Really need to keep an eye on your younger staff. You got a kid named "Jacob" that was working the night shift, 12-28-22, that kept customers waiting while he watched videos on his phone there behind the cash register and provided the worst service . Not even paying attention to what's going on in the store.Stripes can do better than that.

Great service. I drive 6 miles to get lunch at their Laredo Taco kitchen at least twice a week for over a year. Always clean and the food is prepared by someone who takes the time to make it so delicious.Condiment trays are always full.Cashiers have always been friendly.I have been to alot of Stripes in the Rio Grande valley and this is my favorite.

Man every time that i have gone to the strips in la villa tx the same 2 persons at the register puts in there number for the points and it is the same two people we go there every morning only store in the way to work so imagine how many points they have i buy gas waters ice breakfast every morning

The restroom is disgusting! Twice I've stopped to use the restroom, and the ladies' restroom is filthy. Every stall is full of mess. This last time I checked the hourly log on the door, and the last initials were at 8 am. Gross. Clean it up.
