We are from out of state and was having trouble with our RV. Stopped into the shop on HWY 2. They were 100% helpful and polite. They sent out the service technician and had the instalation everything up and running in no time. Great tech person and great PR. He is 1 in a million. The whole facility is Great. Would highly recomend them. Thanks again for the Great job Jerry & Carol from Iowa.

We are from Iowa just visiting Texas for a couple of months . Had some trouble with our electrical control box on our rv had it replaced by Enrique . They ordered the part next day service . Had it installed quickly..... Very good people .

Melissa and Joseph were great, we stayed at the Sun Valley RV resort and had trouble with our hot water heater. Joseph hooked us up and while we were at the repair center Melissa found us an obsolete thermostat. Definitely recommend the service center and the RV resort. Thanks guys.

We had a major electrical issue in our RV. We found Sierra and they send the Techs the same day to our location; from la feria to Brownsville. 😲 (So appreciated for that long drive).The issue was found right away. Thanks to Sierra for our emergency call. The Techs Jose and Robert where polite, professional, and dedicated to their job. Mrs. Melissa Sierra was understanding our issue and help us as soon as she can to send someone. We are so grateful for their outstanding customer service. We highly recommended their business. It’s started with my water heater. I bought it and my dad installed it not quite two years ago. It started gushing water and my water had to be shut off. I called around and was recommended to contact Sierra RV. Sierra RV found that my water heater still had warranty and I ended up with a brand new water heater installed by them at no charge, and only paid one service fee. Immediately after that my kitchen and bathroom faucet had horrible pressure. Sierra RV came out first thing Monday morning and replaced both my faucets very reasonably and no service charge for this one! The guys were in and out and my faucets look and work great! I highly recommend Sierra RV for your RV needs!

Was eager to do get my RV fixed with Sierra, unfortunately it did not go as smoothly as I thought. I am 87 years old and had my daughter deal with the situation which lead to many disappointments from the company. My daughters insurance did pay for the fixtures, some things fixed and others weren’t. Just when I thought we were cleared and things were fixed to my disappointment last week I open my awning and found that my perfectly good awning had a stolen rod and replaced by a broken one. Now I have to buy a new one. Disappointed by the dishonesty.

We, thankfully, took the extended warranty on our 5th wheel when we bought it! We have had to replace our microwave and air conditioner, using Sierra RV. Their staff are extremely helpful and get the job done!! Thank you!!
