Love this store. The employees are always friendly and eager to help, plus they have a great selection of home goods, which I love to shop for. So I get to satisfy my shopping bug every time I stop by the grocery store. I pick up the t-shirts my son digs, housewares that are all the rage, and flowers 💐 in a pinch for a last-minute gift. Meanwhile, I earn points on the stuff I was going to buy anyway.Did someone say points? I can't forget to mention fuel rewards points. If you know, you know. 😉 Why pay full price? 🤔

I'm in a Kroger almost every single day M-F and this location is top notch. Way to go Management and employees. The place is clean (even restrooms), well organized, and stocked. You can feel the attention to detail.

This place is my primary shopping cart for high quality groceries. They have a variety of non-gmo goods for high nutrition that's undeniable unlike other competitors. From cookies to produce, Kroger will have you covered where you won't have to purchase BioEngineered foods that harmful to the body. Kroger Marketplace is Quality at its Finest.

This Kroger location is usually very clean and has a friendly staff. You can find a little bit of everything there. Most of the products we shop for are in stock. The store is easy to navigate.

Most of the time when I come here everyone is friendly and helpful. Not sure if she hates her job or just overall miserable, the African American cash register, Cassandra or Sandra was extremely rude for no reason. I was just confirming the difference of the pepper and she responded condescending. Geez, don’t take your bad attitude on a customer.

Kroger stole $370 of my money. I tried to get cash back and they declined my card and took the money anyway. I called my bank and they said the money was posted. So the bank said Kroger committed FRAUD. My card was deactivated because of this. Don't ever trust them. I am filing fraud charges. The lady who I dealt with was Andra and she called a manager named Brian who said he would issue a refund if the money wasn't back in my account by Monday. It wasn't. Then I talked to Ryan who said my bank was at fault. My bank said since it was posted kroger should refund the money. I was promised a refund and I will get it. Even if that means filing fraud charges.

I have always hands down loved the store over anywhere else that I've shopped & the number one reason being all the different selections you have in the produce area and especially with the organics, you can not go wrong! But tonight they taught me something new that takes them above n beyond what I knew about krogers. I have dog food that I boughtand made my dogs..... Well, let's just say they're sick and I cannot find the receipt anywhere. Krogers has a list of ways to help you get a refund or exchange if you lose your receipt. And I thought that was amazing. They can do things likuse lKroger plus number. And if you know what register or you can contact another line for Kroger's, I guess it's a main number and they can help you find it. I mean, it's amazing and I just. I never knew and I had to say something about it. Because maybe very, very happy to know these things. And that they did that way to help their customers. I don't know another store that does that.

They don't have enough cashiers. You have to stand in line for the 1 open register. I now shop at H.E.B. Never have to wait in line. Plenty of registers open.

Never really had a problem inside the store. But take my word for it don't go behind and ask for any boxes. Two employees came at me like rabid bulldogs. If that's a big problem for them they need to put out a sign but back in my day it was never really a big deal after all they're just a couple of boxes.

My bf, sister, and I walked around looking for a wrap for his ankle, hair products and fresh eucalyptus. All three items are in very different parts of the store, which is fine. My main issue was with the fact that security literally walked behind us in every aisle like we wouldn’t notice him. (Description of employee) He had long dirty blond hair and was Caucasian. Everywhere we turned, he was right behind us. I’m just confused because we weren’t wearing baggy clothes or even wearing backpacks or something suspicious. Like I can only conclude that they were racially profiling us. It was so uncomfortable. Please be better.

You have to check your receipts for sale items. They frequently do not give you advertised discounts even if you have a Kroeger card and use App. Over charged me more than >$10.00 on less than $100 of purchases. Questionable business practices with their best customers.

Although the selection is good, it was disappointing that they were totally out of cabbage today but I got everything else I wanted. The staff was friendly and the lady at self checkout was especially nice.

If I could put no stars I would. What kind of grocery store sells expired muffins and bad milk. My younger sister has her stomach killing her and mild nausea has us angry just by looking at those muffins. I will not take action upon this but I will be more cautious on buying products from this store and from other stores too because trusting groceries stores like this one has me worried on buying bad products now. Thanks Kroger 😐

I wasn't going to do a review although I I've went back and forth if it's worth my time and it's time someone knows. I've been shopping here for years! Katleyn in the floral dept and my friend who works in hot deli are the nicest people you'll ever meet not to mention the self checkout staff they are amazing. But now here's my dilemma I've tried so hard to ignore going to the bakery here the african American lady works in the morning pretty much every day during the week is absolutely the rudest person I've ever met! I purchase at least two cakes per month for my employees staff for there birthday. I have stopped going there because of her she won't ask you if you need any help at get upset if you do. What a coincidence my wife goes here to purchase a birthday cake for me on Saturday December 10, 2022 that morning and she tells me she had the worst experience at the bakery the African American woman wearing the hair cap was so rude to her, without any further description i knew exactly who she was referring to there's only one rude person in the bakery I know she was so short with her "the flavor is on the side of the box" when asked ok I'm sorry for bothering you she said nothing nit even no mam you're not bothering ne then my wife ask can I get something written on the cake she sighs then yells to the Hispanic lady can you help her I'm busy! The Hispanic lady was sooooo nice however. Listen I work in customer service I'm a service manager for a dealership but this employee in the bakery will lose customers I'm so sorry she hates her job!

I messed up on some question thought I was still answering macdonald's. Lol yes they may sell bees 👄. They do have handicap parking and entrance. Parking is usually a walk cause they are busy everyday. They have a 1st convince bank. They have clothing and some other home goods they stock up for every holiday. They have self check out for any am out of items. I have never stood in the check out lanes very long unless it's last minute buy for holidays. They have a salad bar charge is by the pound. They have premade entrees and sides they have ready to eat food hot like rotisserie 🍗 sausage other stuff I cant remember all. They have a pharmacy and floral dept.

It's ok store to shop it's just like any other Kroger's but more food options than others. This store location though doesn't like black people very much. Not all the employees show there true colors but a security guard and a woman employee has shown there dislike of my son and husband. Security was following them around the store because of whatever the woman said and the lady didn't even want to check them out. My son was very much bothered by that experience. It's sad that still have to go through racism and I've done nothing to no one but walked in. Smh

Idk about others but I really like this store. Always seems to have everything I need and it's nice and clean. But the real reason I'm writing is because of Marquell. He's helped me on several occasions and he really makes a great impression with how nice and professional he treats people. Very cool guy and he deserves some recognition for the job he does. If I ran my own company I'd hire him on the spot.

Wade in the bakery department saved. the day... Thank You for the great service ((59 and North Park)) after horrible service at the Kroger at the grande parkway and 59....... Wade was able to get us the goodies we needed for the local school.. Thank you again

This is my families favorite grocery store (and this particular store at this location) always clean, the employees always helpful and smiling. The online order and pickup is very convenient and they are usually good at picking out good fruits and vegetables but the last couple of times my wife found the vegetables and fruit that where picked for us below standards. She goes in from now on to pick out the stuff by hand like she usually does but everything else is perfect. We realize also that they probably aren't trained to have a good eye for picking vegetables and fruits unless they've been there awhile. So you guys still get a 5 star <3 I can't say enough about how good and well mannered the employees and management are. They keep the place spotless.
