Nice rual/country location is actually better than surrounding communities. Fairly well stocked. Prices and variety are not equal to those in the large Texas cities but a go-to in small town Texas. I believe that they appreciate my business, and I'm thankful to have them as well. Friendly and clean.

H-E-B is the best grocery store in the country! Between the products they offer and their community service, I’m not sure anyone else compares. I do all my shopping at H-E-B!

This was outrageous. I was checking out with my groceries, and i had left my debit card at home. But i had my checkbook. I was told there was no problem, that HEB accepts checks. So, i wrote a check for my > $200 purchase. It was declined. As i have several thousand in the bank, and i have never written a bad check in my history with the bank. I was told i could go home for my debit card, or leave my groceries. It was embarrassing and infuriating. They use CERTEGY to determine if my check is good. OMG. I was able to call the bank and transfer money to transfer funds to a friend's account and pay with their card. Then i tried to cll CERTEGY. Hahaha. A joke. Ten minutes on the phone with their automated system and i still couldn't get to an agent on the phone or order a report of why my check was refused. FYI - DON'T go to HEB with only a checkbook. Take cash or plastic.

been my only pharmacy and will be to the end , that know me and have all my records in one placeTried out curbside their people filled the order and. Notification was given on substitutions and all perishables were of good to excellent picks will use again and a shout out to Josh who loaded my truck so even on days when going inside wasn’t anOption, we still got our shopping done on the H‑E‑B app and we were thrilled with the whole process

Update:Still by far the best grocery store near Columbus.By far the best HEB closest to Columbus! The store went under a huge remodel and now you can get fresh seafood, sushi, so many hard to find products for us country folks!! Yeehaw!!

A two bc though the bathroom was really nice looking it had blurry glass doors on the stalls. Anyone walking by a stall could see if someone had their pants down by color contrast. No thank you, not safe for women or kids.

Big-city girl just moved to the country, and this is the largest HEB within 50 miles of my home. Even though recently expanded in size, this store only carries about half of the products I'm used to buying at my former HEB Plus!, so I'll have to get used to alternative products. Employees are very friendly & all but one has been helpful. Not used to seeing shelves being stocked during busy shopping times, which can clog the aisles.

I shop at HEB in Columbus it’s closest to me if you have an issue with something you purchased the returns are no problem. But not so for the Lagrange store I got some spoiled chicken and of course I didn’t want to drive back over the same day and the meat guy was like can you bring it back today no rain check for me to bring back later or nothing, I didn’t feel he offered me a choice.

Really a horrible HEB store. The parking lot is always jam packed and just seems really tight and congested. The interior of the store is the same, with huge metal carts everywhere so the employees can gather the various items for the curbside and delivery orders, which this store seems to cater to. There were several occasions on this visit alone, where I had to alter my route of travel throughout the store because there was so much congestion and activity by employees fulfilling orders, and in the course of things didn't bother getting several items that I meant to get. Seems like shoppers that actually come to the store to shop are of secondary importance, at best.

Update 8/15/22Even better with the remodel!I absolutely love this location!Even though they're in the middle of a remodel, the store is well kept and robustly stocked for a smaller foot print location. Every single staff interaction I've had here has been above and beyond in terms of friendliness and knowledge. I know you wouldn't think that in such a rural area it would be possible, but the sushi chef for this location is amazing! The baked goods, the deli counter, and even the pharmacy are all well above standard, even for HEB's already impeccable norms!

HEB is freaking awesome! I ordered house delivery for my husband cause I was out of town and he absolutely does not like to cook. So i ordered a rotisserie chicken, a salad, and a 6pk of beer and asked to leave a simple "love" note that says, "Dinner is on me. I love and miss you so much my love! Have a good night!" and they left a whole "love" CARD for him! and they just always go over and beyond! They always have freshest fruit and vegetables which is very important to me, and i absolutely love their prices!! I buy HEB BRAND EVERYTHING!

I use to love to come to this store. Check outs were the best and friendliest. Then came the renovation and nothing is where it suppose to be. Employees point you to the wrong locations. They never offer to find it for you. Now self check out over power the employee check outs. It is sooo hard for seniors. I miss my old H.E.B!!!!

Store is being remodeled and hoping when done the store will have more of a selection. Prime meat section very small but then the whole meat dept is small and I hope gets larger when renovation complete. I was there on a Wednesday morning and lots of stocking going on. A lot of shelves were empty and products were not in plenty. Praying store will be a lot bigger and more selection.

I love my H.E.B. This location in La Grange, TX is great! I have not had any negative experiences to date. They don't have quite as much product selection as some of the locations that I'm used to shopping at, but they do offer that small town atmosphere that I enjoy. As always, H.E.B. offers very affordable prices, quality product, and service with a smile!

Always fully stocked. Great selection of Flowers and Vegetables. Excellent selection of sushi and fresh pre made dinners. For a smaller store excellent variety. Currently under construction and Service desk closed(Money Gram etc)
