Sam's Club is my favorite place to buy bulk items for the home. They stock food, clothes, appliances, electronics, and seasonal furniture, for the outdoors. My husband and I love the snack bar where you can sit and have a bite to eat. Check out their bakery. You can choose from a wide selection of cakes and desserts for that special occasion. They also have days where new members can join for just 10 dollars. Look for advertising or just ask at the service desk. Discounts for service members, active,reserve, or retired or any veterans.

Have not been to Sam's in well over 10 years. Store was very clean, great produce, awesome Rotisserie chicken, nice staff. Some prices are actually more than Kroger, Walmart, etc, but otherwise great selection.

The nastiest Sams Club I've ever been in in the whole state! If you want to buy rotten produce this is the place two come. Was in the store today and every single case a romaine lettuce was rotten on the sales floor. Faded to white and rotten! Rotten produce in the walk in cooler! Mushy produce stacked on top of cases afresh fruits. This happens all the time at this store. Mushy yellow banana's on the floor. I'm going back to Costco. It's not worth coming all the way to this store from the get rotten merchandise. This happens all the time!!!Who do the hell is managing this store?

This is based on my last visit and I would like to say that we have had many good interactions with employees here, especially in the pharmacy.During this last visit, on the way out we wanted some snacks from the snack bar, as usual. I placed the order via the app and went over to the area for Scan and Go customers to check-in. All I had ordered was a frozen yogurt and a cherry icee. The younger woman that was assisting me really seemed like she was hating life and gave no effort, at all! She only filled the frozen yogurt well under the semi-dome lid. I thought ok, I will just go with this. But then for the icee, first she came and very blasé said, “the red one’s not working”. She gave no alternative or offer. So, I said let’s go with blue. I turn away for a moment and then looked back as she sat down the cup. For this one, the icee lids are apparently out so she only filled the cup to about an inch from the rim. I said, “If you can only fill it to there and with no lid can it just go in the regular drink cup?”. She brought over a drink cup and, right in front of me, began attempting to dump the icee from one cup to the other. I thank her and said “I know being out of lids is not her fault”. Once down she just slid the cup to me. I ask, “can’t a little more go in now? Since you weren’t able to fill the other cup”. She said nothing and went to the older lady working. The older lady came to me and said, “that’s how much you get!”. Getting frustrated with this situation and the real lack of customer service or even respect, I informed her that the cup was indeed not full from the beginning. This next exchange was the worst. The younger woman said, “yes it was (full)”. I responded with confusion at the lie, “what no it was not”. The older woman then audibly said, “oh my god”. She snatched the cup put a small squirt of icee on top and said, “there!”. Not wanting to argue any further I took the items and left. Very angry.I love the snack bar at Sam’s but now I feel like I can no longer go to my local club’s due to this horrible incident. The way these employees interacted with me simply as another person, was unacceptable at any rate.

Was promised a job to help them out they declined even tho they admitted from management's they did need help very professional turn everyone down.I can see why their struggling and yet I keep applying, I think yall need more better managers or HR I don't feel like a valued customer with the treatment I received especially this time when everyone is struggling, give people a chance! Makes me not want to shop at this location with lying managers.... even when i was referenced here.... very rude.(Edited) looking at reviews they need help but again managers are refusing to get help refusing to properly educate new people, and I know my records clean that's extremely shameful sams disgusting....Yall lost a customer.

The boxes in the first two images fell on me and scraped me on the way down, the store shelves are disorganized and stacked incorrectly. The lights were mislabelled as $10, when they were actually $39. I walked by a forklift driver and the forklift electrocuted me, the young boy said it happens to everyone. There are a lot of damaged products on the shelf. Dog food bags with holes in them as well as half empty laundry detergents. I saw an employee stuff paper plates back into their bag and put it back up on the shelf. Might not be "250" count but I'm sure we're paying "250 count" prices.

