We always love this store. The one in Bay City seems larger and does offer more products. We enjoy Lake Jackson and Bay City. Always helpful in both stores. Very courteous. Knowledgeable of all products. Trained extremely well to assist customers.

Best employees! I stopped in last night for cat eye drops. Sara, and the two gentlemen that were working, were so helpful. They were all very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. Thank you Tractor Supply for hiring such amazing individuals. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I recommend this store- for just about everything pet related, lawn care, home stuff, and even tack (horse) equipment. A big store with a small town feel. ❤️

I have been buying all my feed at this store. They have been keeping their fish food in a corner, blocked in by other pallets and shelving. I talked to the manager about not being able to get the food out and many bags getting torn stored like that. I was assured they were moving it to a new location that very day. Nope, still blocked on. I am now buying all my feed at Reifels in Brazoria.

Anita as (said on receipt) was just plain rude I walked up to her and said hello how are you and she didn’t say anything and then we checked out and I said OK have a good night and she still did not say anything.. just played on her phone . Shouldn’t work in costumer service if you don’t have and customer service skills.

I had been looking for kitten bottles and liquid milk. The pet stores were out of stock but they had pleanty and were quiet helpful on the phone.

Lemme just start off we needed a trailer and we called around and y’all was the ones with one available… the lady who answered the phone was cordial she even measured the trailer over the phone total god send. Other than that captain America was pretty awesome too he gave us insight and provided us with a speedy check in and out process. Also the new hire Austin is excellent! he’s learning, but his willingnesses to do so goes a long way… in other words he’s tactful and precise and provided us with a excellent experience. Overall 10/10 would rent a trailer again!

Used vet services offered... everyone was very thorough and helpful. From the employees that greeted me in the garden section on my way in, to the vet techs and veterinarian that provided services...thank you all for making it a pleasant, pain free experience!!!

I don't usually shop at this place but I was looking for something specific. I walked in and I saw an employee and asked where specific item was and was led right to it. This person was polite and knew exactly where specific item was. This is only my third time I've ever been in one so my experiences are far and few between. However, every time I've been here I've been assisted immediately and led right to where whatever it is I was looking for. So thumbs up on this place.

Tried to buy a fire pit but the nice lady working the section made me move from the online order parking so I decided to go elsewhere. Hope losing the sale was worth all those empty spaces.

I came in to get some work clothes. I wanted some jump suits and they had some . However they were in low stock. Which of course is understandable. I love the customer service. They treat you like a normal human being and help you out. Good selection of clothes and boots.

This store seems to continually have carts and merchandise blocking the aisles. It was even worse this trip. Many shelves were bare and new stock waiting to be shelved was all over. We had a difficult time getting to the pet food we normally buy. I really prefer the store in Bay City. Much easier to move around and the employees are very helpful.

They have what I need. The gal at the check out is great. Very friendly and helpful. Can't remember her name but she has a new puppy and she likes to show pictures of him. Very sweet! Great little store!

Employees don’t know what they stock. I called to find out of the store carries anti histamines for pets, specifically cats. The man told me very cheerfully that they did. When I got to the store, I intentionally stopped to ask the two employees where the product would be. They both responded by pointing in a vague direction, telling me that “pet medicine is over there.”After searching for fifteen minutes through equine medicine, I headed for the door. Was almost out the door when I was asked if I found it. Then one of the employees walked me back to the same section. He spent most of the time looking through the equine medicine. Nothing but flea / tick and vitamins.Thanks for wasting my time.

I'm very impressed with the new garden section! Lovely plants. I rescued some petunias and a few others. I was only supposed to go for horse feed and few mulch bags!😆

There’s still a cashier needed to the front. No reason Kitty should be making out with a man in the parking lot while customers are waiting in line. Seriously 15 people waiting with one cashier working. No store attendants anywhere to be found. Do better tractor supply.

My neighbor applied and called on numerous occasions to check on the status of her application, and was lied to being told they would call her in for an interview, she is a great person,an excellent mother and neighbor and she holds a job and does it well. She is now employed, but the fact that they gave her the run around was frustrating for her. I used to shop at tractor supply but after the lack of customer service and the fact that they over look great candidate's for horrible employees, baffled me. Get it together guy's

Today's experience was great. Even though I can't find the correct product still for my exact needs, everyone was kind and helped the best they could! Have what I need but please get carts just to use for stocking. 9/10 I come here I cannot use a flatbed cart to load up my chicken feed because all the employees are using them to stock. It’s incredibly difficult for me, an elderly woman with arthritis, to load up my chicken feed into those red carts because no employees will let me use the flatbed carts even when I ask politely.

If you need something as far as products for your animal. It's pretty reasonable are at least pretty competitive. Employees are very nice. They do have one flaw though. You have to ask for a bag and check out most of the time they never offer you one. You can have 10 cans of dog food you have to ask for a bag. LOL sometimes they'll ask you if you want a bag and you have to reply well it'd be a lot easier to carry down a bag then trying to juggle these 10 items in my hand, LOL

This place sucks... when I found someone to ask where saddle soap was, she replied I don't know, somewhere that way, and pointed. Her reply to a simple question is why I will never shop at the lake jackson location again.

The Lake Jackson, TX store closes at 8pm and I only had 8 minutes to get there. I decided in that split second (while driving) to call the store and ask if an employee could, please, go ahead and get the 2 things I so desperately needed and have them ready for me at the register, so I could just run in, pay, and go. That employee was Oscar (whom answered the phone AND went and gathered my items) and from the minute he answered the phone @7:50pm to the minute he checked me out (which was after 8pm closing time) OSCAR WAS VERY EAGER & HAPPY TO HELP ME!!!! Oscar is most definitely a valuable asset to Tractor Supply AND to the customer service industry as a whole! I went in looking for a specific item and they did not have it. The employees were very helpful and answered all my questions. I stayed and looked around the store. It was clean and organized. I now know what they have in stock there and will be going back in the future to shop.

Just wasn't a very presentable tractor supply store. Staff was not friendly and welcoming. Not very much stock available in this store. If you're just looking for something quick this may be for you but for me, I will take the time and drive to the next nearest tractor supply store for my needs.

Farm store and sell their dog foods the cheapest place in town. They offer tools, air compressor's clothes, hats and all sort of hand tools, they also offer transmission fluid and other things for your cars, tractors and so have service maintenance contracts that you can buy at a extra cost. Am there all the time and and they have very nice people that work there. Highly recommend to shop here for all your farming needs.

Even though price may be high, they have what I need for my pets. It feels like home. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish the reward system would really work for the amount i spend in there.
