clean and has the nicest employees. I am very pleased with the service I have received here, especially since the last few workers had been really rude and the manager was totally out of control in his position. Just spoke down at me for returning my items that they over charged for. I left there in tears and I wouldn't go back. I'm very interested in Dollar General shopping and had stopped going to several areas stores for months. Glad to see better people now!

They always have Great selection of everything pretty much one could possibly need at low prices. Convenient shopping without long lines and staff is extremely helpful and polite. Only thing I don't like is that they close too early. Wishing were open till at least ten please.

Terrible service. Never anyone working here. Not only that but there is nothing but ghetto people who shop here. They all come from that section 8 housing.down the road.

I find it convenient and it is a good resource for most common items. Friendly and hard working employees.After the recent remodeling it improved a little but still needs more organization.

Three stars because the lady at checkout was so sweet and kind, even though it was clear that she has had a hard life. Apart from that, the store was a disaster. Un-shelved merchandise was everywhere and the trash cans outside were overflowing with trash all around on the ground. These are simple things to deal with and would make the store so much nicer. I was able to buy a bunch of very cheap earbud headphones for my students and I am greatful for stores like Dollar General for making such things possible.

The new store manager Haylee is just the sweetest & kindest young lady. She has turned that store in Lacy Lakeview around!!! She & her staff have stopped the shoplifters!!!!It's about time that Dollar General started taking back!!! The store is in a "drug-infested" area of Lacy Lakeview.Way to go Haylee & all of your staff!!! 👍

I went in to buy Clorox and I there were some in the wrong spot so the price was 4.25 and not 3.95 like where they were sitting. The cashier called a manager to help with assisting me. She and I told her the problem and she never went to check just said, it was the price it rang up. I understand that customers are not always right because I have been a cashier, but make an effort to check if maybe things were out of place.

Some of the stores are helpful and knowledgeable about phone products. Others not so much. It took visits to three stores to get phone problem straightened out. Valley Mills TX was the best.

What everyone does don't buy a cell ph or mins there. Lets just say I had to talk to the district manager. Got money back on phone but not the mins. Will not be going back. Watch out people they will not refund your money.

Every single time I go to this dollar General they have someone watch and follow me through the store like I'm stealing from them. It is so rude. I have been shopping there for 3 years now. The only reason I continue to shop at this location is because I don't have a car and it is in walking distance from my house.

I legit fear for my life at this location. There is ONLY ever ONE employee and always a line, at least, 6 people deep.
