We went to the drive thru for the grand opening on 08/12/22! The line was moving pretty fast considering the long line. My drink was delicious I got the cookie dough blended drink and my son got the Iced Gummy Bear Lemonade. Bruno my pup got a super fancy pup cup. The muffin top was good but there is nothing like a freshly baked muffin top.All the staff was super friendly! Make sure you download the app.I'm so excited to have a DB in the neighborhood.I highly recommend!

love their coffee and the staff is very friendly.only reason for the four star is tipping culture is getting out of hand. Im getting coffee at a drive through and if i want to tip then i will but asking for a tip through the tablet every single time is just a little bit over the top.They absolutely any extra money (pay raise) but the tip thing just gets to me. Thats just me though.

Poor line management, terribly frustrating experience. A car cut the line in front of us after we’d been waiting 20+ minutes. We said something to the order taker, who simply took the cutter’s order and moved her along… no justice. Great place if you want to come skip the line, apparently nobody cares. Also, line was very slow… ironically, I wouldn’t have had time to write this one star review had I not spent so much time in line.

I love Dutch bros but this was my first bad experience at this location, I have no idea why our drinks were doubled cupped but one of the drinks wasnt sealed right so when I took a sip out of it the whole thing spilled on me and my seat luckily it wasn't to hot. And my other drink wasn't hot at all

Similar to many others here, the line management is poor and the wait is looong. They have a unlabeled “3rd lane” which is just the lane next to the the two clearly labeled and solid white lined double lane for the drive through. It’s frustrating because it’s not labeled at all and so the lines don’t form in it. People pull up and cut the loooong line, because yes they do indeed take much longer than other locations, and then you’re just mad because no one likes to be cut when you’re patiently waiting your turn. As I write and edit this review I’m still in line waiting. They need to cleanly label the “3rd lane” because in this visit only one person used it and cut the super long lines. This is an essential part of their customer experience so it’s very disappointing.

As a first time visitor , Love and Bethany made my visit so wonderful!After explaining to Love it was my first Time here and asking for recommendations, she made me one of the best coffee’s.It was nice to see her excitement when she was asked her opinion, and her didn’t rush to the first basic drink on their menu!Bethany at the check out was extremely smiley and helped check out with bubby conversation.Definitely will be coming back for the good coffee and great customer service!Love’s recommendation:LargeLight iceMocha flap Jack with sweet cream foam . 😮‍💨🤤

I stopped going to Dutch. Ordering system is archaic & points I earn drop of faster than I can use them. They want you to go constantly im order to benefit but if Im always going Im spending way more than Im getting. Hence reward system is poor at best. Also can you turn the bad music up louder when I'm in line? I just hate listening to my own music I actually like.Edit: ordering system is still trash, so when I went for my BDay drink and 10 cars are there. I miss my free drink.

I have been to a lot of Dutch bros location, but the staff here was very friendly. I was in a horrible mood as I drove up but thanks for the friendliness of the staff I left at ease. I was also traveling so they cheered up the rest of my trip.

Expensive. Good coffee drinks, friendly staff, but the drive through ordering experience leaves alot to be desired. The third lane is the emptiest and slowest, lane. Seems to get forgotten. Cars are not handled in the order they arrive. We sat in the drive for 25 minutes today and had wrong drinks brought to the car 3 times in that span.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST LOCATION I’VE EVER BEEN TO! 5 stars honestly isn’t enough. My partner and I go to this location almost daily on our way to work. Even when there’s a long line in the morning, they move quickly and always have a smile on their face. The owner is incredible and always remembers our faces, as do many members of staff. This week has been really tough because my partner was laid off. When I showed up this morning one of the amazing team members asked where he was. I told her what was going on and they gave me my drink on the house. I cried all the way to work feeling so grateful and truly touched. This location is the absolute best and this act of sweetness made my entire day more than y’all could ever know. Keep being the best Dutch in town and the best team! Y’all are INCREDIBLE!

Whoever was working drive thru July 3rd between 9 and 10 am, they are absolutely amazing and I just want to say thank you! They are the employee that companies want and should hold on to! What started off as a bad morning turned into a much better day after leaving the drive thru for the second time in 30 minutes lol (thanks to my 2 year old). I will be a frequent returning costumer because of them!
