We had a very bad experience at Wolfgang in Kyle, Texas. The groomer cut my dog’s bottom eyelid (thank goodness she missed the actual eye) and my daughter had to take Willow to the dog ER late at night. Willow had to get numerous stitches. Wolfgang did pay this ER bill and they were kind about it. However, the stitches came loose and caused my dog’s eye to get infected which resulted in 2 more doctor visits. We sent the additional bills to Wolfgang and they refuse to pay. We are only asking for 271.00 more for only the vet visit for the infection. We did not bill them for the numerous other costs we occurred because of this injury. This was VERY traumatic and Willow was in pain for almost 2 months. I know accidents happen but a good business would compensate for their mistake. It is a matter of character. I would never go back there.

Great experience for my pup's very first groom! I'd booked a full groom and after talking through his needs/breed/coat, we ended up going with a mini groom. I appreciated their honesty and recommendation. He looks great! We will be back!

Maya had a great experience here! I love how they welcomed her with her name, and I’m really happy with how clean she feels and how good she smells! They did a great job with the deshedding treatment as well.No more stinky dog❤️We will definitely be back!

Loved how my dogs look after their groom. I love that they came out with a bandana and their name was on the welcome sign. They came out smelling great and I’m overall happy. UPDATE: they do walk in nail trims at an affordable rate! I was so happy to hear this and they did a fantastic job!

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful place with happy, smiling faces (sometimes a rarity these days). They started off with 5 stars from me because as I approached their door, they had a chalkboard sign with my dog's name, and other dog's names on it, welcoming them to their spa day. Adorbs! A special extra touch that meant the world to us. Thank you! Then my dog, who was as hairy as a beast, came out looking gorgeous as ever. I'll never take her to any other place. Besides the pooch pampering, they have tons of healthy treats to buy for your favorite fur baby. With all of that, knowledgeable and friendly staff, in a great location with easy and accessible parking, you can't go wrong with this place. Thank you for everything Woof Gang!

They were so amazing with my baby. I had a nervous mom moment, because I’ve never handed her over to strangers before, but they made me feel at ease and she was ready to make friends with everyone. Pick up was so quick and they gave compliments on how well she did.

This was our first time taking our older terrier to grooming here. She's a very shy nervous dog but took really well with her groomer. The Check-in was really easy and they did as we requested for the haircut. She looked great and did very well for them. The only thing I will say just needs improvement Is for them to contact the family when the pet is ready. I got a text message that she was ready, but when I called she wasn't.

Today I took my dog to get groomed for the first time. He is a very hairy mix of Pomeranian and Chihuahua. He was extremely nervous but the staff was kind and very patient overall great experience I will for sure make this our groomer. Thanks again Marissa for giving my Olive a complete transformation, He looks so handsome. 😊

I love taking Ron Weasley to get groomed here! They take really good care of him. I admit, I’m not the best when it comes to brushing out Ron’s hair— which results into some matting. But Woof Gang groomers are always very gracious about it! Ron always comes outta here looking fresh and perfectly groomed! The groomers are very knowledgeable too when it comes to styling, because I for sure don’t have a single clue about it. I trust them!And of course, the stuff they sell is super cuuuuute. And the bake goods are terrific! My doggos love them!

We love Karigan at Woof Gang Grooming for our Maltipoo, Charlie! She does an excellent job every time and he always comes out looking and smelling amazing! She takes her time and it shows in her beautiful workmanship. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always keep me informed of his appointment status and progress during grooming. I highly recommend Woof Gang grooming if you have any pet grooming needs! I’ve been extremely happy!

Our favorite place for dog grooming! Gio is so good with our dogs and does just a fabulous job- always seems to know what they need and what I want! Our dog Toby (Skye Terrier) was having skin issues and needed a lot taken off. Gio did an amazing job!

Choosing where to take your dog for their grooming services can be tricky but we have really lucked out with Woofgang.We first took Loki to the Mueller location and were happy to find out we had the Kyle location close to us after moving. After each groom Loki comes out with a perfect corgi butt and a smile on his face.Amy at the front desk is the sweetest, she always takes her time to give recommendations and make sure we’re taken care of. Marissa who did his most recent groom did a wonderful job! Everyone we’ve interacted with is really kind and understanding. Can’t recommend Woofgang Kyle enough. Thank you all!

Bailey is so happy when she returns from here. She's been other places for grooming but her groomer Laura seems to know exactly how to keep her calm and does a great job keeping her neat and clean.
