Took my Basset-hound in today 6-14-23 for grooming. I stated when making appointment and when dropping off what I wanted done. Pick him to his under flap of ears still dirty and the hair between his paws still very long, and his teeth were not brushed. It’s said I payed 82.00 for the service and didn’t even get his bandanna. I was gonna make a return spa day for him in two weeks but I will find someone else. Very unhappy.
