Absolutely the worst customer service from the clerks when I stopped by Monday night October 31, 2022 The clerks were to busy talking to give me help when I asked. Basically the clerk told me to go look for something myself to literally continue their conversation..."it's somewhere back there" she said and then blew me off while the other clerk continued laughing and talking with her. I love the store family dollar, but I will not spend my hard earned money at a store where I'm not valued as a customer and common courtesy is no longer standard practice.

Great friendly service. Store was very neat and organized. Great selection of merchandise. If you have the app you can get coupons and apply them to your purchase. Even better savings on top of the great prices.

I am impressed with their young staff & clerks. Unless you have worked as a young store help you wouldn't appreciate the many pressures of the job. Please help our youth achieve a high level of professionalism. Tell them thank you for trying to work beneficial occupation.

This store constant has deals and coupons posted threw out the store. And when u finally go to pay, all the coupon deals are expired and never replaced. It's happened over ten times last year. The management is horrible and does not properly train their employees.

Very convenient and with low prices. Employees are very helpful and friendly. The store is smaller compared to its competitor (Dollar General), therefore has less items. The water dispensers outside are sometimes out of order. Overall items are inexpensive and its convenient.

Lady cashier always hiding and on phone..I already put pin and request cash back on machine and she stops on her side of screen..no sign is posted saying no cash back. This is 2nd time she has did this. Only needed $10..

Customer service has changed😕. Now when I go there are normally girls working who are on their cellphone while ringing me up or they are gossiping with eachother.It's rude. Focus on the task at hand people! ...then go about your business😉
