Went in for allergy meds and a shampoo for my old man. The lady that helped me was great an knowledgeable. She helped me pick out some stuff that is actually working when nothing usually does. Help educate me on a few things I didn't know and suggested a good vet to take my boy to.

Store was clean, animals looked taken care of. I came to see about buying a fish tank but I didnt because the one I wanted didnt look like it was very quality. They did have more expensive one but its not the size I was looking for. Overall the store was good and had many toys for mt dog. I would return here.

Everyone at this store is always very helpful when I come in. My dog loves coming to this location because the employees are always to sweet to her she especially loves Chelsea.

They have the snake food I need and are helpful. My criticism is not on them. It is on Lake Jackson. They have one bathroom. If you can’t vandalize and ruin the bathroom, then don't go in there. Life doesn't revolve around one person. Think about others. This why places like this lock their bathrooms.

I’d appreciate if they made it a priority to welcoming every potential customer. I a black women walked in w my son did not get greeted instead just looked at briefly by both the black man and white lady behind the counter. I go over to look at the cats because I am looking to adopt, still not greeted. not even 3 minutes later a white women walks in and both of the employees greeted her at the door. I did not appreciate that, I will not be returning customer as I love to shop for my animals I did not appreciate such treatment. Especially from someone who looks like me!

This is the absolute best petco I have ever been to. There are 3 employees that are there all the time and are amazingly nice and helpful! I cant remember all 3 of their names but Ronaldo was great he would stop what he was doing to help and nit just point and say it's there on aisle blah the younger girl was super nice and knowledgeable on things that didn't pertain to services that they do. The other gentleman was very happy to see every customer he took the time to stop and say welcome and make eye contact with every customer that came in. I would definitely recommend this location they set a pretty high standard for other locations to be compared too

I went in to the store to get information on fish to go in/with my Crawdad (Mama). Spent about half an hour, wandering around the store (mostly around the fish), and "no one" (I think there were three females present) came over to ask anything. So I found some food stuff for Mama, dry sinking veggie pellets. But the amounts to buy were rather large. So I took two bottles to the counter and asked about the pellets or anything. Well, the cost was the issue. So I got two different kinds. Have to wait and see.

10 stars. I stopped in last night to get cat eye drops. Chelsea was AMAZING! She was so helpful, and so knowledgeable. She is truly an asset to this store. I also want to add how friendly the other employees were as well. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and hello. Excellent employees! I definitely recommend LJ Petco.

Staff is a little too laid back--eating at the check out counter. Store is fairly clean. Usually ok service, however, items are not readily available or in stock.. also, disappointing that there were many dead snails in one tank. 😕

Found the cat of our dreams. We've enjoyed living without pets for the past decade or so, just getting a pet fix when we visited our children's homes or when a neighbor was away and needed someone to care for their cat. My wife has been visiting the Mad Cattery and PetSmart for several months looking for a cat that "spoke to her heart". Yesterday, Lennon spoke to her heart, I went to PetSmart to meet this amazing find, and a few hours later, Lennon was checking out his new home.I really like PetSmart. The store has a large inventory, is well organized, and has friendly, helpful staff. Parking is right outside the main entrance.

Store was clean enough and employees are friendly enough. However they do not know how to take proper care of birds. I wish they would take some time to learn about proper nutrition for birds and all other animals they sell.

The employees have been so amazing! I adopted my guinea pig from there and noticed he wasn't feeling right. I took him back and they got him vet care right away. He is on his way to a full recovery after 3 trips to the vet. Tobi has kept me updated on his progress and gives him lots of care and love! I feel comfortable leaving him there while he recovers because he is in good hands! They encourage me to call anytime that I want to check on him as well as visit him. Thank you so much❤

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Joshua tonight, who was particularly awesome. I'd rather buy my pet supplies at Petco than the larger pet supply chain that is nearby. Keep up the good work.
