I usually don’t shop at this dollar tree but I stopped by today 2/9/24 and it was super busy. As soon as I walked in the door the cashier at the front stood out for having such exemplary presence. He greeted an employee that was coming in and acknowledged all his customers while delivering excellent customer service. His name is Patrick, he was absolutely outstanding and he deserves to be recognized for his customer service and professionalism with each one of us. Thank you for being an excellent employee and a great person!

The dollar tree store is what we expect for the price we pay. It's convenient and a nice little selection of little holiday activities for kids. The line want bad, but I honestly have to say. In my many many years of being here on this earth, unfortunately I STILL get racism at its best. Michelle, I disliked your presence the moment I stepped up to you. I can't understand why you work in a minimum wage job and treat people, well, maybe people my color like we don't belong. Like you are above us. Remember, you're truly not. Because of all the amazing people who walk through that door, no matter their color has given you a job to continue to work, and for that, you should be more thankful and thoughtful. You didn't even look at me. No eye contact whatsoever. You looked and chatted with the man before and after me, and even greeted him, but said nothing to me. A part of me wanted to confront you in person, but what better way to confront you than publicly sharing racism doesn't belong in this world anymore. Your attitude is a shame and I hope you learn to change. Change is good.Dollar tree in Kyle, please teach your staff to be more welcoming.p.s. I love your holiday stock pile

I give it 5 stars because the store is currently clean. They are ready for valentines ❤️. They have plenty of balloons ready to grab and go. So you don’t have wait for your balloons to be filled up. Oh, got some Godiva chocolates for 1.00.

This was a very bad experience as we stood in line got to the possession of next to be checked out when the cashier walked away to blow up a half dozen balloons. The second cashier waved the 4 people behind me over to her register. We continue to wait, we then join the line of still five in the second line. We get checked out finely... she is still trying to help these people make up their mind as her register line grows long again.If you do not have time for a long wait do not use this store!

I usually love Dollar Tree for the great prices. Today it was pretty disorganized and picked over, I guess due to the black Friday sales in the shopping center and the holiday season. But I got a couple of Christmas cards for a dollar and a nice crossword puzzle mag. I always find something.

I love Dollar Tree. I was looking for something to help update my coffee station. Found these vases and jars at DT. Added candle holders (also from DT) to the bottom to fancy them up a bit. Coffee mugs and coffee mat from there as well

Today I went there, and there was the.. I forgot what position he holds, like a lead or maybe a supervisor. Idk, but the guys name is Kent. And my girl and I saw just how hard he was busting his butt, taking charge, working fast.. and had a GREAT customer service attitude, knowing that he was running the entire store practically all by himself!! Kent.. idk if you’ll see this, idk if you’ll read this.. I’m the customer that told you you’re doing a great job and to have a blessed day. And he told me he’s one of the few that actually CARES about his store. If corporate sees this, if Kent sees this, if any of y’all had service with Kent I would HIGHLY leave a review for him. Because tbh, he’s one of the very few workers that actually care for their jobs, at least from what I’ve seen. Kent, I hope you still have a blessed day man, and may God keep blessing you further and further in life. Stay safe man!!🙏🏽

There was an older gentleman working the register that was friendly, helpful, & kind. I found all the things I needed for the day & pleased to pay for items not at inflation rates. I've been to Walmart, Target, and HEB looking for composition books and finally found found them here. Thank goodness as that's all I had left to buy for my kids supplies.

This place is hit or miss. There is usually only one lane open. The store looks like a bomb went off in it and is picked over. There is usually another person who is trying to stock shelves as fast as possible and the store manager is either hiding in their office or standing there in the corner clueless. There are times when the line starts going towards the back where they will open a second checking out line.The times I have been there, I have seen pallets of stuff blocking the isles that still needed to be stocked.If you go in knowing what you are shopping for, you can find some good ideas on Energy drinks, Flavored water, snacks and paper plates. Some of the cleaners are ok. I would suggest the folks working there work harder to restock this place and get some sort of plan to help direct customer traffic. The manager either needs to pick up the slack or be replaced. It is very frustrating seeing them just sitting doing nothing.

You can tell there’s constant turn over in management, the store is like a tornado has blown through, it’s been like that for at least two months, the floors are covered in boxes filled with product, the storeroom doors left wide open so that customers can see more boxes from floor to ceiling if OSHA ever came into that store they would shut them down. Shelves are empty or product for the empty space has unopened boxes shoved onto them. Truly an embarrassment. The staff that’s there look sad, but who wouldn’t be, coming into a store like that with stuff everywhere it’s so overwhelming.

Great deals, not so great service. Dollar Tree sticks to its name, everything is a dollar (or less). They even have a small refrigerated section where you can get limited food options. Checkout is forever slow as molasses in January. It's frustrating when only one line is open and someone is buying balloons which takes extra time to inflate. But it's hard to complain when such good deals exist.

Went to look at Halloween stuff, they had some things the kids like, and got them water bottles for school. They even had 2 painters there with their respirators but they sadly had no paint. Checkout was quick and the store was clean.

I'm super excited for the turnaround for this Dollar Tree. I can't wait to see what else they have to offer. Just a quick FYI, they now offer bulk sizes in certain brands. You have to check them out.

Although I love shopping there the line is always to long and yet I see several other employees. I didn’t find the item I was looking for although I’ve bought the item there before.Overall, I still like buying there for my craft items.

I am a Dollar Tree fan, there are quite a few items that I really don't want to pay a lot for-either because they are 'disposable' items, or because I am temporarily bitten by the crafting bug.This location is on the smaller side of the chain's stores, but does carry a pretty consistent inventory along with seasonal knick knacks. There isn't a frozen section at this location, but they do have 2 to 3 aisles of food items-if you consider candy food. Everything from canned veggies, to pasta to off-brand sodas & a basic section of condiments & seasonings.The rest of the store breaks down pretty similar to your average pharmacy shopping setup-bath & beauty, craft & 'art' supplies, special occasion, toys & basic household items. As indicated by the name, everything in the store is $1, which can be a great deal, but if you're not careful you can easily end up paying a lot more for items that usually cost a few cents.This location is clean, well stocked & employees friendly & helpful if you happen upon one other than the lone cashier. That is the big downside to this location-I don't think I have ever seen more than one cashier at a time. When everything is a $1, shopping baskets can get pretty full & check out lines can get pretty long...

It's a bit unorganized and things are thrown all over the place. Unfortunately that's the customers' most times but the staff seems like they're tired and ready to go. Overall a good place to get cheap single-use items for parties or gifts etc.

Yestetday: A sign on the entrance door said,DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT A MASK.The checkout employee (Marcus) refuses to wear a mask. When I asked where his mask was, he said "I HAVE FAITH IN MY IMMUNE . SYSTEM. Very ignorant statement.Dollar tree should educate their employees better. The manager ( wearing her mask) said she actually does not have the authority to regulate who wears a mask or not andthat she put the sign on the door that was sent to her.I'll never go to that store again.It's not worth purchasing doggie poo bags for a dollar and taking the chance of getting sick.I work with seniors and have a responsibility to protect myself and my private senior clients.I will be contacting the corporate office the CEO and the Hays county health department.3 days later..June 26th, 2020It is now mandatory for ALL EMPLOYEES WEAR A MASK..THANK YOU CORPORATE.

I went to the Dollar Tree in Kyle today and the ENTIRE store was a disgusting mess. The aisles were filthy and the shelves were a wreck. It looked like someone had ransacked the store. I will never walk in here again too spend my money. Very disappointed!!
