I love Lowe’s in general, but this review is for the curbside pickup. I’ve had this happen twice now where I’ve checked in and am waiting for over thirty minutes for my order to be brought out to me. It wouldn’t be an issue to just go in for it if I didn’t have a car full of little kids, hence the reason for a pickup order.I’d really love to see their check-in process improve (which I realize is a corporate/app issue, not this specific store). On a store level, please pickup your phones so you can be made aware someone is waiting if their check-in didn’t pop up on your end.I will add that the employees are kind and apologetic, even when I’m frustrated at the situation, so thank you for that!

I was shopping for tomato cages in the garden center today and found a deal on some marked $1.28 per cage. When I went to check out they rang up as $3.48 per cage. I complained, pointing out that it was false advertising/misleading. The checkout person on-duty was apologetic and kind... but I may not shop here again should items have incorrect/misleading prices displayed. Just a heads up to would-be future customers on a budget.

Joe, Brando, Zack, and Kimberly these are some of the nicest and patient employees I have had the pleasure to work with. They took the time to ensure that my needs were met and that I had everything I needed. I'm making a 10ft decorative trellis. It's a big project and this locatin is where I have gotten most the materials and something else even more awesome, the best advice and troubleshooting for this project. The advice and suggestions they gave as well as just simply listening to why the project had to be, was something beyond just going to a store. They provided much needed support through their patients and kindness. Thank you for all your time and help!

Took a bit of technical troubleshooting to create the Lowe's account required for a military discount... but all of the associates, from key making to paint mixing, were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back to complete more home projects.

Eileen at the service desk was so so helpful!! I had originally gone to the San Marcos Lowes to rent a truck for the day (i was there at 6am) but apparently they hadnt registered the trucks yet so they couldn't rent it. I panicked because Lowes is first come first serve for their truck rentals, so I booked it to Kyle and luckily Eileen helped me get in and out with a truck!!! I have rented from Lowes before and it always takes SO LONG due to trying to find a manager but NOPE not with Eileen! She showed up right away and got me out of there within 10 minutes!!! Thank you Eileen, you are AWESOME!

On a recent visit to Lowes I found that if you are looking to do some shopping without interference from pushy store staff then Lowes is the place. Most everything I was looking for I found at Lowes and even some things I wasn't looking for. Unfortunately, I didn't find the tool chest I was hoping to purchase, it seems Lowes is only carrying Craftsman tool boxes and no longer carry their trademark blue Lowes tool boxes. Overall, Lowes is a good place to find just about anything for your household repairs or remodeling.

We needed some lumber:specifically cedar 2 x 4.The young man who cut it for us, was very friendly, and helped us carry it to the checkout.We always have a pretty good experience at this location. And of course they are dog friendly.

La Toya in appliances was wonderful in helping me find the right filter for my refrigerator. I would give her10 stars if possible. However Kyle in gardening was very dismissive and not helpful at all. All I needed was a spark plug for my lawnmower. I had the model number for the mower but was told they didn't carry that brand anymore. I asked him if he could help me convert it. He said no the only recourse I have is to bring it in.

Ordered 3 window shades. Good experience with person who did measurements and installation. Next ordered bathroom vanity, picked up next day. Crew to install found major damage. Replaced, but even though I was told 1 was in stock, employees couldn't find in store. Had to get one from another store. Caused 4 day delay with bathroom project.

Went in looking to add to my Ryobi electric tool collection. Realize they do not carry that brand. Went to Home Depot and did find several new items to add to my rechargeable tool collection. Really liked all those back in CORPUS but have to say the Home Depot in Kyle seems to be better to me than the Lowe’s in Kyle

True rating: 0 starsDo yourself a favor and don't buy a fridge from LOWES! Go to Home Depot and save yourself the time!!! We purchased our fridge at the Lowes in San Marcos on 11/20 and had the fridge delivered from the Kyle location on 11/24. Once the fridge was dropped off I noticed a number of scratches on the front of the fridge. If I'm buying a fridge for 2,000 it needs to be perfection especially since it's our first big purchase in our new home with a newborn. Well since the drop off of the fridge we have had a number of calls to both the San Marcos store and Kyle store that BOTH claim that they cannot pick up the fridge due to it bought at one store and dropped off from another store. And the calls we have made to both department stores has been a pain in the butt!! No one has ever called us back in the "24 hours" that they claim and no one has had a solution from the department store or warehouse. The best part is when I did get into contact with the warehouse department one employee said "well things get lost around here all the time I don't know when we will have another fridge" that's exactly what I want to hear as a customer. Or my favorite excuse "well let me see what's going on they will call you in 24 hours" what a joke because they never call! It has been over a month and this fridge is staring at me with the plastic wrap on it. The employees have told me I could use the fridge... ha like I'm going to fall for that next thing you know they'll tell me I can't exchange it because we've used it. Absolutely not this fridge will look the same like when they dropped it off. All I want is a replacement fridge for the one that we have currently. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the most frustrating part is not utilizing it for my infants food, milk etc. Don't spend your money here!!!!

You really need to hire people that want to work Not one that just want to show up for a paycheck. Try to get 2 things cut there twice now and everybody says we can't do it. We're not allowed to do it. Then why have the equipment there to cut glass and Lumber.

I live in Kyle so this Lowe’s is the closest to me. I’m sorry but this store has so many rude and lazy employees here. No one has not one smile on their face nor has any kind of customer service. It’s sad to be around this kind of environment. Whatever happened to welcoming faces?

I met with the Store Mgr and some of his staff today at the Kyle location, and was very impressed with their service, availability of Roofing shingles and colors, and willingness to go the extra mile to help me on my orders! I'm very excited! Highly recommend!

