Please do not visit this place, all the staff are very rude and do not want to help you... I was going to make a purchase and the way they treat you is so ugly I decided to leave everything and visit family dollar. The staff is much better and friendlier. It is my third time visiting this place and I find the same lady in a bad mood and being rude to more people

They don't really like customers and do not communicate often. The shelves say this price & ring up .50 to a 1.00 higher.. NO IT DOESN'T TAKE IT OFF AT THE END.. I purchased Bordens Cheese Triple Cheddar Cheese (new item) it said, exp date Jun 9 2022. Got home and found out it was molded on the inside. Tried several times to call store & kept hanging up on me after several rings. Now staying busy. DONT RISK YOU LIFE ON SPOILED FOOD. z

Every time I purchase things at this store I get charged more then the price on shelf . Store is dirty and unstocked lots of empty shelves. Merchandise sitting on carts in the middle of isles.poor customer service.

I love the process and it's super convenient I just hate that it's ALWAYS a mess and the belt never works there's always only one cashier. And the poor employee can't clean up because they can't get away from the registrar. Always stuff on the floor

The person I think is the manager gives very bad service, she is always talking on the phone and makes people wait a long time, she goes to the bathroom and stops attending to people and we have to wait a long time for me personally and I have waited more than 20 minutes for her to take care of me and on that occasion people left and left their things, then she comes out talking on the phone and in a very bad way takes care of you.

I love the Dollar General. They always have cheap home decor that's really cute. They have groceries, pet supplies (great prices on bones for dogs), dollar cards from Hallmark, and more. perfect for when you don't want to go stand in the lines at the grocery store and just need a few items. They have a great app where you can click coupons and it really saves you a lot of money. There's one where you can get $5 off on Saturday if you spend 20 bucks. Totally worth it.

Terrible just terrible, I’m not the one to usually go and post a bad review but today I had it . I went to buy some things and had very little time as I was running late and I understand when there is a line and the employee can’t do anything about it but when there’s ten people in line and the employees at the register is talking on the phone, not even a business call that just pisses me off and better yet they said “give me a min “and had the audacity to go look at some jewelry that some random lady was selling to them while I was waiting in line

Not best, not worst. Not a huge inventory. Employees are more concerned about chatting amongst themselves that doing their jobs. Act like customes are an inconvenience if they ask a question. It's a tough job but I know they can do better.

Kinda messy usually. I waited at the counter for almost 7 minutes before, while there was two people in the room behind the counter....I'm assuming they are short staffed, but there isn't a good excuse for making someone wait that long. Also seen them have their kid there. Not professional to bring a kid to work and try to work, seems distracting. Staff seem nice tho.

Great store and great prices (haha)! Everything is $1 and you will be surprised what you find there. I have found some items that were normally way higher than $1. Like Mucinex in generic form (15 in a bottle) and the same exact active ingredients. Mucinex usually cost @$10 a box so I stock up here. Oh and the staff is pretty friendly and always helpful. The manager was very kind to my daughter when asking an odd (kid like) question, she responded kindly and informatively. Go check it out

I only went to this Dollar General because it has a Redbox and I didn't feel like going into HEB. The store is dirty (inside and out), you hardly have any room to walk around even if you don't have a shopping cart. When you're checking out at the register the staff acts like you aren't standing right in front of them listening to EVERYTHING they are talking about. Seriously I don't want to know how many guys the two of you are dating right now. Terrible service. The one on 150 is a thousand times better.

There's always stuff laying in the aisles it's hard to maneuver your cart especially with a toddler staffed always friendly however they need to get the stuff out of the aisles and onto the shelves

No line , for snowpocalypse 2021 . but might set your hopes a little lower than normal ... No water as of 02/18/21most of the cold goods are gone ,dry goods still in stock , no breadsrunning low on chipsSuprisingly beer is still in stock ... so if you want to stay warm and Lit , go on and get you some !!!!!

I used to be a daily customer considering I live right down the road. I was excited when DG first opened out here. It's one of my favorite stores.Employees have lost all respect for customers and are becoming confrontational almost as a gang banding together thinking everyone is trying to steal and rip them off.The other day I was shocked and appalled because I was asked to empty my pockets because the employee "thought" he saw me place something in my pocket which I did MY CAR KEYS!Embarrassed and humiliated I kept my composure purchase my items and walked out.Not to mention stuff is thrown everywhere and items are never on these shells instead in boxes blocking the Isles ALWAYS!Get it together DG and I shall return.

Don’t do in store pickups from here, they always cancel even though they have the items in stock. Also they hang up on you when you call to ask questions and then won’t answer your phone call again

On the website, it clearly states that It closes at 11:00pm , on oct23, but when I showed up at 10:40,it was a ghost town, no hard feelings, I'll just wait right here until they open up in morning!!!

I was looking for necco candy and this store had a full box. The store was a bit in disarray but it was just days before Christmas. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Always a line. And they NEVER greet you at the door. NEVER see the associates in a mask. And none of the never know where anything is when you ask about product. Plus they do not have black hair care products like all other DG Stores

Service here sucks! When I was done shopping the cashier MICHELLE was no where to be found. I waited for about 8 min and she finally came out of the room and was very rude to me.

Great 4 a quick stop...has some groc./some clothes/household goods even over the counter meds...toys & seasonal items.
