Pharmacy opens at 9:00am, it’s 10:26am and I can’t get my medication because the pharmacist has not shown up. What is going on with large corporate businesses lately. This is not good practice considering the health of every individual is in their hands. Is this just an RGV issue?

Sept.30 I went to CVS the young girl working there was very rude. Chose to hang out and drink her drink instead of helping me. When I questioned her she was very rude and told me off. I will never go back to that pharmacy. I will not recommend it to any of my family or friends. I was also the only customer at the front register at the time

This CVS Pharmacy went down hill quickly in the last couple of years. More often than not, they claim that prescription drugs are unavailable and that they do not have an ETA. Mind you, this is for prescriptions that have been active for a couple of years. Every 1 to 3 months, it's the same song and dance. You would think that their system alerts them that a certain prescription is coming up for refill, and none are in stock. You call Walgreens, and they have them at the ready within a day or the same day. So far, my wife and I have had to move a couple of our prescriptions to Walgreens, and we will continue doing so until this unacceptably run CVS has none of our business.

Store manager does a terrible job of having yard/landscaping mowed and clean. Looks bad while other small businesses do their job of maintaining a clean yard.

Very bad service at pharmacy. I called to check if my prescription had been called in by my Dr and was on hold for 30 minutes .. finally get someone on the line and she confirms prescription is there and will be ready soon . Sent my son about an hour later and he still had to wait another hour and a half . Plus I'm pretty sure i was overcharged but at that point i just wanted the medicine as i was in dire need. I always use Wal-Mart and have never had a problem but since i live in this town i thought it would be quicker . Never coming back....

CVS in La Feria very RudeNo extra cashier help in the front when you have people doing their baskets and Basket of the coupons there were #5 of them in lineMyself and another customer went to cash out at the pharmacy and the pharmacist was polite to help but the staff woman was very rude I will not shop this CVS .I do my best to support the community .But not with Bad customer service.

I went there at 9:20 pm and you had the door locked an the gate halfway down an you don't close until 10:00pm I had to go to Walmart to get what I needed a hot pad if I could give u .5 star

I happen to find the pharmacy very time effecient, every pharmacist I've met there has always made it a point to introduce themselves & if I have any questions regarding both over the counter meds & prescription meds- they go out of there way to 1.) make sure you are getting the right medicine. & 2.) you know exactly how to use it & any other questions you might have/come across.The insurance billers are also most helpful & thoughtful.

They have the worse service here at the pharmacy so sad its a new place but u have to wait to hours at a time for one medication I will never return again getting my meds transferred to Walgreen's in Harlingen I'd rather drive over there than wait it's a lot less stressful if only I could minus in stars they deserve no stars
