As this is the Target closest to my home it is my go to. Ample parking and typically a good selection of products. There are times at the end of the day that items seem to be pretty disorganized from shoppers not putting things back on the rack or display tables. Not sure if this is a staffing issue. That being said the staff is always friendly, seem happy, and are willing to help when you ask.

This location needs a total make over starting with management. The store looks trashy. All departments are disorganized and are not stocked properly. Several times I’ve gone everything is just thrown on shelves. No concerns on making the store look presentable. It’s like the staff or management doesn’t care about the store. The store director needs to get with management to get the store together. If they can’t rectify what’s going on then the district manager needs to step in. What’s sad is Walmart in Kyle looks more organized than Target.

Store was trashed. Everywhere I went in the store had thing out of place and the floor was a mess. Plenty of workers present. They were too busy gossiping and talking too each other. Snapped a few pics all within about 20 seconds just to give you perspective. Do better Target.

If doing a drive-up order, double-check that you receive the correct order before leaving the parking lot. This Target put someone else's order in my trunk, which wasted about two hours of my free time (and gas) between contacting customer service and driving back to the store. I live quite aways and have never experienced this issue with the nearby Walmart or H-E-B. Complete incompetence and lack of assistance.

Not one single employee could be bothered to stop interacting with each other complaining about other staff members to acknowledge me, the customer, in any step of my shopping experience. The store was a train wreck, not clean, disorganized and every department was a mess. I could not be less satisfied by a shopping experience.

This store is conveniently located with as always plenty of parking. Overall store is clean and well organized. On my latest visit, it seemed that there were a lot of out of stock especially in the small appliances section and video game section look like it had been raided- we're 3 weeks away to Black Friday and shelves were bare. I understand that most people buy online but if that's the case why keep all section with no titles.

MAYA is the name of the associate that works in the Kyle location. She was working in the mens section, 5 minutes to closing time so I knew she was trying to hurry & get out of there. I didn't even think of that until after the fact. I prefer not to bother the associates but I was on a hunt for a specific sweater I saw online. I saw one on a rack but it wasn't my size and there were no more. So 5 mins to closing and I bothered her with," Do you have any more of these?" She was super polite, looked on her hand held device & started looking. She could have just said they were out considering what time it was . But she found it in my size. I also bothered her again looking for thermals for my dad.Again, she was polite & found them for me. Thank you Maya! You are appreciated!!

Wesley or Weasel whatever his name is is absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever met, the sass on that man or should i say boy from people just asking questions and waiting to get his attention and him having the meanest face and not being able to help absolutely anyone is ridiculous, how hard is it to just do your job instead of talking and laughing with associates and then getting upset when someone apologizes just to talk to you about a gift for their granddaughter, worst manager I have ever met, the associates in the back who had to apologize for them and help us because he said to move on and ask someone else, well I appreciate them more than they know (people in toys & electronics). worst target in the area.

Went to the particular location today. Store stock is disappointing with a lot of items not available or or sections empty. Even tried to look through different areas of the store for items, alot of spots throughout the store is so disorganized as iff nothing has been straightened in days or things just thrown around. Extremely sad looking.

Huge line at self check out. Only one register open. Where is the manager? It amazes me that you would only have 1 person checking out the entire store. That is not fair to that one employee nor the customers. A shelf can wait to be stocked. Your customers and your employees should be a top priority.

Wow Target really, I shop with your business because I trust with who I’m shopping with but never expected a company as big as yours to steal from your customers. I haven’t even done any online shopping with target yet and somehow they thought it was okay to make two unauthorized charges on my card without my knowledge. The only reason I found out was because my card got locked after your unauthorized charges. Thank you, now I can’t use it to continue my Christmas shopping. Very disappointing.

The Kyle Target is trash. I’d rather shop at Walmart than this location. It’s CONSISTENTLY trashed, clothes all over the floor, shelves not stocked/empty, no associates anywhere to be found, prices incorrectly marked, it’s AWFUL. It’s embarrassing.

It doesn't work well if you only have a few self check-outs, and only have 1 checker. You get consistently long lines. Maybe do better and adjust for things so people don't have to wait in forever long lines.

Curbside team member Luz was so rude. Asked if she could check on my second order and she said no, right when I was on the road back home I get notified my second order was ready. Could have waited in my parking spot if she just bothered to check.

