I love Walmart especially with the clearance islands. The way they handle them registers man what I hey need all them lanes for if no one's going my to be working them. Staff are no way nice either I always feel like I'm being watched here.

I love coming here, always very organized and clean. I always have a good experience at this Walmart and the employee's are nice. The grocery dept always have what I need and exceed my expectations in the bakery and deli.

They told me that if they don't walk me to the register to pay for it. They Will not sell me the product. This is the product a simple dremmel tool. For some reason, they walk me all the way to the register to make the purchase. Then they told me that they will not sell it to me. If I refuse to do it their way. Then I get stopped at the front door and they asked me for my receipt. I said I threw away the receipt because they already walked me all the way to the register. I am a paying Customer and I don't have to provide anything for you if I have not committed any crimes. But if you treat me like a criminal in your stores then I will give you back that same energy when you try to treat me like a thief. I ended up just having to walk away. Because I was getting so angry that I was going to pop off. Because of the way they treated me. I will never hold onto my receipt ever again. From this point forward, I'm just going to walk away. If employees are allowed to make assumptions, then I am allowed to Sue for harassment and for being treated like a criminal when I'm just trying to enjoy my shopping.

Spent 15 minutes in sporting goods try ing tbuy a fishing license. Asked 3 different employees for help. They all said they would call someone. Finally called the store directly and was told there might not be anybody capable but if we could wait another 8 minutes or so they would find out. We promptly left and went to Academy and was done in 10 minutes.

Workers are nice, I always find well stocked shelves, and it's clean, including the bathroom. Women's clothing is the only department I struggle with, I can't find much for myself, but I always find things for my husband, kids, and house. I have gotten groceries here but not enough to discuss quality.

Walmart has really reached a new low. Almost all self checkout now and you have the nerve to check my receipt after I had to check myself out? If you want me to pretend I work at Walmart I want lower prices. Not cool, you want me to do your job and then you want to check my work?

First time doing a parking lot pick up. Purchased the Hart 40v self propelled mover on line. I was in and out within 8 min. Fast and friendly. For teenagers..LOL

This location is convenient but a bit small. Sometimes you can't find some of the items that the bigger stores carry. It is not crowded which I really like. Their parking lot is easy to navigate even when it is busy. It is always clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Walmart always had such great items to choose from for everyday needs and holiday shopping. I can find some items much cheaper than other stores and also fresh fruits and vegetables. Always such a great experience and great deals!I have also had great experience with the Customer Service department in front, with great and fast service!

Very nice, BUTThe night crew was so rude when i had to go to an asile she gave me a horrible attitude. Im disabled, I even said sorry excuse me. I'm not good at walking and I couldn't switch lanes /: made me feel horrible.I used to work for Wal-Mart doing stock at night. I remember being told to be respectful to customers.I don't remember the woman's name, but she had her hair down and was restocking the bathroom area.Everyone else is amazing c:Just please remind your staff to be nice to customers 🙏🏻 the Stocking staff ESPECIALLY.

Every time I go to the water dispenser to purchase/ fill my container it is dirty with some form of litter or another. It should be be kept cleaner and hand sanitizer station should be readily available as ppl use their finger to control water fill. I can only imagine how many bacteria there is. Ty

Employees are no help at all, they will avoid you and walk right past you hoping you don’t ask them for help ! Tried going to automotive before they closed at 7 which we did but of course nobody was there and when someone walked by we asked for help and was told they were closed. Really so now even if it says they close at 7 they actually close earlier ??!!

Are they gonna send me a W-2 form for having to check out my own groceries? When you ask someone about where something is they act aloof or disinterested in helping you. How about next time I will go round up the carts in the parking lot as well since no one will be arsed about checking you out.

Curbside pickup is meant to be expeditiously. I waited 30 minutes for my items. Not the first time that I had to wait this long.It's not the associates fault.They are always professional,hard working and very kind.If Walmart offers curbside pickup then they need to employ more people to assist.Please, get your employees more help! Not fair to the employees or the customers.

This location is usually pretty clean and well- stocked. The meat quality can be hit or miss, but that is with every Walmart I've found. Self checkout is usually the only option here.

I try not to shop at Walmart, not a fan of the way they treat employees and not allowing Unions to organize their employees. But, Walgreens is always cheap and has a good selection. Just treat and oay you employees better, please.

I am quite unhappy with this particular Walmart (Kyle, TX) location. Every time I shop online, I list substitutions that I want in case any of the items in my cart are out of stock. Easy enough, right? Apparently not! The last 3 times I shopped online for curbside pick-up, my substitutions were ignored (ALL of them), and some random sh... stuff was offered instead. I don't get it! Even the Walmart in the podunk Oklahoma town I lived in for 5 years was able to get that right! (Nothing against OK. It's a great state.)THEN, the guys bringing purchases out to the cars were taking their sweet-a$$ time doing it! They were nice enough guys, but come on! Really? I waited for nearly 15 minutes after checking in on the app, and there were only 3 cars in the curbside pickup parking area!!I'm very frustrated with this Walmart.DO BETTER!!

🚨 I’m sick and tired of this joke of a Walmart. Get ready to put on a show picking out your condom of desire. And then they put your stuff in a box, and refuse to open it till you buy it. This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to, based on multiple trips here. Just moved to the area so this is the closest option. I usually order pick up since the check out here is a joke. I've had 3 grocery order pick ups at this store and the last two times they "forgot" my rotisserie chicken, my Alaskan salmon is old and disgusting, and the they pick out the absolute smallest tomatoes possible, horrible selections. If it happens again, I'm uploading the manager's face. Get your store in order, you're literally scamming people.

We love our local Walmart Supercenter in Kyle. However, lines at checkout are problematic. Self serve check out has helped a lot. Got my wife's oil changed here yesterday and mine this morning. The staff in the automotive area have been very courteous and helpful. I have always received good service from them here. I always purchase my car batteries here and windshield wipers and fluids.

I have called multiple times to Walmart to try to tell them about what happened. No one ever answers the phone. It rings and rings and then the call drops. So I am going to tell you what happened so you can be careful when they are ringing up your items. $7.99 sticker for 6 doughnuts. Rang up $9.48!

The freezer section is at the front… I don’t won’t my frozen foods to melt by the time I’m done walking thru the other isles. I don’t get why the frozen foods are at the very front?!

Just 1 customer service rep helping 4-5 people as below in the pic. Money pickup server was offline. They should have announced or posted a visible note to let the customers know.Very bad customer service.Most of the checkout stations have been turned to self check out ones with an exception of just 1 single lane being open with an associate. What a pity
