Restaurant was nearly empty when we walked in.Ordered at kiosk, 8:15pmFood delivered to table at 8:44pmAll food was cold. Looked at their table delivery ticket, it was time stamped 8:19pm, which tells me my food likely sat on the tray an additional 15 minutes before they carried ir out.The Filet-O-Fish did not have tartar sauce on it, but rather plain mayonnaise. 20 piece McNuggets, cold. Medium fry and small fry, both oce cold.... and how hard is it to make a sandwich with everything where it is supposed to be? See attached picture.This location plain sucks.

I ordered cheese burger meal the one has lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles to go .When I got back to my job site to eat in our break room my sandwich did not have any type of sauce like mustard. Ketchup or mayo also the bag didn't have any napkins or condiments not even ketchup 😤.

This place deserves praise. So today I placed a mobile order and was accidentally given the wrong sandwich. After returning to the drive-thru, I was asked to wait a few extra minutes for my sandwich to be made fresh. The best part, though is that when I opened my bag as I drove away, they rewarded me with a chocolate chip cookie and an apple pie. I am pretty sure that wasn’t a mistake. I am not saying that’s going to happen to everyone, but it happened to me and I really appreciate it because I’m going to be sweating those extra calories off today doing yard work. Thank you to all of the La Vernia employees who work hard to provide us with excellent service.

Stopped in for a quick dinner, burger was delicious fries were fresh....but the nuggets were a lil bit over done. Overall still exellent service and very clean location. Give it 4- Stars which is still better than most other McDonald's stores.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant

Stood at the cash register for 10 minutes without hardly being acknowledged much less helped. My husband finally went to the pickup window asking if someone could take our order since we’d been standing up there for a while and the kid running orders asked, what I’m assuming, was his manager who told him he needed to finish bagging orders and couldn’t help us. We left and went to Burger King next door where we were instantly greeted by the lady working the front cash register, as her and the one other person working took great care of us with getting our food to us quickly and correctly.

Our food was hot and as ordered! Service was so friendly and helpful! Restaurant was very clean- even the food prep area and play place.Update… 4.19.24 around 9:30pm went to get a sundae and 3 Oreo mcflurries and received a cup or ice cream with crumbled Oreos on top and a sundae with the fudge on 1 side. My kids and I were very disappointed. I had to stir all 3 “mcflurries” which was very annoying.Kid-friendliness: Great play place area!

For just opening, this McDonald’s is gross and dirty. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was covered with burned sesame seeds and only had a single pickle on it- nothing else. Floors were covered in ketchup and tables were dirty and disgusting. Won’t be going back here.

I am updating my review just because,from when i wrote it and the food was good, to now it went down the toilet. You have little high school kids that work back there that dont care. They are there to congregate and talk to their friends and serve customers cold fries and burger patties that have been sitting in the warmers for well past the time they are suppose to. I am sure its just lets keep hitting the restart timer on the warmers. The fries are cold and stale, they make them way a head of time and just wait until they go through it no matter how long they sit. This store needs a revamp on their entire staff in the afternoon to night shift. We as customers pay money, a lot of it which in turn pays their hourly wage, serving food them, themselves wouldnt eat, but make themselves fresh burgers which is not how it works. Maybe thats how the employees can justify free food make too many and instead of throwing it away they eat them, I dont know. You also have yound kids with such long hair even underneath that hat thats suppose to keep hair out of your food walking around with no hair net, thats a health issue, There is also young kids as manager who don't care either. Comments of what would you like for me to do? Really? Come on. Horrible place.

Horrible service at the drive-thru. Since it’s a fast food restaurant you would think you’ll be on you way fast. Not at this location we waited for about 3-4 minutes on the second lane after the car was taken care, another car pulls up in lane 1 and we we waited there for another 2 minutes listening how the costumer that showed up 5 minutes after us was taken care before us. We still waited a couple more seconds and no one assured us.

The guy taking the order through the drive through kept interrupting me while I tried to place my order. I was getting food for myself and both of my nephews. I placed the order for the nephew that was ready and the guy said "will that complete your order" and I said no, and he told me my total. I said "I'm not done yet. I still have more to order". And he just goes "oh". I placed my second nephews order and while I was finishing that portion, he cut me off again. I said "I'd like a 20 piece nugget with a basket of fries and a chocolate mi..." but he spoke over me in the middle of the word milkshake and asked what the drink was. So I repeated it. Then I said "and I need 3 mcdoubles, a 10 piece..." and he cut me off again asking "will that complete your order". I could see on the board that he hadn't added the mcdoubles or my nuggets, so I said "no, I need..." cut me off again and told me my total. I told him "I said I'm not done". He said "oh" again and finally got the 3 mcdoubles and the 10 piece nugget. I asked for BBQ sauce. He told me my total again and I said "a large sweet tea too please and that will complete my order." He finally got everything and we pull up, I pay, and when I got our food, the mcdoubles were thrown together and lopsided. The buns were bent over themselves and the condiments were mostly on the wrapper. They put the 4 napkins I got on top of the basket of fries so the grease soaked through them all. And I didn't get any BBQ sauce. Instead I got sweet & sour sauce.Overall, I felt rushed and like I was wasting his time while trying to order from him, so I will save him the trouble and just go to the next closest McDonald's to get my food from now on.

If there was a no star I would give it. First bad experience at this location months ago but thought I'd give another chance. Hadn't been back since then. Ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles no bun (keto) extra pickles extra onions spicy pepper sauce. Travel all over and go to locations everywhere. This is the only one that my app curbside tracker was not accurate. Said enjoy your food like I had already received it about 10 mins after projected 2-5 mins. I called especially after seeing how many cars were going through the drive thru like nothing. Was told it is being worked on right now. It'll take additional 5 mins. Finally get the food drive 2 mins down the road to gas up. Pull out food is COLD. Cheese not melted barely any onions or anything else. No plastic ware. No napkins. No anything. I will not be returning.

I have really loved having a Mcdonald's in La Veria. My husband and I have used the drive thru 4 or 5 times and eaten inside once. Each time was a great experience except for one. I ordered a cheeseburger and they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich so hot I could not eat it. The manager said that I could bring the receipt and he would give me a free meal. That is nice but it's really hard when you buy something but you're unable to eat it at the time. I still think that this is a great place and their food is good just check your food.

This is a newly opened restaurant and they have a few kinks to work out but overall its been fast, accurate and the food has been good. My only complaint is they are fast getting your money and sending you to the pickup window that the food is not ready and they want you to park where they walk it out to you. Kind of defeats the drive through aspect as now I have to backup into traffic to get out of there and big trucks have a hard time doing this.
