Extremely crowded with product you can’t even walk through several isles. It’s hard to shop with so much stuff every where it makes it unorganized and chaotic. The restrooms area had a disgusting smell and there was some kind of liquid sitting in the water fountain. They were ridiculously dirty. Products were open this store needs a lot of improvement on organizing and cleaning.

I came in to buy dresses for a funeral and was also purchasing some car cleaning sprays. For some reason Tanya the “manager” had bagged them together and had an issue when I got another bag to separate my stuff in. She tried ripping a plastic bag from me while she was supposed to be working and scanning. I’m not sure if she’s on something but the behavior is very irrational and she definitely should not be managing anyone.

Made a purchase. Came to return and they refunded me less than what I paid for the pants because they’re now marked down. How is that even legal!? I should be refunded the exact same amount I paid. Congratulations, Ross, you just lost an entire family of four that shopped frequently at Ross over keeping $7 of my money. Keep it. Adios! Never shop there again! Totally ridiculous.

A cashier couldn't comprehend the request “50$ on one card and the rest on the other” Thus asking if i had 50$ on that card… which obviously i do.Whole transaction went through and wasn’t manually split. She was expecting for my card to ONLY have said amount, which quite frankly isn’t anyone’s business.Store Manager Tanya took over,She voided the transaction which she didn’t say so until i personally asked if it was refunded or…? I wasn’t given the voided receipt as well NOR offered. Just downplayed the situation and continued to back her employee by stating “shes a hard worker” which, is great im not arguing that. But the lack of simple professionalism from both parties was bitter. Now, i have to wait for that moneyTo return which put me in a bind and quite upsetting.

The shelves are full with a good selection of products. The checkout line was long but they were able to get help. I had previously gone about 3 months and the line was too long with just 3 cashiers, so I left.

Nice place. Wife likes to shop here. Long lines deter me. I like the organization found at other stores. However for good deals ross is number one.

Went to this store to return ONE thing which I bought a few days prior, go in and the dang line is wrapped around the store and the cashier tells me I have to wait in that long line to return one thing, why do I have to wait in the purchase line? Where’s the dang return line, apparently at this store and this store only it’s the same line, never have I had to wait in the purchase line to return something at any store or Ross, go to San Marcos or south Austin, this store is a joke with rude employees, it’s obvious they are way under staffed for a reason.

Let me save everyone a peregrination, I don’t recommend shopping here. Every time I go in everything is overly messy and unorganized.. I get that customers are a key component, but I’ve discerned workers walk right past merchandise on the floor. The managers are withal impudent and give poor customer service. I genuinely don’t understand how they’ve earned their positions, it’s laughable at how incompetent they are. I’ve witnessed them yell at regular associates and hesitate to help with anything, which is highly unprofessional. They act like they’re better than their employees when they are just as replaceable. They aren’t running a store here folks, it’s a circus. You’d be better off going to the Kohls or Target next door.

Update:I would say that it my review hasn't changed. They are hiring starting at $12 an hour and we all know an adult cannot live on that. The entire store was swapped around from the last time I was there and I like the new flow of the store .Old review: Ross I suspect really needs to pay their cashiers and employees more. There's pretty much always a line. There an item I wanted to buy that was defective and I'm not sure why they would keep it out on the floor. Overall I think the employees do the best that they can and probably don't get support from corporate.

I love Ross but they never have enough help. The lines are so long because they don't have enough cashiers. If you don't mind waiting then I guess you can wait but if your in a hurry to get in and out go early when they first open. Other than that I can always find what I need. I never leave empty handed.

This a good Ross store. Always enough staff, never wait long in line. Clean. They do run out of items fast! I love to get outfits for our little dog and cat! Cant beat their price for the cute outfits. Overall a good place.

Seriously, a store which doesn’t open its restroom to the public. It’s either you have to hold your pee to get a hold of someone who has the key to its restroom because they always lock it or they’re going to tell you it’s out of order. Shame on this place and its management.

