Just came here today...Been getting my rabbit feed here for two years. I called on the way and asked if I needed to come in the store to pay for my rabbit food. She said no I can take your credit card information over the phone. And she did. I drove to the back and they loaded up my trunk and slipped my receipt through my very slightly cracked window. No contact. Soooo polite and their feed is always fresh. Love this place. I need to get more animals so I have an excuse to come back more often.

DO NOT BUY LAMB FEED from here! It’s rotten and full of bugs! We realized once we got home and bugs were all over the car and every where the bag touched. We called and they were willing to refund the money if we drove the bag full of bugs back to the feed store .. no thanks! Disgusting!

I found a blind, horribly injured rooster in the road by my job and took him home. I had no experience with birds whatsoever. In a panic, I went to this store after the other La Porte feed store decided to close 3 hours before posted closing time. The staff were AMAZING and guided me in what I needed to get to care for this surprise rooster. The even carried everything to my car. The rooster is all healed and happy and I found a GREAT new feed store :)

They are at least $10-20 higher on supplements and other livestock items than other local stores. They also charge tax on farm items which are supposed to be tax exempt. When I told the employee that I would go get my tax excerpt number from my truck, he acted unconcerned and rudely brushed it off as though the 2 minutes it would've taken to get my form was too much for him. When I informed him that they were significantly higher on the item I purchased than the other store down the street as well as other locations I've bought it from recently, he shrugged his shoulders and said then go there. Believe me, if I'd have had a choice I would have. Every time I've been in here the employees have been rude and attempt to act as though they know everything and they are doing you a favor by being there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We purchase Victor brand dog food because it’s the best quality and FF LP always has plenty in stock. We get the biggest bag and they carry it out and load it in the truck for us. They also have a good selection of chew toys and antlers for dogs. I always grab a freshie to hang in my truck too. Go in and check out the apparel and home goods from a local small business.

They sell Victor dog food which is extremely high quality and inexpensive for what you get.Nice selection of other livestock feeds as well.