This location of sams is good for shopping. Most items you need here is available. The only reason why I’m giving a 3 star is due to the cafe area. Every time my family and I decide to order food there, there is a long line/wait. Once you wait for about 15-20 minutes to get your order they will be out of items either cheese pizza or hot dogs. Even one of the icee machine wasn’t cooling to get the flavor icee you want. This review isn’t just for a one time thing. This has happened many times and I think they need to hire more people for the care not two maybe 3 people minimum. There should be someone going around cleaning and checking the eating area as it is always dirty. Need someone to refill napkins and spoons. Guys out of straw bad management for that area.

I just love their croissants. They're so good I have to limit my purchases because I end up eating too many. The other bakery items are also always fresh.

Came to this store this morning the cashier never greeted me at the register. The lady pointed her finger at me instead of asking me to put my groceries on the belt. Depending on which cashier is working, they usually just scan my item with the hand scanner. I’ve unloaded sometimes the small items. I had eggs, etc… and the cashier was throwing my items roughly. I asked her please don’t throw my groceries, she then started telling me she’s trying to get me in and out. I told her customer service is more important than just trying to scan really fast. She was very rude. I asked who was her supervisor, and then I saw her supervisor who had to tell her to be nice and to greet the customers. I do hope Alexjandria will have better customer service representing Sam’s.

Prizes are different at place you take product and than when you scan at desk to pay its more than 7/8 dollars. So check it up , before you know, you pay more than need .

Always a fairly reasonable experience here. The price point for produce is usually quite great. We're going through a phase where we prefer their rotisserie chickens to Costco's. The medicine area feels very crammed. And the food court is often way too slow though the quality of the food is pretty good.

Overall I like the layout of the store and the product availability. Yesterday however, I tried to make a $2K purchase and was barely assisted by employees. They even told me they did not have the item in stock. I went home and called the 800 number for Sam's and they said that the LaMarc store was showing the item in stock. After multiple attempts to call and no answer we purchased the item from the Friendswood store where we were treated more like customers. I guess a 2K purchase can't even get good customer service these days.

I recently placed a birthday cake order from the bakery for my son’s 4th birthday . I followed the basic protocol paper stating what we want and any specific details. Once receiving the cake we noticed the name was altered to from his name ( Edgardo) to another name they thought it was ( Edgardo) and had the 11th year not the 4th

Sam's Club is slowly catching up with Costco. However, there is inconsistency in the product lineup. I was looking for kettle potato chips, available two weeks ago and now it has been two weeks without them, selling only lower quality substitutes. This is just a sample of details that Sam's Club must improve. They are creating dissonance in the customers' minds for free. The location is very convenient and the place is clean and not too crowded. It is possible to get in and out quickly and not overspend time in cashiers' lanes as happens in Ligue City Costco.

Every time I come here one of the cafe workers have an attitude. Irene was upset I wanted to change my order after she said they didn’t have anything with pepperoni but that was a lie. Threw away food i didn’t even touch and slammed the food on the counter. Simone and everyone else can’t speak when I asked for her name. Just rude and unprofessional.

Eat before you shop is my advice, if you buy a large quantity get it and split it.. with your family or friend or neighbor. My friend wanted to go there I didn't but 72 bucks later. I got a bag of pecans, coffee creamer, a windmill thing that was 40 bucks and a watermelon I can't wait to try the watermelon.

If you are not using "Scan & Go" you are wasting your time. In and out in less than 35 minutes! It was kind of cool to walk past people in the check-out line and right out the door. Always a quick and easy process! Become a Sam's Plus member for added benefits!

Went to get a hot dog. The place was packed. 3 young ladies behind the counter goofing around and really not paying attention made the line wait longer. They were out of condiments for anything. They had no lids for sodas. What they need there is supervision and less play time at work.

My first visit here was not very good. Two of the machines at the food court for fountain drinks were broken. They had soda at the counter to fill your cups fortunately. Thank you for that much at least. The bathrooms were dirty and there was poop smeared on the wall in there. There was paper and trash on the floor and poop on several of the toilets. The automatic sanitizer on two of the three urinals was out and there were alarms beeping on them to tell you this. One of the three urinals was out of service and had a plastic bag taped over it. The men’s room smelled of urine. I feel that Sam’s is not doing well based on what I am seeing. They are not able to compete with Amazon and other online competitors. These signs of neglect to the store tell me they may not be in business much longer. The era of brick-and-mortar retail is coming to an end.
