I took my not-so-friendly long haired feral cat in for grooming and despite being bitten more than once, the owner made him beautiful! He's so soft and clean and Pettable! I would highly recommend this pet spa.

Took my dog there he's a small Maltese, this was our 2nd visit when he got in the car and we were driving home I noticed blood on his paw, on closer examination I saw where they cut him to close while trying to do something with his paw. It was really bleeding, I'm sure they knew but didn't say anything to me about it. We won't be going back there again.

They took 3 1/2 hours to trim my puppies hair. Now they were told to just trim around the eyes and across the nose enough to get the hair out of her eyes. The butchered her. They cut her hair short all over her head. They cut all her body hair and her legs. I am beyond mad. She is Terrier. Her hair is suppose to be long. I cried. They won't get my business again.

The ladies always do a wonderful job and are very good with the dogs. When I worked at Petco in Lake Jackson I would always refer customers to them since we didn't have a groomers. They have excellent phone etiquette and always leave your doggie smelling great! To top it off they literally put a little bow or bandana on each pupper after they're done. 😊

Before I pick my dog up I check for knots in her fur my dog might had 2. But she looked at my last bill and charge me the same priceLast time I brought her in Zoey my dog had some knotted up and charged me more money not knowing what the problem was the first time I took her in. Then she told me my dog had lots of knots which she did not. The dog was half cut already and was charged $60. My dog still had somewhat a bad smell. I was given a price but they jumped the price up. This is to collect more money. I also left instruction on what I wanted her to do with dogs brows and this was not followed. Last time Zoey will be cut at this place.

I have nothing but good and positive to say about this place they have cut my schnauzer hair from day one and has always did a great job you can tell they love and care for your pet

This is the second time only tht i took my two toy poodles to paw spa. First time the guy who works there did an ok job for wht i wanted...i wanted bith shaved down short and just pom head and tail so nt so difficult. However they gt there at 9 am and i didnt gt them back till 630pm. I didnt like tht they were kenneled for tht long but he said he ws only groomer there a nd ws oveebooked......this time last thurs took them in at1000am and gt the call at 445 they were ready again a long time for just shave down...whn i picked them up gt in car my female ws really shaking and guarding her left frnt arm...after seeing tht we begin to check her and my boy and noticed both of them had deeep almost to the inner layer of skin cut lines on all 4 paws reallly significant demarkation lines thet were red and swollen they had brushed the hair over them to hide it they had bled u could tell and i went in the guy apologized and said he has 2 poodles and tht has happened to his and said basically tht they would be fine i said nooooo this is not acceptable they obviously had went thru a lot of.pain and prob tried to resist and tht is prob why my gorl ws limping they had twisted her arm...i ws composed and just asking why then the woman who i hv been told is the guys mom came out with a blade package and said she had just opened this blade new first time using it and it must not be calibrated correctly ahe ws very insistant ahe did nothing wrong i tried to tell her she noticed first paw cut she should had not continued and yet she did and traumatized both my babies i am still treating their paws with anibiotics and neosporin...iwill nnvr go to these ppl again and am considering a law suit in small claims at the least i hv pics of my kids paws
