I wouldn’t trust this place with any animal. They left 2 dogs caged up, covered in feces, moldy food, covered in flies, no water in temperatures over 100 degrees. During operating hours the business was closed and you could hear all the animals inside crying for help. The smell radiating from the door you can tell they haven’t seen a person in days. No animal deserves this kind of treatment. This owner shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this. It’s despicable that this individual runs a grooming and adoption facility.

Omg!!! The best grooming my dog has ever had. We’ve had our dog almost 3 years and she only goes to a groomer about every 3 months or so but today she got the full treatment and she looks great, her nails are short and rounded, she is fresh and clean. I would highly recommend this family owned and operated Palace for your fur prince or princess.

I transport a lot of rescue dogs to them who they board they have literally saved those dogs life the owner and her son are so compassionate with the animals, today I tried the grooming side of it my personal dog and a rescue who is now a personal went to get groomed she did AMAZING with them !!!!! , They rescue dog Simi (the husky) was badly matted she was pulled out of the shelter is partially blind and has arthritis she unfortunately did have to be shaved but I'm so so appricative that they took their time with her even though she was very BAD and snappy 🤦‍♀️ and made sure she got those painful matts off her body !!!!Cookie I told them to just make it short and do what they thought would be cute because I had no idea what I wanted and they definitely went past my expectations ! They are also very reasonably priced . Will definitely go back

They did an awesome job with my 6 month old husky. He was boarded for 2 nights. She kept in touch daily with pictures. He looked amazing when we picked him up. Very satisfied with their service.

The owner is an absolute sweetheart and knows what she’s doing! She goes above and beyond! Won’t be taking my pets anywhere else but here.

They left my dog maylo looking nice and clean! The owner was really sweet and had amazing customer service. The prices are reasonable and the quality was great!! They also sell stylish collars and clothes for pets. They only accept cashapp or cash.
