Loved the woman working she was so kind n helpful n I never felt rushed .. the only issue I see is there are lots of other items needed for like fish more for exotic Bettas love frozen worms they totally love.. and I have 7.. More tanks n styles to show off our beautiful Bettas I love so much... Other than that more items for cats mine is a Balinese and is super picky so most the toys I have gotten her there she didn't like .. just food for thought.. GREAT SERVICE AND A SHOUT OUT TO A GREAT CASHIER... VP

Although they don't have everything they saved us the worry today we bought a life jacket for my dog there and it wasn't his exact size a little too small but it still fit him and just in time for out lake ride me and my dog swam in the lake and had a good time thanks for you service you really saved the day thank you

Was my first time in. Stopped for a friend.They are a bit pricey and not much of a variety. Not like I would expect from a well known named store. Honestly qalnart has more of the stuff like toys and anything that has to do with your pet besides Food. That is really all they have . and its pricey.

One word RUDE. Who ever helped my mom clearly doesn’t have any patience or respect for the elderly . My family has been coming to this store for YEARS , and my mom is in her 70’s and had a rough time remembering the number on the account. Usually everyone is kind and patient with her but who ever was working today with an empty store was rude and didn’t even try to help her at all. I’m really disappointed and disgusted with the interaction your employee had with my mother.

Policy says that they price match exact products at competitor stores. When I went to check out the employee said only up to 20%. Despite the fact that Petsmart sold it for less than 1/2 of the price at full retail.☹️

Since the change of Tractor Supply owning it, it has gotten MUCH BETTER. The store smells and looks changed. Most obvious and attractive change is that parking lot. I'm spending my money here than driving to Corpus

The staff here is great, they get to know you very easily. The selection there is great, I love how you can buy 10 (qualifying) items and get one free. I always enjoy seeing the cats from ARK there, I want to take many of them home with me.

I believe the guys name was Phillip. I went in to pick up some dog food for my nephew's dog but I wasn't sure what kind he buys. The customer service rep told me if I give him my nephews number he could help me figure it and and sure enough he did. He came from around the corner grabbed it for us and also rang us up. I definitely appreciated it

Passed by recently and saw the sign that read "We're still open." Nope, never again. I went in a few months ago and was insulted by the cashier named Kirsten. She took off her mask so I could recognize her otherwise everyone could've carried on with their day. I went home and called hoping her manager would pick up and it turned out to be her. I was threatened with a restraining order. Later on the next week I went in to speak to the manager who took my name and number. She said I would be able to talk to corporate. Days passed and nothing. I was not taken seriously as a customer and this girl treated the place as if it were her turf. A mutual friend told me she will be going into another job but even so I will never step foot in there again. I will shop at HEB or Walmart where I won't be insulted after spending $80 because someone is friends with someone who doesn't like me.

They have what we need at a good price. We mainly come here for supplies and food for our bearded dragon and they always have stuff in stock. They also have a great selection for dogs. I get them the homemade treats everytime we go and they love them, especially my catahoula. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Its convenient which I appreciate but it's simply a little overpriced for my taste. They used to offer loyalty cards to those of us they shopped there frequently. It may have been cheaper to goto Walmart but I stayed right there just because they went the extra mile to make things personal and family like. Really loved that they took care of their loyal customers. Then new management comes in and takes it all away. Then they went and eliminated tons of specific foods from their buy 10 get 1 free program and unfortunately mine was cut. Very frustrating and not enough of a reason to stay! Hit up TSC down the road for cheaper prices. I do continue to head in all the time. The employees are really great and I enjoy their helpful feedback on any questions I have!

Granddaughter Avaya and I would go visit the cats Tammy and Ollie. Tammy found a home and so glad. We went to go see Ollie today but was not there. Granddaughter and I visited the lizards today. Staff always polite and helpful. ❤🦎🐱🐶

Austin & Richard just did an absolutely amazing job trimming our dog’s nails. Our Dottie has a few medical issues which impact her weight and her nails haven’t been cut due to COVID restrictions. These guys had so much patience and were phenomenal!

A surprisingly large (to me) selection for a town this size - much larger than the selection at the Walmart. Prices were not surprisingly somewhat higher though - hard to compete with big chain stores. However - we were able to find a suitable enclosed cat litter box and a right sized dog bed, which had been unavailable at Walmart and we didn't want to order from Amazon sight unseen.I definitely recommend checking with them if you are having trouble finding the right item that you need.
