Was very understanding of my dogs’s advanced age, taking care to accommodate his needs, with care and concern. Groomed him just as I wanted. Nothing fancy, just comfortable. I’m very happy, and will come back for his next grooming.

I wasn’t really happy about the situation. I know they were short handed that day but when I got a call only two hours later to let me know my 80 pound golden doodle was ready I thought that was a little weird. When I checked in the gentlemen asked me if he could cut if Woodrow was matted but he said he would call before he did so. I picked up Woodrow half of his tail was shaved off. His body was way shorter than what I said when I checked in. The head looked good. Overall that was the worst haircut my dog has ever had. We had called up there to ask what happened and he said that well he was matted and I had to go that low. I don’t feel like that is correct. My dog has been groomed over a dozen times with his hair longer than what it was when I came in and he’s never been Matted where they needed to shave him that low. I think the guy was just overwhelmed and busy and decided to not even try to brush him out and just shave him. I also got charged for 15 minutes of brushing which is not right at all. I’m just not happy with the grooming experience and I will not be coming back for any of my doodles haircuts

I've had really great experiences here 🙂 I've had a few different people do my dogs nails and he really hates the buffer. One groomer, I think her name was Dulce, did AMAZING with him even though he was not having it 😅 she was super nice and did great. Today, Ondolina did his nails and did amazing!!! He didn't fight with her at all and I'm super happy with the trum, ear clean, and teeth brushing she did. Pretty great service. I have the best luck calling beforehand to make sure they are taking walk ins.

Brittany was great with my mini dachshund Dot. She was very attentive when we arrived and willing to meet our needs. I have never groomed my dog and was hesitant to leave her. However, Brittany has great reviews on Google and decided to choose Brittany. I was not disappointed. She was so kind and comforting to me when I dropped off Dot. I even came back to check on her and didn’t expect her to bring dot out. She definitely went above and beyond and I was satisfied!

Horrible don’t ever take your dog to this place. They cut my little yorkie and then she had to get it closed with surgical glue at the vet. Never in my life has this happened to any of my dogs very upset about this. If you love your dogs go somewhere else. I am never going to this place ever again. They acted like it was no big deal, guess it happens a lot.

Horrendously overpriced. A $55 base grooming charge + $19 in approved add-ons cost me $106.They charged me a "de-matting fee" to shave my dog's tail. Shaving is not de-matting. ($7 of the $19 approved)

Ana did a great job. Ana was well versed in what a Wheaten cut was supposed to look like and did a great job of moving Stella towards that given the short hair she had to work with. We will certainly come back on a regular basis. It's nice to work with someone that truly cares for animals.

They were gentle but took charge which is exactly what my crazy dog needs. He was putty in their hands and they did a great job with his nails. I won't take him anywhere else. Very happy with them.

Patti was the groomer for my mini schnauzer Sophie, and she did an absolutely HORRIBLE grooming!!! I would never recommend Kyle, TX Petco, and I would certainly NEVER recommend Patti as a groomer! She completely chopped her beard so short it looks horrendous! She has long hair patches all over her body and feet, even though she was closely shaven on the majority of her body.

I really love my groomer, Anna. She handles my dog Zorro very well and shows compassion amd love for her job. They need to do something about being interrupted during their grooming appointments with walk-in services which they provide.

Horrible management -they cancel appointments left and right. They advertise walk in services but out of the 5 separate times I tried to utilize walk in services they are always ‘understaffed’. This place needs better management. Customer service is non existent.
