Great Mexican Eats! I designed my own combo of enchiladas and crispy beef taco with rice and beans. Delicious fresh ingredients. Like homemade, small kitchen, mama’s cooking. Hot from the oven chips and salsa too. Yummy! Excellent service by a smiling attentive waitress. Our new go to place when we are traveling through the small town of Kosse.

Horrible. Beef Fajita Steak was 100 percent gristle. Like chewing on a slug. Hot sauce tasted like a salt block for cattle. Queso was watery Velveeta. Rice tasted like Uncle Bens. It's definitely not authentic. It's absolutely horrible. I'd rather eat out of the trash can than eat here. First and last time. I love how when I add pictures and videos as proof, they don't get published on Google.

Food is always amazing and very reasonably pricedPrices have gone up a little bit since my last visit but still very fair price and excellent food. They have also changed their queso recipe. It has a sharper flavor to it. I will still continue to eat here every chance I getParking: The concrete parking lot is pretty small but they have a gravel parking area also that allows people with trailers to be able to access them.

Took a road trip and passed by this restaurant along the way. Boy were we glad we did. The food was awesome, authentic Mexican food all the way. We had the gorditas, one of each meat and they were cooked to perfection. Service and friendliness was a big plus. Will plan another road trip just for this food.

Amazing food and amazing people. My son and I are biking across the country and John let us camp out in their backyard. Hooked us up with amazing tacos in the morning. They are so generous and most importantly their food is outstanding!

Our 1st visit was wonderful. The server suggested the tacos with choose your meat. My husband had the Pastor, I had the Carnitas. Both were superb! Staff is very attentive and nice. The Salsa is also fabulous. We will definetly visit again.

2019 edit:Despite being a decent place to eat the incredibly limited hours of operation have led me to adjust my review score. There's also been a small but noticeable drop in Food quality over the years. I fear complacency and lack of competition is leading their quality control astray.Kasa Kosse is the town's newest food offering. A new permanent establishment by the couple that ran our long existing taco truck. Kasa falls into two sets of categories depending on what you want from them. Their tacos are as always exceptional and very affordable. Their new additions since the change from truck to restaurant do have its hiccups.Sadly their enchiladas are extremely lacking. Flavor is simplistic and uninspired. Given the high quality of flavor their tacos offer its confusing that their other offerings seem to lack the same level of attention. My wife and I almost exclusively get their chicken quesadillas. A fantastic assortment of spice and flavor these gems are insanely affordable and a joy to devour.This place has me at odds on how to rate it. I feel like they have a lot more potential than they're living up to but somethings they have down to such a precise art form its awe inspiring. I love the chicken items on the menu but feel their other proteins need more flavor. The beef almost desperately needs inclusion of lime and almost everything would be better if it came with sour cream by default. More greenery, either as cilantro or green onions would be great all around.I'm inclined to believe that the transition from truck to restaurant is causing issues. The piecemeal nature of the truck food bypassed the shortcomings the restaurant suffers from. Its almost like they're afraid of upsetting the taco truck regulars by expanding the items to meet the expectations of restaurant dine in patrons.

Since becoming a local more than a year ago, this place has become a quick favorite for home cooked meal replacements. My wife and I have tried basically everything on the menu and its always fresh, able to be customized to your liking, and sooooooo good.

Our waiter, John, was very helpful in explaining the menu options and provided great service. We had a mixture of street tacos and a plate dinner and all were very tasty. It was all we could do to finish the meal and it only cost $16 and a few cents.

I'm so glad we decided to stop here. The food is delicious! I had a chicken quesadilla (as recommended) and my husband had tacos al pastor. The food came out quick, and was fresh and good! There are plenty of places for trucks to park nearby.

I tried their build your own burrito. I chose barbacoa and added cheese. Delicious and perfectly rolled. They also have real salsa. Great late lunch. Thanks yall. I'll be back.