I like to go when I am looking for beautiful, formal and elegant dresses. I find the perfect dress here for my dughter dance. I always used as a last minure resource store for the last minute notice of my teen daughter.

I had a return that I paid with a debit card and a visa gift card. We had issues getting my refund for the visa gift card since I had thrown it away (there was no more money on it). I had 4 ladies helping me and they suggested I call customer service so they could contact the store to fix the issues. Great customer service and they were all so patient.

First of all, I love me a good deal (cheap cheap, gang gang). Ross has that! What I like about this location is that it's clean, the workers don't seem to be dead inside (like so locations I've been to), and loss prevention actually cares. There are always extra sales on top of the low prices which makes it basically free. You can find anything at this Ross, from cute new clothes, to new rugs for your home, or accessories for your car! Go have a look!

I used to like Ross, but this review is based on their arbitrary "return policy". I purchased some chocolates, and I wound up with too much. So, I went to return them. I had the receipt, and after waiting in a very long line (there was no separate line for returns), they tell me I can't return the chocolates. Apparently they don't take returns on food. The problem I have with this is, it's not listed on the return policy, or in the back of your receipt, nor is it listed anywhere near the food. The cashier did not inform me of this either, so I had no way if knowing the food was final sale. For the record, I don't mind buying final sale items, but if something is final sale, it needs to be clearly communicated so people are able to make informed decisions.

This Ross is probably the best one I've gone to. The store is clean and not overly crowded with items. The selection is usually pretty decent as well.The check out line is pretty quick and the staff is friendly (unlike some Ross stores where they look like they hate their life). If going to a Ross I recommend going to this one.

Great place to get decently priced clothes, shoes, house decor, etc... During the pandemic I greatly appreciate that they have taped arrows for how to navigate the isles of clothes safely. You must wear a mask & social distance. I've purchased: suitcases, electronics, bedding, clothing, shoes, sweet treats, belts, ties, etc ... Great place to shop when one has growing kids. I do suggest that you look over anything you buy closely to ensure in good shape.

I would not recommend going here and purchasing items. we were purchasing our items when the manager Dianna charged us 59.98 3 times and we and we left empty handed even after we payed. Do not go to Ross unless you want to bye products 3 times and leave with no items.

Doesn't make sense that you can't bring shoes into the fitting rooms. Yes they have benches next to the racks, but how are you supposed to see how they look on you without the use of a mirror? I also felt like the kids working there just wanted you to get in and get out, and didn't have very good manners. Still, the prices make up for it.

Shooed okay the worker's were nice haut that it role 35 min for the fitting room to open and then had an issue with a security tag left some minor holes about 8 or 9 and then she offered me a 5% discount which I didn't think it was fair because the lady made the holes and I thought it would at least be 10

All good experiences until today. I would give it all stars if the manager was humble. The manager today (male) not sure of his name proceeded to move my shopping cart with my infant in it.He did explain his reasoning “blocking” but he did it after moving the cart I was on the phone with my SIL getting her opinion since I was shopping with my niece (her daughter) while the manger rudely did it. He could have asked me to move it to the designated area that I didn’t even know existed near the fitting room area. The associate that was working in the fitting room didn’t inform us of this area either. We weren’t standing where the fitting room associate was we were by the cart park thing but my cart wasn’t in there.That situation bothered me but I moved on. We found ourselves in the shoe area completely different side of the store. The same manager while again I was on the phone getting opinion on shoes for my niece from my SIL he comes over and says he cannot allow my toddler without shoes in the shoe area mind you she was just innocently trying on adult shoes which of course I always put back in their spot. My mom works at a Ross in Austin so I am mindful of keeping store clean and organized when I shop. I just found it very rude how during my shopping visit he was in my business 2 times honestly at that point I wanted to leave everything I was buying there and walk out with nothing. Personally I feel like he does not have a welcoming environment for families.