Hello, I would like to give a huge shout out to the target team at the Kyle, Texas location. Yesterday (August 28th 2023) my 8 year old son wanted to look at a certain toy. I took my eyes off of him for one second and he was gone. I searched for him in the general area and with our scary world today I went to the customer service desk so nervous and the gentlemen (I didnt get His name) remained so calm, got on his radio and told all employees to get on one channel and called a code. His calm made me calm. Then out of nowhere I had 2 employees come over to me and ask my name. I confirmed and they told me my son was in the women’s restroom crying because he had an accident. I rushed to the bathroom to help him and sure enough his clothes were soaked. Both women names ( cara and angela) were extremely helpful . I could cry writing this. They rushed to get him new clothes, wipes, bags for trash and bags for the soiled clothes. I did nothing but tend to him. They were like these 2 angels that were helpful and kind. I have to tell your corporate offices about this one. They were incredible. The whole team was. More often than not, you don’t get that kind of assistance anywhere. They could’ve walked away once I made contact with my son but they didn’t. Huge kudos to this team especially Cara and Angela. Thank y’all so much for your care and compassion for this incident.

My wife got some shorts that were on a rack marked 9.99. The shorts also had the discount sticker on them. At the self checkout they showed a higher price. Notified the young girl working the self checkout. She said someone must have put that sticker on it. She did not believe my wife so my wife too her to the rack and showed her the shorts and prices. Came back to the checkout with a bad attitude but did correct the item. However she rudely walked away without saying anything. She then stood there staring at us as we finished paying. My wife asked if there was a problem to which she replied “that’s what old like to know”. Requested the manager and her response was I’ll talk to her.

I typicall write positive reviews, but this is not one. After driving home from work for and hour, I went into Target to get nyquil with honey and Gatorade and tea because I felt sick as dog.I rang up the nyquil and the self check stand beeped and said a sales associate is on their way. The dude came over and told me "Uh, you have a problem!". Lemme see you ID super loud like I'm a some criminal in front of a long line of people. I was like what do you mean I have a problem?! He was like "lemme see your ID!" I was like its in my car..He said "you can't buy this nyquil, i need to see you ID. I was like dude, I'm over 40 years old. Its in my car. He's like "nope, thats not my problem, I need your id." So, I had leave my items there (he said he was gonna put it back and make me get back in line), but i told him to leave my items there and he can wait the 5 minutes to walk out to my car. Allthewhile, everyone looking around at me like i just got kicked out of target by the target police.Then, I walk back in the store to show him my ID, and he blows me off to do something else (obviously more important). I stopped him and said was like "hey man, you told to walk to the car to get my ID, and now you dont want to see it!There was a group of employees standing across the store and he says, "go show it to those guys", and walks off. Like dude, im sweating from a fever, and you make me walk back out to my car in 100 degree heat, and now you dont even want to see my id after asking for it.Everyones looking at me crazy like I stole something because I'm walking around showing random employees my ID so I can buy fever medicine. At least the other TWO people that I showed my ID too were nice(thats all the 1st guy had to do). This dude was absolutely without tact, disrespectful, had zero empathy, and was completely unprofessional. This is not how you ask someone for an ID. What a nut roll.. Pretty sure its cheaper at Walmart anyways.

The 5 stars is for the person at Starbucks that made my coffee. Yesterday, right before 2p, I got the best Caramel Brulee ever! He is the kindest person I have met in a very long time and is an amazing coffee maker! I'm so sorry I didn't get his name.

Great location, very tidy and well organized. This store gets a ton of traffic, and I'm always amazing at how clean they keep it. Wide food selection, it also has a Starbucks inside that moves pretty quickly. Even on the weekends I manage to get in and out pretty fast.

I’m so glad the closest target to me is awesome. I’m from the gutters of Houston so our target was terrifying. The team here is so helpful and sweet! Also, I’m aware of what I look like, but I don’t need employees stalking me to make sure I’m not stealing. I never feel singled out at this location as I’m slipping wine bottles and sweatpants into my my oversized purse. Juuust kidding. You guys are fabulous (;

It's a Target which I am generally a fan of unfortunately they can seems to figure out they either need more employees or preferably more self-checkout. Given that Black Friday is dead I don't know why they haven't convert at least half the CSR's over. It is not like they’re ever open anyway.!not like they’re ever open anyway!

i’m not on here to bash the place and complain. the store is clean, the workers are extremely helpful, but there’s one thing that makes me not wanna come to this target. nothing i need is ever in stock. i’ve brushed it off the first few times and told myself maybe they just haven’t gotten their shipment yet. but every time i go in there looking for specific items i need that used to be there, aren’t there anymore. i’ve had to drive to farther targets to find what i need.

We always get offered help by employees on the floor and everyone who works here is so kind and attentive. What I REALLY appreciate is that the employees (especially at checkout and Starbucks) hear me encouraging my 5 year old to try to order and/or pay for our stuff so she can get used to how the process of paying for something works and when we do this we are met with extreme patience from the employees. They even smile at her and speak to her during the entire transaction! This has happened with several cashiers and employees and I really appreciate that from them because my intention was to prepare her for when she starts going to school and has to buy lunch when we aren’t there to guide her. Thank you all so much for being the absolute best neighborhood Target we could ever hope for!
