The older woman with glasses and dark hair working the customer service counter made a comment when I came to pick up my SELF SERVICE ORDER. She said “CAN’T GET NOTHING DONE AROUND HERE” with an attitude. My experience was unpleasant the employees here are usually nice.

I went into the store as it appears to be an Amazon return merchandise site. It’s actually very convenient. You can go on Amazon, process a return, and then take it to Kohl’s where they will print you a receipt and return the merchandise for you. You don’t even have to repackage it! The store itself has quite a bit of merchandise, mostly clothes, but some other household items as well. Probably need to come back and shop here sometime in the near future. Really liked their small little carts on wheels sort of like a luggage carrier. See picture added.

I had an excellent experience @ Kohl's in Kyle,Tx yesterday. An associate, Glynda, saved me almost $50 on my purchases by helping me apply for a Kohl's credit card. I love all the pants and tops I bought ....great selection! Thanks for a clean and friendly store!! ❤

As soon as I walked into Kohl’s, I felt a positive vibe right away. Associates were very friendly very helpful store was so organizing clean I like to stress out and give a hi-fi to associate Patricia that was working the cash register when I was purchasing my items she was so friendly and helpful. I have trouble seeing she help me through the whole process step-by-step. I hope her manager will acknowledge her an award her wish what Kohl’s provides to the employees. Amazon drop-off was quick and easy. The lady helped us pack and label the box. Highly recommend if you need to return Amazon items. Customer service was really good.Checkout counter for Kohl's had 2 registers open.

I had never been to a Kohls before but now I am big fan because if you find the brands you like, you can really rack up rewards and get some great kohls cash and bargain shopping. The staff is so nice. The location is perfect. The parking is ideal. They allow you to return no problem. They do a great curbside or self pick up service. They have a great staff and fantastic customer service. They have military Monday discounts and so many sales! I also like that they let you request hangers. So many places don’t. I really like this store now. I’m do pleased either way my experiences here. Last of all they allow for Amazon drop off without a box! Yay!!! And they have a Sephora Woot! Woot!!!

I was very happy to find several pleasant options of clothing at a very good price and even more pleased at checkout when Glynda helped me receive an even bigger discount on my purchase. Thank you Kohl's and thank you Glynda for providing me with what I consider stylish apparel at a price which allows me to also have some saved currency in the pockets. A definite win\win!!!

This Kohl's store is okay, I debated on 3 or 4 stars. It seems like they don't have very many employees. The last time I went in there were about 10 people in line and 2 people checking customers out.

This was the worst shopping experience I've had in a long time. The cashier argued about sale prices even after I walked back twice and took pictures. I got mad and she smirked and giggled. I will never go there again.

I had been going to this Kohl's location for my Amazon returns. They always give you a 20% off coupon when you return something or 35% off if you open a Kohls credit card. I was needing some shoes and looked online. I saw a pair I liked and figured the extra 20% off would make them almost the same price as you can get them at Sporting Goods store that is also in Kyle.First of all, they have gotten rid of the check out stand on the right side of the store, which is silly. Even when there is not very much traffic, you still have to wait in line to be checked out. I go over to the shoe department and it is picked over. I find a few different shoes in my size. I open one box and it's empty. I open another and there is one shoe in the box and the other is no where to be found. The shoe department could have been stocked a tad bit better. There was an attempt to try and pul all the shoes that are similar. The problem is the shoes were all mixed together, which made it harder to find what you were looking for. I find my size and the wide width I needed. I go up and stand in line. The young girl working the register tells me flat out that my 20% off coupon will not work. I tell her that I read the fine print and it did not say anywhere that the coupon would not work with the brand I was looking for. I explained I did this before wasting my time coming in to buy shoes. She tries ringing me up and the coupon will not take. The shoes rang up the wrong price to begin with. They were on sale on the Kohl's website and I had the Kohl's app open to make sure I grabbed the right ones. She could have tried to have a manager override it and allow me to use the coupon, but only told me that I would be unable to use it. That is very weird because my kid worked at a Department store and he was able to give discounts without any problems, especially if you were a Military Veteran, which I am. I told her I was going to pass and left my coupon. She asked me if I wanted it and told her she could throw it away since I would not be able to use it on anything else anyway because I am sure I would pick something else that was not on "the list". What is even MORE ironic is I went over to the Sporting Good's store, found the exact same shoes that were much cheaper and bought them without any issues. Sorry Kohl's, I will stick to another store that is better stocked and will not give me grief if I try to use a coupon code or a physical coupon.

I always enjoy shopping at Kohls. I recieved some coupons in the mail, and once applied saved $442.00!!!! Christmas stuff was actually already marked down, so there was some great savings on that too! Our cashier was really sweet! Always enjoy shopping at Kohls.

Im surprised that this location is still even open as I rarely see any customers purchase anything, and most of the time, it's just people doing returns or for Amazon. There are barely any employees on the sales floor, and the store is a mess with clothes every no organization 7 years ago it used to be clean filled with people like what happened? I know Kohls isn't a great place to work at, but even the bad jobs have people in them.

The sale happening the day I went was fantastic! I was able to buy for my grandchildren. Abby store manager was at the register, she's an amazing caring individual. She has helped save my account, several times September, October & just last week, called on our behalf to attempt to rectify a wrong on my daughter's account. Frustrated I couldn't begin to tell you I was on the verge of canceling my account because of what was happening to my daughter's. That's where Abby came through for us. Thank you

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in retail! I ordered a dinnerware set at Kohls website and when it arrived I noticed the box did not say anything about the item being fragile. Once opened I noticed the set was broken, just finished speaking to someone online just to tell me theres no exchanges just to return it back and order again but won’t get the Black Friday deal anymore. Was it my fault it arrived broken? She was rude and definitely bad customer service. Be careful ordering online from kohls stores, very disappointing.

Very disorganized and disappointing. Poor signage. We used to go there all the time and it was great, but it just keeps getting worse. Every time I go there now, I remember why I stopped going there. There sale and pricing signs aren’t even for items they are displaying, and they list sale prices with coupon, but you have to go through Amazon and get another app to access the coupons. Just not worth it! Save your money, save your time, save your sanity, find a different store.

Poor management and understaffing at this store is very evident. I have never seen a floor manager work harder at not working. Instead of helping the checkout line she found “busy” work to take up her time. She needs to find another job. Kohls has list me as a customer forever.

such a nice and clean store! i went to the kohls in sunset valley and it was a mess!! piles of clothes everywhere. but not this store. the kohls in kyle is so neat and organized with such kind staff. had a very pleasant visit. will be back soon.
