Walmart, please don’t claim to take Covid era precautions against illness, and to claim that you are vigilantly cleaning in a detailed fashion.You can tell the cleanliness of any place by the cleanliness of their restroom. I couldn’t find a stall that didn’t have urine and feces spread in abundance on the toilet seats and sprayed on the walls. The lady product collection boxes are all overflowing.The sinks are left on blasting at a high-pressure, splashing dirty water all over everything within a 2 foot radius.I’m not expecting Buc-ees’ style cleanliness, but I am expecting you to honor your word if you say that you’re doing Covid era steps towards keeping people safe.And don’t tell me there’s not enough employees because I see them congregating in walkways, ignoring customers asking questions. Check your cameras. Clean your restrooms. Live up to your word as a corporation. Audit audit audit.

The only help we received in this Walmart self checkout from the employee not working up front was to stand behind us using her phone, to make sure we weren't stealing by not ringing items up. She says out loud, ' you only rang up one item on your car floor matsYou should have rung up two.' No, they were a set of four. Maybe she should have rung it up herself. Talk about being accused of stealing.This is also the Walmart where the upfront 'worker' would come up behind you as you were checking out and give Walmart a 5 star rating on my register.

Need a revamp! All of the surrounding Walmarts have been renovated except this location. Not sure why? I do appreciate not having to wait in a long line during checkout.

I would not recommend shopping here unless you are willing to check the upc number on everything you buy. You will lose money due to items being incorrectly placed and or old price tags on majority of their products.

I will never trust the brand Windham again. This is a pig with lipstick. Dinghy, old, cheap motel like the ones in the movies. The rooms are renovated and I have to admit pretty decent even when very small. The rest is just awful. The room was kind of clean but they never cleaned or make the beds after we arrived. The restaurant consist of two dinghy old tables, three chairs and a little counter. The whole food service area is about ten square feet.

I looked up online before wasting gas by driving here to return an item I bought 2 days ago. Website and online info states returns can be made until 10pm some Walmarts at 11pm. I walked up to CS mgr at 9:03 pm and she said she let all her cs cashier's leave at 9pm. I quoted time from where I looked it up and she said I have to come back tomorrow. That's messed up. Then I saw the mgr and showed him the info online and he said it was store hours .

Dallen went out of his way to assist me at the LaMarque store this evening. I couldn’t find the maraschino cherries. I asked if he happened to know where they might be. He stopped what he was doing and took me to the shelf where they should have been. It was empty.He then took me to another area where there was an end cap with several jars. I certainly appreciated his time. That extra effort saved me from making another trip later this week.

Shopping here at night is completely unsafe after dark. Managment here has been told multiple times about the lack of lighting in the parking lot along with the number of light poles not even working. This is La Marque's number one crime hot spot according to the city's website. Walmart please fix this for our safety.

So target wasn't by neither was a bathroom that had $100k sitting on the bathroom counter...so walmart it is! (Not saying I've found such a thing but...hoo boy.)Able to find mostly what I wanted, payed....more or less for what I need but I found it all the same.

Avoid curbside pick up from here. Worst system ever. Takes forever and only so many spots. You'll be waiting hours if it's raining.They made it so that almost every register is self checkout, but still want to check receipts at the door. If they are that worried about theft, don't have so many self checkouts! Problem is they have convinced people that self checkout is a good thing. They've made the customers do the work, all while the customer is paying more for the products than before self checkouts were here. Those savings aren't passed down to the customers, just fat wallets getting fatter.

Update: they have resolved the issue of bringing your groceries without bad. Thanks Walmart.Walmart "Curbside Pickup" has gotten ridiculous. They delivered my groceries NOT BAGGED.! The young lady asked "Sir did you really not want your items bagged.?" I waited while she bagged them and felt bad for her. Also when is NOT bagging wet items not needed. Bought 2 gallons of Milk that was not bagged, sweating all over my floorboard. I don't want a sour milk smell in my vehicle.Does anyone know if Kroger or HEB care about their customers enough to BAG WET ITEMS.??? PS: assume where all wanting our groceries bagged because I can't fathom people caring single items in their homes and with the cost these days I'm not gonna bring bags and Bag my groceries in the parking lot. How ridiculous.!

Dont use the pick up service!!!! It took me over ONE hour to get ONE item that I ordered. I asked if I could just get it since I was there with my invoice and ID, they said that being on a car was essential. People cutting in line, they NEED to do BETTER!!! What’s wrong with the staff or managers? So many pick up spots and hardly anyone working that area. Shame on you Walmart, but thanks for teaching me to never use that service anymore.

Since when did Texas City become some podunk little town where everything shuts down early? Walmart's main redeeming value is late night shopping trips, and with the exception of Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years Walmart closing at all is an abomination and a sign of serious economic decline in the area.

I can't stand Walmart. I used to get everything from there until they started booting big trucks. They don't need this truckers money. I noticed that I didn't save much anyway as opposed to shopping at H.E.B. and H.E.B. will check out my groceries for me. And it's cleaner

I will never step foot in this walmart again the man at the door tried saying I stoled dog food and cat food and I told him I didn't have receipt cause I don't need it and plus the stuff couldn't even get returned to walmart and than he tells me go to customer service with him and than he was looking in my purse asking what all that stuff in my purse and I told him he don't have rights I turned my basket around and left out the door horrible horrible man he needs to be fired

This store sucks. Well take that back it's not so bad early morning around 8am but after 8pm it sucks!no one answers phone no employee wants to work and they pretended they don't see you. Even if you chase them. Also no one does carts. Wind is bad tonight seen 4 cars get by them.

No availability of full service cashier’s, so you are forced to use self checkout. If you make scanning mistakes, you are threatened with a criminal record for shoplifting. Whereas if their cashier makes mistakes, it is not your fault. I am not a trained cashier, nor have I ever been in trouble for anything at 60 years old. My advice is to stay out of the store and use the app to pick up your items, they are already checked out, bagged and brought out to your car (at no extra cost), but beware at pickup as my phone can get no internet to check in (5G phone) here. Try to use a cashier if you can find one in store.They are also out of stock of items in the grocery department all the time now.Also, if your items are stolen from your basket in the parking lot, they don't help you, it's your problem. My friend, 80 years old, had her purse stolen in the parking lot. Also, I got a blowout on brand new tire by pothole in their lot. They just pointed fingers. Walmart said it was Sam's parking lot; Sam's said Walmart parking lot. Thank goodness I bought insurance for tire at Discount Tire, so they took the hit instead of me! Sam's did change tire that happened on the Walmart side for me. That was nice. In picture asphalt side Walmart, concrete side Sam's. Small pothole but big enough to rip out side of low profile tire!

The store is always dirty and the parking lot is absolutely filthy. There are a lot of basic items that were out of stock.