This specific Lowes in Kyle TX has a staff that creates a positive ambiance that has plenty of knowledge and helps as if they are family. They always have a plethora of stock and can always order to the warehouse or to your address. We come here for all our needs, stemming from major renovations to a simple cleaning solution refil. We just got our secondary story of the house laid with Pergo wood laminate with their help! Last but not least, they offer veteran discount that show their appreciation for us retired military.

It’s funny getting followed all the time but I don’t mind the conversation practice, if y’all have time to pay people to chat that’s fine.Trying to navigate the wall with the screws/bolts etc is not possible some times since there don’t seem to be permanent tags, and bags get switched often enough there’s no way a regular person can keep that organized unless it’s the only thing they do all day.

Had curbside order pickup through app. Never showed. Called store. No answer from curbside pickup. Then they want to know my order number. Check the computer nimrod. This technology thing beyond employees at Lowe's. Manager doesnt care.Ended up gping into store and being ignored by employees standing around. Also took a picture of unsafe Conditions that could have caused serious fall injury. Nobody cared. Sad.Don't recommend curbsode or pickup. Stand in ridiculously long lines to checkput in unsafe covid super spreader store instead.

My husband and I were in the outside garden this morning getting pavers. We had a wonderful blond woman help us (I forgot to get her name). She was great, offered to load the 16-16x16 pavers off the pallet directly into the truck. She and the forklift driver did it. Great Customer Service!!

This Lowe's, like every Lowe's, is *fine*. They have everything, but service leaves something to be desired. That isn't to say employees at this, or any Lowe's are dropping the ball (everyone is as helpful as they can be), but that a national chain like Lowe's simply can't provide the help I need or the quality I want. If you have a local hardware store, nursery, or home improvement store near you, it's always better than Lowe's, but unfortunately Lowe's (and other national chains) has pushed other, better hardware and home improvement stores out. If you know a local store, go there but Lowe's is *fine* in a pinch.

Lowe's has gone down hill. The military discount is only on a few items, you have to have an account to get it, after I put it on my driver's license like they required before. There's no help to speak of and most of the time all the registers are closed, except for the self check out and one at the far end!!! All the others were closed and during the holidays!Nothing but a bunch of kids, who don't know anything. I little spent 5 minutes trying to explain what a 'sawhorse' was.When I asked where sawhorse's were, he sent me to tools. When I didn't see them I went back and asked him again and he said well they should be by the saws. OMGTrain them please! Most of these kids are hanging out and telling jokes amongst themselves and not a manager in sight!When they didn't have the shop light, that they had on display...ugh! After spending 30 minutes trying to get someone that knew what was going on, I left and went down the street to home depot. Which was packed by the way. Walked in, ask for help received help immediately found the three shop lights and bought them. Sorry Lowe's, you suck these days. This is the third time this has happened in the past couple of weeks I won't be returning. I will drive the extra 2 miles and deal with the crowds at Home Depot.

Ordered a washer and dryer from here. The items never came on the day they were supposed to be delivered. The rescheduled a second date for delivery and again they never showed up. Horrible taking two days off of work waiting around all day and they never came. Was compensated slightly. The manager at the store was the only one to help me. They seem to be desperately short staffed, next to impossible to find staff in the store. Overall the store is ok. Had blinds installed by them and those came out great, although the technician left blue marks from the boxes all over my white walls. 3/5 only because the manager was great. I believe his name is Daniel.

Ok so first you’re going to have me pay $55 for a garden hose. Then you’re going to make everyone self checkout because they have no registers open. So I’ve come to pay more to get less and I have to check myself out with my little child.Meanwhile you have dozens of employees walking all around the store but the lady at self checkout said there no manned checkout stations because people call in sick and cashiers have to be trained.How about you train some of those people walking around doing nothing! VERY INCONVENIENT. I complained to 2 employees and both ignored me completely. I told them it was an inconvenience to the customers and they both ignored me and helped other people. Very disappointing.Also the bathrooms are DISGUSTING 🤢 Every toilet has visible poop on it. Very disgusting. Please try to avoid taking your small child in there. Wow, very ick! Disappointed in their management they clearly are doing nothing and no where to be found from the looks of it.Many places have gone downhill and customer service is a thing of the past. The only bright point why I didn’t give this a 1-star was that employee Tim was very pleasant and made eye contact and smiled each time we passed him. Promote that guy!Hey Lowe’s do better!

They had quite a few air conditioner window units at this store - Buda - compared to other locations even the other big warehouse stores. Also had a nice young man (from appliances) help me with a unit: from finding a flat bed dolly, lifting & loading a unit to the dolly, ringing it up for purchase then loading it in my car. Now that's service!

Went in for a washer machine. Found one we liked, they have many to choose from with a nice set up. Only thing i would change is to have them at least plugged in to see the displays lit up. The gentleman who assisted us was great! He was personable and knowledgeable, he deserves a raise! We got set up for delivery and everything happened as it should, perfectly. I would recommend others to buy from Lowe’s and the third party delivery was 5 star as well. Only thing i would change is that they put on shoe covers when they come in. If this is your preference maybe have some to provide just in case. But they were moving a large appliance up and down stairs shoe covers may not be safe, so maybe plan on mopping afterwards (not that they left things dirty but I’m a germaphobe) Also, be ready to clean the area between a switchout.Great job Lowe’s, I’m impressed.

Well organized store,but terrible customer service. I was trying to buy a kobalt cordless impact driver and was unable to. Asked an employee in the pro section to call for an associate to unlock the cage for the power tool. Waited for 30 mins and no one ever came to open it. Left frustrated no one came to help.
