Friday night November 3rd,The closing manager/ closing employee (not sure what her role was) was telling another employee "tell everyone to get out and don't be nice about it" we were grabbing our items as shes yelling at everyone in the store to get out. as we got to the register she said "im not in the mood and ill throw hands with everyone in here" she also yelled at the young guys waiting in line behind us. As we're checking out she said "im ready to get out of here and get drunk". This was probably by far the worst employee ive ever came across. Smh.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Didn't have the disinfectant I was looking for but we got some cool unicorn items and some crafts things too. Great selection on the craft items as well. We will be back in the next week for sure. Also found some cool car toy for my son.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The two girls in there working, were sitting there talking to each other while I am waiting to be checked out, they seen me a few time and continue to talk and finish their conversation before one of them came to help me. But we’re ready to go and then when she was checking me out, did not even say anything she was really rude. Won’t be shopping there again

If y'all don't open at 8 am change the time on the website. People hate to drive far to a store that really opens at 9 am...

There was a wonderful employee but the name of Lisa at the Dollar Tree on FM 150 in Kyle, Tx. We were coming from New Braunfels and looking for a certain product. We had called several other Dollar Trees coming this way only to be brushed off, put on hold for over 15 minutes and simply made to feel as though we were bother. It was a completely difference experience with her. She was friendly on the phone and in person. She went above and beyond in the way she serves her customers. Thank you Lisa, you were a blessing today!

The staff is incredibly nice but they are working in a 100F°+ store because their air conditioning isn't working. This is such a medical emergency in the working. Corporate office needs to get them a new Air Conditioning unit/system ASAP, this is ridiculous working conditions DO BETTER Corporate....Your staff deserves a safe working environment! They are showing up to work, the least you can do is offer a properly temperature controlled building.

This location is wonderful…however, corporate needs to fix the A/C for the health and safety of their employees! We are in Texas where temperatures indoors and outdoors can easily exceed 100 degrees. Customers will be deterred from going to this location and it could potentially close due to no A/C. Please show that you care for your workers who show up and work hard by giving them working A/C!

After having the worst experience at the other Dollar Tree in town this Dollar tree saves the day. The employees are nice and pleasant. The store is clean and very organized. An employee opened a case for me without hesitation and I appreciate that. I will definitely be shopping at this location moving forward!

After driving around in the heat looking for an item I decided to call. Every location I called was rude or didn’t answer until … I got Lisa. Super helpful and I heard her taking care of the customers in store while I was hold for her to check on something for me and she was so polite and took care of all of us! So Lisa definitely deserves a raise!

The nicest dollar tree in the area, by far. The employees are normal, and not crazy like at other dollar trees. They are helpful and pleasant. It almost feels like a hallmark store, everything is so clean.

Store was filthy. Hadn't been swept or mopped since opened apparently. Will never set foot back in that store. All other stores are clean and mostly neat depending on stocking. Then boxes stacked up and out of way of customers.

Phone number does not work. I spoke with a store employee and they said that the issue was brought up to upper management (i.e. regional/district manager and/or corporate) a while back but has not been corrected. Total lack of competency by upper levels of management.
